本发明涉及一种屋脊处泛水收边板,属于钢结构厂房领域。
背景技术
钢结构厂房的顶部,即屋脊处,需要采用防水收边板 ,因为人字钢结构厂房的顶部是向两侧坡的,因此屋脊处也要防水,使雨水快速流出,同时也需要美观。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构紧凑、造型美观的屋脊处泛水收边板。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
屋脊处泛水收边板,包括钢梁,其特征在于,所述钢梁顶部通过两个Z形檩条支撑有保温板,所述保温板上部通过支架固定屋面外板,所述屋面外板的顶部设有倒V形泛水板。
进一步,所述倒V形泛水板的两端伸入屋面外板中,并通过拉铆钉固定在屋面外面上。
进一步,所述钢梁的顶部设有对称的两个角座,两个檩条固定在角座之上。
本发明屋脊处泛水收边板,实现了泛水收边的功能,同时增设保温板,使钢结构厂房内温度较为恒定。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,屋脊处泛水收边板,钢梁1的顶部设有对称的两个角座8,两个Z形檩条2固定在角座8之上,两个Z形檩条2将保温板6支撑在钢梁1的上部,保温板6上部通过支架3固定屋面外板5,屋面外板5的顶部设有倒V形泛水板4,倒V形泛水板4的两端伸入屋面外板5中,并通过拉铆钉7固定在屋面外面5上。

2.根据权利要求1所述的屋脊处泛水收边板,其特征在于,所述倒V形泛水板的两端伸入屋面外板中,并通过拉铆钉固定在屋面外面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的屋脊处泛水收边板,其特征在于,所述钢梁的顶部设有对称的两个角座,两个檩条固定在角座之上。
