背景技术
目前,安装于坡屋面的太阳能电池板,一般都是采用钢架结构或铝合金结构固定在坡屋顶上,都是采用后安装方式。这种安装方式影响屋面美观,安装过程中可能改变屋面的受力状况带来安全隐患,还易造成屋面漏雨,安装太阳能电池板要另外消耗大量的钢材或铝合金骨架,使得成本增加,浪费了资源。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的问题在于提供一种坡屋面太阳能电池板联接结构,其结构简单,安装施工方便,成本低。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案,包括数个太阳能电池板和联接件,其特征在于:所述联接件是与太阳能电池板的厚度相匹配的工字型型材件,左右相邻的太阳能电池板的相邻端部可卡入对应工字型型材件的凹口内实现相互联接,上下相邻的两块太阳能电池板的联接端头上下覆压搭接。其原理是:太阳能电池板由其底部尺寸相配的起檩条作用的金属框支撑固定防止下滑,上下相邻的两块太阳能电池板的联接端头上下覆压搭接,可顺流雨水,左右相邻的太阳能电池板通过工字型型材件实现相互联接,具体施工时为达到防漏效果,接缝处可用防水胶粘结。
本实用新型结构简单,安装施工方便,省去了传统的太阳能电池板安装结构底部的彩钢棚,节省了成本,安装整体效果美观。

如图1、图2所示,本实用新型一种实施例包括数个太阳能电池板1和联接件2,所述联接件2是与太阳能电池板1的厚度相匹配的工字型型材件,左右相邻的太阳能电池板1的相邻端部可卡入对应工字型型材件的凹口内实现相互联接。其原理是:太阳能电池板1由其底部尺寸相配的起檩条作用的金属框支撑固定防止下滑,上下相邻的两块太阳能电池板1的联接端头上下覆压搭接,可顺流雨水,左右相邻的太阳能电池板1通过工字型型材件实现相互联接,具体施工时为达到防漏效果,接缝处可用防水胶(如玻璃胶或硅胶)粘结。
