Abstract

一种复合手套及其连续化生产方法。它是由性能不同的两种柔性材料通过复合作为材料,再借助于高频连续超声波粘合装置和旋切装置制成。基础复合材料内层由主要是天然纤维或人造纤维纤维材料制成的非织造布,和皮肤有良好的接触感,舒适性好。其外层是塑料薄膜。基础复合材料经过超声波粘合和适当手形剪切而成为手套。

一种复合手套及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合手套及其生产方法。特别是由双层或多层复合材料作为原料,采取连续化的整体成型的方法生产的手套。 
背景技术
当前,公众使用的一次性手套,都是采用单一材料制成。例如目前餐厅就餐时用的一次性手套采用纯塑料薄膜(大多是PE),擦鞋用一次性手套采用纯非织造布材料。塑料薄膜PE生产的一次性手套,能够有效阻挡就餐时液体渗透到手上,但是不透气,手感冰凉,不舒服。非织造布生产的一次性手套,能够改善手感,但是不能有效阻挡液体,例如水,油等的渗入。 
目前一次性塑料手套的生产成型一般是将柔性材料先裁剪比手略大的长方形,再将每两块材料人工叠合,放在手形模具上,加热模压或超声波成型,这种方法属于间歇式,非连续的生产方法,生产效率低,人工成本高。 
此外,一次性非织造布手套,为了保证成型产品足够的粘合强度,非织造布一般必须选用热塑性合成纤维,如涤纶纤维占80%以上的非织造布制造,而且表面应该尽量光滑。 
当前市面上还流行一种塑胶手套,很多家庭洗衣时使用,其手感与100%PE薄膜手套相同,特别是在冬天使用,感觉特别冰凉,不舒适。 
发明内容
为了克服上述单一材料制造的一次性手套使用性能和生产方法的缺点,本发明提出一种用复合材料制造的一次性手套及其连续化的生产方法。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:选择两种柔性材料,复合在一起。其表,里两层是具有不同性能,一层和皮肤有良好的亲和友好性,另一层可以有效阻隔液体,例如水,油的渗入,两层应该牢固地复合在一起形成卷材。将两片制成的复合材料卷材退卷后,叠合在一起,采用转动式高频超声波装置和旋切装置按手的形状进行边缘粘合和将边缘多余材料切除,连续作业制成复合手套。 
本发明复合手套与皮肤接触具有纺织材料一样良好的舒适型,同时又能阻挡流体的沾染手的表面。 
本发明涉及复合材料里层的柔性材料是由吸收性纺织纤维作为原料制成非织造布。众所周知,纺织纤维包括天然纤维,人造纤维和合成纤维。合成纤维中又包括热塑性合成纤维和非热塑性合成纤维。天然纤维主要是棉,毛,丝和麻纤维和人造纤维,与合成纤维不一样,是自然可再生纤维,具有可吸收性和人体接触亲和性,属于环境友好型纤维。一次性用完后可自行分解,全部回归自然,不会对环境造成任何污染,是取代传统一次性生产用品和最理想的产品。本发明最好是选用100%天然纤维。而合成纤维,例如涤纶纤维,丙纶纤维,乙纶纤维等,源自石化合成,具有热塑性,但是手感与塑料薄膜相近,不如天然纤维舒适性和具有吸收性.本专利不建议采用或那是少用。本发明提出的纺织材料,是由纺织纤维经过机织,针织,或非织造布形成织物的。非织造布是由纺织纤维不经过纺纱和织布,而是直接铺网成型,工艺简单,织物性能好,是一次性纺织类生产用品的主要材料,主要有纺粘非织造布,针刺非织造布,水刺非织造布等。本发明最好的材料是70%粘胶/30%涤纶的水刺非织造布。 
本发明涉及复合材料外层的柔性材料,可以采用任何塑料薄膜,例如聚乙烯薄膜(Polyethylene,PE),聚丙烯薄膜(PP,polypropylene),热塑性聚氨酯(TPU,Thermoplastic polyurethanes),聚酯(Polyester)等。但是大多数薄膜,不能很好与非塑性材料,例如以天然纤维,再生纤维为主的非织造布复合,复合的强度低,不能做产 品.本发明最佳薄膜材料是热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)。TPU是由含NCO官能基的MDI与含OH官能基的聚合物经混炼而制成,是一种二十一世纪之主流环保材料之一。TUP薄膜除了具有防水透湿等薄膜的传统性能之外,特别是具有生物相容的优良特性,其薄膜可以与天然纤维和人造纤维制成的非织造布具有高强度贴合性,粘合力强,做成的手套具有足够的粘接强度,是一种最好的柔性表层材料。 
本发明涉及的复合材料由上述两种柔性材料复合而成。将制成的非织造布放在TUP薄膜生产线上,进行在线非胶热塑复合是最佳复合方式。这种粘合方式不使用其它如化学胶的化学成份,避免了化学成份的有害物质与人体的接触。制成的复合材料经过分切,卷成卷状,供手套成型使用.分切宽度比设计的手套宽度宽5-10%。 
手套成型时,将上述复合材料先叠合,再经过连续性方式将材料按手指形状粘合,例如高频密集旋转的超声波装置,按手和手指的形状进行边缘粘合,传统模压热粘合对这种材料不支持足够的强度。使用超声波粘合时,利用若干个超声波震动头并联形成一个长条形震动平面。当布料随着花辊的转动,到达这个长条形震动平面时,花辊圆柱面上高高突起的点、线花纹对这些面料同时进行挤压。面料受到挤压的地方,在超声波震动能量的作用下,不同面料的分子开始高速震荡,相互渗透,产生熔化、压合的效果。而当布料随着花辊的继续转动,逐渐远离这个长条形震动平面后,刚才熔化、压合的地方又快速冷却,固化定型。由于复合材料中含有非热塑纤维例如粘胶纤维,粘合好的手套和布料连在一起,不能像100%PE膜手套一样自动脱落,所以还需要经过一个特别切刀,将手套从布料中裁切出来.最好采用一组旋切刀具,边旋转,边按照手和手指的形状切割,使最终的手套脱落下来形成复合手套,这样完成连续化的手套成型作业。 
本发明的有益效果是,采用连续化方式,用制造复合手套,既具有良好的舒适性,又具有良好的液体阻隔性能。

具体实施方式
手套A为本发明实施的产品.产品由基础复合材料组成.复合材料外层是TPU塑料薄膜,内层是水刺非织造布。TPU薄膜是一种透气透湿薄膜,厚度为0.03mm;水刺非织造布为70%PET/30%R原料,克重是35GSM。两个材料通过在线复合形成基础复合材料。复合材料经过连续的超声波粘合装置,按手模复合。再经过一个旋切刀具,产品成型 
对比产品手套B采用塑料薄膜PE热压粘合成型,薄膜厚度0.05mm。 
对比产品手套C采用针刺非织造布热压粘合成型,原料是100%涤纶,重量70GSM。

Claims (5)

1.一种复合手套,其材料至少由表里两层材料复合形成,也可以是多层。
2.权利1所述材料的特征是材料表层(内层)与皮肤接触的,应该和皮肤有良好的接触感,舒适性好。另一表层(外层)应该具有防护功能,可以能够有效阻隔液体,例如水,油的渗入。
3.权利要求2所述的复合材料的内层是由纤维材料制成的非织造布。最好是水刺非织造布。其中天然纤维或人造纤维的比例多于40%,最好是70-80%。
4.权利要求2所述的用复合材料的外层的特征是:热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)薄膜。
5.权利要求1所述的复合手套的连续的生产方法,包括将权利2所述的卷状复合材料,连续退卷后叠合在一起,通过一个动态超声波装置按手形进行边缘粘合,再经过一个连续的切割装置按照手形将多余材料切除,形成手套。整个成型过程连续地进行。
