Abstract

一种交通安全椅,由座垫、背靠、肩抱块等组成,在背靠的上部左右两侧各设置两肩抱块,在两肩抱块上方设置有主动轮、从动轮、次动轮,轮上分别卷绕钢卷带、拉带,在座椅背靠的上部设置一块背压块,在座椅座垫内设置拉动连杆,座垫边上设置一根手柄,通过座垫边上的手柄以及拉带,和设置在背靠上半部的背压块来控制肩抱块的收或放,当人入座后,把身体向后一靠,肩抱块就会放下从左右两肩向下把人抱住,避免乘人在飞机降落时或汽车紧急刹车或碰撞时使人受伤。如果要离开座椅,只须把座垫边沿上的手柄向上拉,肩抱块就收起,反应迅速,使用简便,可供汽车、飞机使用。

技术领域:本发明涉及一种交通安全椅,尤其是一种由座垫、背靠、肩抱块、主动轮、次动轮、从动轮、背压块、连杆、锁卡、钢卷带、扁状拉带等组成的交通安全椅。
背景技术:现用的飞机、汽车座椅使用安全带,但安全带对孕妇不利,安全椅的使用也还不够简便,用手操作过程也影响了反应速度和效果,应急应对能力不好。
发明内容:本发明的目的是提高交通安全椅的反应速度和效果,改善应急应对能力。技术方案是:在座椅背靠(2)上部左右两肩抱套(4)的上方设置主动轮(5),在主动轮(5)左右两侧与左右两肩抱套(4)相对应的上方分别设置从动轮(7),每个从动轮卷绕一条钢卷带(9),钢卷带一端紧固在从动轮(7)上,在从动轮上卷绕几圈后引出与肩抱块(3)的上端相连接,在主动轮(5)两侧,主动轮(5)与从动轮(7)之间,各设置一次动轮(6),两根拉带(10)分别接在两个次动轮(6)上,在轮上卷绕数圈后向下引出分别连接在弹簧(11)上;弹簧的另一端连接在背靠上,一根扁状拉带(13)一端连接在主动轮(5)上,在主动轮上卷绕数圈后沿座椅背靠(2)向下伸延,在扁状拉带(13)的下半部设置一锁卡(16);主动轮(5),次动轮(6),从动轮(7)串连紧固在同一根轮轴(8)上,轮轴(8)的两端分别活性套接在座椅背靠(2)的两侧,在座椅的座垫(1)内设置一根套管(19),套管(19)套在套管轴(20)上,套管轴的两端紧固在座垫(1)的两侧,在套管(19)的右端向座垫后方接出一根连动拉杆(17),连动拉杆(17)的另一端与扁状拉带(13)的下端相连接;套管(19)的左端向前连接出一根手柄(18),手柄从座垫(1)的左上方向外伸出;在坐椅背靠(2)的上半部设置一块背压块(12),一根背压块连杆(14)从背压块(12)下方向下伸出一定长度后活性套接在连杆支点(15)上,连杆支点(15)紧固在背靠(2)上,在连杆(14)的下端设置一弹片(21),弹片把连杆(14)的下端向后压向背靠(2)的硬板上。采用这样的结构,当人入座后把身体向后一靠,肩抱块就立即从两肩向下把人抱住,防止乘人由于飞机或汽车的突然减速或碰撞而受伤。如果原来没有使用肩抱,在飞机要降落或汽车突然发现前面有障碍要紧急刹车或碰撞时,只要立即向后一靠,肩抱块就会很快放下把人抱住,避免乘人在飞机降落时或汽车紧急刹车或碰撞时使人受伤。把手柄一拉,肩抱块就收起,反应迅速,使用简便,可供汽车、飞机使用。

具体实施方式:在附图1的交通安全椅结构示意图所示中,在座椅背靠(2)上部左右两肩抱套(4)的上方设置主动轮(5),在主动轮(5)左右两侧与左右两肩抱套(4)相对应的上方分别设置从动轮(7),每个从动轮卷绕一条钢卷带(9),钢卷带一端紧固在从动轮(7)上;在从动轮上卷绕几圈后引出与肩抑块(3)的上端相连接,在主动轮(5)两侧,主动轮(5)与从动轮(7)之间,各设置一次动轮(6),两根拉带(10)分别接在两个次动轮(6)上,在轮上卷绕数圈后向下引出分别连接在弹簧(11)上;弹簧的另一端连接在背靠上,一根扁状拉带(13)一端连接在主动轮(5)上,在主动轮上卷绕数圈后沿座椅背靠(2)向下伸延,在扁状拉带(13)的下半部设置一锁卡(16);主动轮(5),次动轮(6),从动轮(7)串连紧固在同一根轮轴(8)上,轮轴(8)的两端分别活性套接在座椅背靠(2)的两侧,在座椅的座垫(1)内设置一根套管(19),套管(19)套在套管轴(20)上,套管轴的两端紧固在座垫(1)的两侧,在套管(19)的右端向座垫后方接出一根连动拉杆(17),连动拉杆(17)的另一端与扁状拉带(13)的下端相连接;套管(19)的左端向前连接出一根手柄(18),手柄从座垫(1)的左上方向外伸出;在坐椅背靠(2)的上半部设置一块背压块(12),一根背压块连杆(14)从背压块(12)下方向下伸出一定长度后活性套接在连杆支点(15)上,连杆支点(15)紧固在背靠(2)上,在连杆(14)的下端设置一弹片(21),弹片把连杆(14)的下端向后压向背靠(2)的硬板上。当人入座向后靠时,背压块(12)受压向后移动,使连杆(14)的下端向前移动与锁卡(16)相脱离,在弹簧(11)的拉力作用下,主动轮(5)等五个轮子同时沿顺时针方向转动,使从动轮(5)上的钢卷带(9)推动肩抱块(3)向下运动从肩上把人抱住。当要把肩抱块(3)收起时,只须把座垫(1)边上的手柄(18)向上拉,带动套管(19)转动使拉动连杆(17)向下运动,通过扁状拉带(13)带动主动轮(5)等五个轮反时针方向转动,从动轮(7)通过钢卷带(9)把肩抱块(3)向上拉,当扁状拉带(13)向下移动一定距离后,连杆(14)被锁卡(16)锁住,肩抱块(3)也就停在肩抱套(4)内。如果原来没有使用肩抱,在飞机要降落或汽车突然发现前面有障碍要紧急刹车或碰撞时,只要立即向后一靠,肩抱块就会很快放下把人抱住,避免乘人在飞机降落时或汽车紧急刹车或碰撞时使人受伤。当要离开座位时,只须把座垫前的手柄向上一拉,肩抱块就收起。
