Abstract

[0032] 本发明药物的制备方法如下

[0034] 1、紫苏梗:拣去杂质,用水浸泡后,润透,切片,晒干;
[0035] 2、竹茹:除去硬竹签、杂质,抖掉灰屑,揉成小团或切段;
[0036] 3、竹浙:取新水竹锯断,节留中间,直劈2片,用清水洗净架在微火上,两头用碗盛接,取其流出的竹液,即为竹浙。
[0037] 4、神曲:取麸皮撒匀于热锅内,俟起烟,将神曲倒入,炒至黄色,取出,筛去麸皮,放凉;
[0038] 5、桃仁:除去硬壳杂质,置沸水锅中煮至外皮微皱,捞出,浸入凉水中,搓去种皮,晒干,簸净;
[0039] 6、黄连:拣去杂质,洗净泥砂,润透,切片,阴干;
[0040] 7、当归:拣去杂质,洗净,闷润,稍晾至内外湿度适宜时,切片晒干;
[0041] 8、柴胡:拣去杂质,除去残茎,洗净泥沙,捞出,润透后及时切片,随即晒干;
[0042] 9、甘草:拣去杂质,洗净,用水浸泡至八成透时,捞出,润透切片,晒干;[0043] 10、天花粉:天花粉:拣去杂质,大小块分开,用水泡约六成透,捞出,闷润至内外湿度均匀,切片,晒干,或用水洗净,捞出,晒至极干,捣成小块;
[0044] 11、半夏:取净半夏,用凉水浸泡,避免日晒,泡10日后,如起白沫时,每半夏100斤加白矾2斤,泡I日后再进行换水,至口尝稍有麻辣感为度,取出略晾,另取甘草碾成粗块,加水煎汤,用甘草汤泡石灰块,再加水混合,除去石灰渣,倒入半夏缸中浸泡,每日搅拌,使其颜色均匀,至黄色已浸透,内无白心为度,捞出,阴干(每半夏100斤,用白矾2斤,甘草16斤,石灰块20斤);

[0066] 将所述重量的紫苏梗、竹茹、竹浙、神曲、桃仁、黄连、当归、柴胡、甘草、天花粉、半夏、郁金、皂角刺、冬瓜子、芦根、佛手柑、延胡索、白芍、麦冬、山楂、白茅根、陈皮、生地黄、麦芽、虎杖、茵陈蒿、枸杞子、女贞子、丹参、五味子、砂仁加水煎煮,第一次加水3倍量,浸泡60分钟后,用武火煎煮沸腾20分钟,再用文火煎煮15分钟,即得第一次煎煮液,将第一次煎煮液倒入容器内。

[0075] 收治门诊患者200例,其中急性乙型肝炎150例,慢性乙型肝炎50例。

[0077] 急性乙型肝炎起病缓慢,畏寒、发热、乏力食欲减退,恶心呕吐、腹泻,肝区胀痛、肝脏一般轻度肿大、质软、有触痛等,临床分为黄疸型肝炎和无黄疸型肝炎。
[0078] (I)黄疸型临床可分为黄疸前期、黄疸期与恢复期,整个病程2〜4个月。多数在黄疸前期具有胃肠道症状,如厌油、食欲减退、恶心、呕吐、腹胀、乏力等,部分患者有低热或伴血清病样症状,如关节痛、荨麻疹、血管神经性水肿、皮疹等,较甲型肝炎常见。其病程进展和转归与甲型肝炎相似,但少数患者迁延不愈转为慢性肝炎。
[0079] (2)无黄疸型临床症状轻或无症状,大多数在查体或检查其他病时发现,有单项ALT升高,易转为慢性。
[0080] 慢性乙型肝炎是患者病程超过半年,可有轻重不同的症状,迁延不愈,反复发作,乏力、食欲不振、腹胀、肝区疼痛,蜘蛛痣、肝掌、肝脾肿大症状,临床分为慢性迁延性肝炎和慢性活动性肝炎。

[0082] (2)慢性活动性肝炎(慢活肝)临床症状较重、持续或反复出现,体征明显,如肝病面容、蜘蛛痣、肝掌,可有不同程度的黄疸。肝脏肿大、质地中等硬,多数脾肿大。肝功能损害显著,ALT持续或反复升高,麝浊明显异常,血浆球蛋白升高,A/G比例降低或倒置。部分患者有肝外表现,如关节炎、肾炎、干燥综合征及结节性动脉炎等。自身抗体检测如抗核抗体、抗平滑肌抗体及抗线粒体抗体可阳性。

[0084] 选用上述药剂,给患者服用,急性患者每次服用I剂,每天早、晚各服I次,20天为一个疗程,连续服用3个疗程。慢性患者每次服用I剂,每天早、中、晚各服I次,30天为一个疗程,连续服用3个疗程。

[0086] 显效:乙型肝炎症状消失,体质恢复正常,观察一年无复发者;

1.一种治疗乙型肝炎的药物,其特征在于:它是由下列重量范围内的原料药制成: 紫苏梗10 —14克竹茹6 —10克竹浙6 —10克 神曲5—15克桃仁5—15克黄连5—15克 当归6—10克柴胡6—10克甘草10 — 20克 天花粉10 — 20克半夏10 — 20克郁金5—15克 皂角刺5 —15克冬瓜子6 —10克芦根6—10克 佛手柑10 —14克延胡索10 —14克白芍10 —14克 麦门冬15 — 25克山楂15 — 25克白茅根5 —15克 陈皮5—15克生地黄15 — 25克麦芽15 — 25克 虎杖6—10克茵陈蒿6 —10克枸杞子6 —10克 女贞子10 —14克丹参10 —14克五味子5 —15克 砂仁5 —15克; 制备方法为下列步骤: (一)备料 (1)紫苏梗:拣去杂质,用水浸泡后,润透,切片,晒干; (2)竹茹:除去硬竹签、杂质,抖掉灰屑,揉成小团或切段; (3)竹浙:取新水竹锯断,节留中间,直劈2片,用清水洗净架在微火上,两头用碗盛接,取其流出的竹液,即为竹浙; (4)神曲:取麸皮撒匀于热锅内,俟起烟,将神曲倒入,炒至黄色,取出,筛去麸皮,放凉; (5)桃仁:除去硬壳杂质,置沸水锅中煮至外皮微皱,捞出,浸入凉水中,搓去种皮,晒干,簸净; (6)黄连:拣去杂质,洗净泥砂,润透,切片,阴干; (7)当归:拣去杂质,洗净,闷润,稍晾至内外湿度适宜时,切片晒干; (8)柴胡:拣去杂质,除去残茎,洗净泥沙,捞出,润透后及时切片,随即晒干; (9)甘草:拣去杂质,洗净,用水浸泡至八成透时,捞出,润透切片,晒干; (10)天花粉:天花粉:拣去杂质,大小块分开,用水泡约六成透,捞出,闷润至内外湿度均匀,切片,晒干,或用水洗净,捞出,晒至极干,捣成小块; (11)半夏:取净半夏,用凉水浸泡,避免日晒,泡10日后,如起白沫时,每半夏100斤加白矾2斤,泡I日后再进行换水,至口尝稍有麻辣感为度,取出略晾,另取甘草碾成粗块,力口水煎汤,用甘草汤泡石灰块,再加水混合,除去石灰渣,倒入半夏缸中浸泡,每日搅拌,使其颜色均匀,至黄色已浸透,内无白心为度,捞出,阴干,每半夏100斤,用白矾2斤,甘草16斤,石灰块20斤; (12)郁金:用水浸泡,洗净,捞出晒晾,润透,切片,晒干; (13)皂角刺:拣去杂质,用水浸泡,润透后切片,晒干; (14)冬瓜子:拣净杂质,用时捣碎,或用文火炒至黄白色,置干燥处; (15)芦根:取原药材,洗净,切断; (16)佛手柑:拣去杂质,用水喷润后,切碎,晒干; (17)延胡索:拣去杂质,用水浸泡,洗净,晒晾,润至内外湿度均匀,切片或打碎;(18)白芍:拣去杂质,分开大小个,用水浸泡至八成透,捞出,晒晾,润至内外湿度均匀,切片,干燥; (19)麦门冬:拣净杂质,用水浸泡,捞出,润透后抽去心,再洗净晒干; (20)山楂:拣净杂质,筛去核; (21)白茅根:拣净杂质,洗净,微润,切段,晒干,簸净碎屑; (22)陈皮:取原药材,除去杂质及变黑的果皮,用水洗净,润软,切丝,晒干或低温干燥,筛去灰屑; (23)生地黄:取原药材,除去杂质,洗净,稍润,切厚片,干燥,筛去碎屑; (24)麦芽:取麦芽置锅内微炒至黄色,取出放凉; (25)虎杖:采得后,细挫,晒干; (26)茵陈蒿:过筛,拣去杂质,除去残根,碾碎,再过罗去净泥屑; (27)枸杞子:簸净杂质,摘去残留的梗和蒂; (28)女贞子:拣去杂质,洗净,晒干; (29)丹参:拣净杂 质,除去根茎,洗净,捞出,润透后切片,晾干; (30)五味子:筛去灰屑,除去杂质,置蒸笼内蒸透,取出晒干; (31)砂仁:拣去杂质及果壳,捣碎; (二)制备 将所述重量的紫苏梗、竹茹、竹浙、神曲、桃仁、黄连、当归、柴胡、甘草、天花粉、半夏、郁金、皂角刺、冬瓜子、芦根、佛手柑、延胡索、白芍、麦冬、山楂、白茅根、陈皮、生地黄、麦芽、虎杖、茵陈蒿、枸杞子、女贞子、丹参、五味子、砂仁加水煎煮,第一次加水3倍量,浸泡60分钟后,用武火煎煮沸腾20分钟,再用文火煎煮15分钟,即得第一次煎煮液,将第一次煎煮液倒入容器内; 第二次加水3倍量,武火煎煮沸腾20分钟,再用文火煎煮10分钟,即得第二次煎煮液; 将两次煎煮液混合,再用文火煮20分钟,将煎煮液分为6剂服用。
