Abstract

球滚子轴承
技术领域
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1前序部分所述特征的单列球滚子轴承,该球滚子轴承例如特别具有优点地可以用作机动车(Kfz)变速器驱动轴或从动轴的固定轴承使用。
背景技术
球滚子轴承是具有构造为球滚子的特殊滚动体的滚动轴承,这些球滚子从球滚子基本形状出发具有各两个自该球滚子基本形状削平的、彼此平行布置的侧面,在这些侧面之间分别布置有球滚子的滚动面。这种类型的球滚子轴承以极其不同的结构作为单列、双列、三或还有四列的深沟球轴承或角接触球轴承而普遍公知,并且由于特殊的滚动体形状还需要特殊的保持架实施方案,以便一方面对球滚子相对于轴承纵轴线的最大倾斜位置加以界定,并且另一方面避免球滚子横向于其回转方向发生摆晃。
形成类属的单列球滚子轴承例如由直至本专利申请的申请时间点上尚未公开的官方案号102008016977.3的德国专利申请在先公开,并主要由外轴承圈和内轴承圈以及大量布置在这些轴承圈之间的球滚子构成,这些球滚子以其滚动面在加工到外轴承圈的内侧和内轴承圈的外侧内的两个槽状滚道内滚动,并在周向上通过保持架以彼此相同的间距加以保持。这种轴承保持架适当地构造为窗式保持架,该轴承保持架具有:两个直径相同的侧向折角挡边;多个将这些折角挡边相互连接的兜孔撑条;以及多个通过该兜孔撑条彼此分开的保持架兜孔,这些保持架兜孔分别具有由相对于周向横向布置的用于将球滚子装入轴承保持架的留空型廓以及由球滚子的顺着周向布置的整合于轴承保持架中的截面型廓所形成的十字孔形状。在此,保持架兜孔的相对于周向横向布置的留空型廓相应于与直接布置在球滚子横向轴线上的截面平面,而保持架兜孔的顺着周向布置的截面型廓则具有布置在球滚子横向轴线上方的截面平面的形状,从而兜孔撑条的侧沿构造有相应于两个相邻球滚子滚动面的半径的、用于球滚子的弧形引导面。为制造这种轴承保持架,一般使用片材带,通过对折角挡边的造型、冲压出保持架兜孔、根据圆周尺寸在长度上截取、卷成圈以及焊接圈端部来进行最终加工。
但实践表明,制造呈所述形式的轴承保持架带来特殊的技术问题,而且轴承保持架的功能在质量方面也不能完全符合所提出的要求。例如人们发现,球滚子轴承的高填充率和轴承保持架内由此带来的高数目保持架兜孔,必然导致保持架兜孔彼此分离的兜孔撑条只能被非常细窄地构成,并且因此仅具有很低的轴向抗弯刚度。由此,在轴承装配收尾时对侧向折角挡边向内翻折时,使得兜孔撑条在轴向上向外鼓出,这种向外鼓出可能导致球滚子被夹紧在其保持架兜孔内并且最终导致球滚子轴承功能失灵。兜孔撑条的很低的抗弯刚度同样导致轴承运行中轴承保持架通道性的高波动,由于这种高波动,在与冲压出的保持架兜孔锐边相关联下,还造成不希望的高轴承噪音。
发明内容
从所公开的现有技术的所述缺点出发,本发明因此基于如下任务,即:构造一种球滚子轴承,该球滚子轴承的轴承保持架在获得球滚子轴承最大可行的填充率的情况下在结构上这样构造:使轴承保持架的细窄地构成的兜孔撑条在对侧向折角挡边进行收尾性向内翻折时,并不在轴向上向外鼓出,并且轴承运行中没有引起不希望的轴承噪音。
该任务依据本发明在一种按权利要求1前序部分所述的球滚子轴承中以如下方式得以解决,即:兜孔撑条不仅在其侧沿之间,还有在侧沿的引导面上,均具有用于轴向加固轴承保持架的附加材料造型部,并且该材料造型部在侧沿的引导面上同时构造为对抗轴承噪音的衰减机构。
在此,本发明基于如下认识,即:通过轴承保持架的兜孔撑条上有针对性的材料造型部,可以完成如下的兜孔几何形状,这种兜孔几何形状一方面增强轴承保持架的轴向刚度,并且因此在对侧向折角挡边进行收尾性向内翻折时,避免兜孔撑条所产生的轴向上向外鼓出,并且同时将保持架兜孔上锐边的引导面加以倒圆,并因此避免不希望的轴承噪音。
依据本发明构成的球滚子轴承的优选构造方案和改进方案在从属权利要求中有所介绍。
因此,依据权利要求2设置为依据本发明构成的球滚子轴承的第一构造方案的是:兜孔撑条的侧沿之间的材料造型部优选构造为纵向居中地加工到兜孔撑条的表面中的筋条。这一点事实证明特别具有优点,因为筋条因此几乎成本适中地在一道工序中凭借对保持架兜孔的冲压而由片材带制成。此外,具有优点的是,筋条不在兜孔撑条的整个长度之上延伸,而是在两侧在兜孔撑条的朝向侧向折角挡边的过渡区内终止地构成,这是因为由此在该过渡区内也可以获得对于装配轴承收尾时对侧向折角挡边向内翻折而言所需的弹性。但也可行的是,将筋条加工到兜孔撑条的下侧上和/或布置在兜孔撑条纵向中部以外。
此外,按权利要求3所述依据本发明构成的球滚子轴承第二具有优点的构造方案还有:兜孔撑条引导面上的材料造型部优选构造为附加成型到引导面上的材料叠加体(Materiallappen)的径向朝外指向的翻边部。在此,所述材料叠加体同样凭借由片材带冲裁出保持架兜孔来制造,并且因此同样几乎是成本适中的。在此,保持架兜孔引导面上以这种材料叠加体而制造的翻边部有助于进一步轴向加固轴承保持架的兜孔撑条,并且同时的另一优点是,所述翻边部通过所产生的刚度以及通过对引导面倒圆式的造型,而作为对抗在轴承运行中在球滚子前后转动时产生的轴承噪音的衰减机构来起作用。

具体实施方式
从图1和2清楚看出球滚子轴承1,球滚子轴承1主要由外轴承圈2和内轴承圈3以及大量布置在这些轴承圈2、3之间的球滚子4构成,这些球滚子4以其滚动面5在加工到外轴承圈2的内侧6和内轴承圈3的外侧7内的两个槽状滚道8、9内滚动,并且在周向上通过轴承保持架10以彼此相同的间距加以保持。在此,轴承保持架10如图3和4所示地构造为窗式保持架,轴承保持架10具有:两个直径相同的侧向折角挡边11、12;多个将这些折角挡边11、12相互连接的兜孔撑条13;以及多个通过该兜孔撑条13彼此分开的保持架兜孔14。在此,轴承保持架10的各保持架兜孔14清楚看出分别具有十字孔形状,这种十字孔形状如图4所示地由相对于周向横向布置的用于将球滚子4装入轴承保持架10内的留空型廓15以及由球滚子4的整合到轴承保持架10内的顺着周向布置的而且以阴影示出的截面型廓16来形成,从而兜孔撑条13的侧沿17、18构造有相应于两个相邻球滚子4滚动面5的半径的、用于球滚子4的弧形引导面19、20。
