本发明是一种利用废弃物制造新型材料地板龙骨的方法,其特征在于选80~200目的包括凹凸棒废渣8%、粉煤灰10%、秸秆3%、矿渣7%、纸厂污泥5%、废旧塑料(袋)7%、珍珠岩10%做原料;选包括水泥10%、石灰5%、滑石粉2%、石膏粉3%做辅料;选2%的50~100mm的玻纤丝做骨料;与28%的氯化镁液料混配成浆料。混合浸泡8~24小时后搅拌经模板出料干燥至型材地板龙骨(1)。用该方法制造的新型材料具有成本低、强度高、防水防火、任意切割加工的特点。是真正意义的环保产品。

Description

用废弃物制造地板龙骨的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及利用如粉煤灰、秸秆、矿渣等废弃物制造新型材料地板龙骨的方法。 
背景技术
装修用的地板龙骨大部分是木方。施工时还要在地板下方布撒防潮剂、防虫剂。不但费时费事寿命短,由于龙骨变形还要影响到地板变形。 
循环经济促使各种废弃物被广泛利用。如利用粉煤灰烧砖;利用刨花、木屑制作大芯板;利用矿渣作水泥等等。 
上述这些利用废弃物所制作的新型材料,一般情况下由于成本高,强度低不能做承重墙体,防水防火性能差,不能握钉或握钉力不足,有些不能任意切割加工。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种利用如粉煤灰、秸秆、矿渣等废弃物制造新型材料地板龙骨的方法。用该方法制造的新型材料地板龙骨具有成本低、强度高、防水防火防虫、任意切割加工的特点。 
本发明采用以下技术方案: 
用凹凸棒废渣、粉煤灰、秸秆、矿渣、纸厂污泥、废旧塑料(袋)、珍珠岩作原料;用水泥、石灰、滑石粉、石膏粉作辅料;用玻纤丝作骨料;用氯化镁作液料。经过粉碎-配料-浸泡-混浆-模板出料- 干燥的工艺制作地板龙骨。 
将凹凸棒废渣、粉煤灰、秸秆、矿渣、纸厂污泥、废旧塑料(袋)、珍珠岩等原料粉碎至80~200目。 
按原料50%包括凹凸棒废渣8%、粉煤灰10%、秸秆3%、矿渣7%、纸厂污泥5%、废旧塑料(袋)7%、珍珠岩10%;辅料20%包括水泥10%、石灰5%、滑石粉2%、石膏粉3%;玻纤丝骨料2%;氯化镁液料28%进行配料。 
配料混合浸泡8~24小时后搅拌经模板出料干燥至型材。 
用该方法制造的新型材料具有成本低,只有木材的一半、强度高平面压强超过15兆帕、防水防火虫、握钉力好、任意切割加工的特点。

选80~200目包括凹凸棒废渣8%、粉煤灰10%、秸秆3%、矿渣7%、纸厂污泥5%、废旧塑料(袋)7%、珍珠岩10%做原料;选包括水泥10%、石灰5%、滑石粉2%、石膏粉3%做辅料;选2%的50~100mm玻纤丝做骨料;与28%氯化镁液料混配成浆料。 
混合浸泡8~24小时后搅拌经模板出料干燥至型材地板龙骨。

1.一种利用废弃物制作地板龙骨的方法,其特征在于:按成分百分比凹凸棒废渣8%+粉煤灰10%+秸秆3%+矿渣7%+纸厂污泥5%+废旧塑料7%+珍珠岩10%+水泥10%+石灰5%+滑石粉2%+石膏粉3%+玻纤丝骨料2%与氯化镁液料28%进行混配,混合浸泡8-24小时后搅拌经模板出料干燥。
