本实用新型公开了一种坡屋面光伏支架瓦结构,包括钢制平瓦、龙骨和钢箍,龙骨上端的水平折弯处开有安装孔,龙骨下端通过螺栓与钢箍固定连接,钢制平瓦横向固定在龙骨的中部。本实用新型的优点在于能够保持屋面结构,保持屋面防水性能,易于安装,成本较低。

本实用新型涉及一直支架瓦结构,尤其涉及应用于冷摊瓦屋面的坡屋面光伏支架瓦。
背景技术
目前,在冷摊瓦屋面安装光伏电池板,必须首先拆除平瓦,然后在檀条和椽条上钻孔,接着用紧固件固定普通光伏支架。采用此种安装方式具有破坏屋面结构,降低屋面防水性能,施工复杂,成本较高等缺点。中国广大农村地区老瓦房普遍采用冷摊瓦屋面。因为普通光伏支架安装方式的众多缺点,屋顶分布式光伏发电在农村地区的推广进展缓慢。
实用新型内容
为解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本实用新型提供一种易于安装、成本较低的坡屋面光伏支架瓦结构,其所采用的技术方案是:包括钢制平瓦、龙骨和钢箍,龙骨上端的水平折弯处开有安装孔,龙骨下端通过螺栓与钢箍固定连接,钢制平瓦横向固定在龙骨的中部。
本实用新型与现有技术相比所具有的优点是:
1.钢制平瓦与普通平瓦形状完全相同,应用于冷摊瓦屋面时直接替换原普通平瓦,不会破坏原有屋面结构,可以保持防水性能;
2.该支架瓦结构简单,只需替换原普通平瓦并将此支架瓦整体箍在檀条上即可完成安装,与现有技术相比直接省掉檀条、椽条上钻孔固定等工序,整体材料成本及人工成本都大大降低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型详细说明。
如图1和图2所示,龙骨2上端的水平折弯处开有安装孔,龙骨2下端通过螺栓与钢箍3固定连接,钢制平瓦1横向固定在龙骨2的中部,钢制平瓦1与普通平瓦形状完全相同。
如图3所示,在坡屋面安装时,只需拆掉原屋面平瓦,用钢制平瓦1代替其位置,然后龙骨2下部通过螺栓与钢箍3连接,并将钢箍3箍在屋面檀条上即可完成安装。
