技术领域
本发明涉及破碎机械技术领域,更具体地说是一种用于颚式破碎机的复合多曲柄摇杆机构。
背景技术
传统的颚式破碎机,从力学角度看有一个共同的典型结构,即都运用了一套曲柄摇杆机构(其偏心轴是曲柄,动颚是连杆,肘板是摇杆)。
这种单曲柄摇杆机构有一个严重弊端就是:它的破碎力处于“减力效应”之中。即由动颚下部靠动颚作圆周运动带动肘板摇摆获得水平方向的破碎冲程,其破碎力是“减力”的。
因此,传统颚破的动颚下部是以排放为主要功能,而不是以破碎为主要功能。它主要靠动颚上部破碎做功,破碎效率受到很大的制约。
本发明人对此作了新的改进:如本申请人先前申请的发明,申请号为201110092031.0,发明名称为一种具有双轴双曲柄摇杆机构的颚式破碎机。其中用双曲柄摇杆机构取代原来的单曲柄摇杆机构,动颚下部变“减力效应”为“增力效应”,将以排放功能为主提升为以破碎功能为主(也顺承完成排放功能)。这样,从效果上看,实际上相当于一台设备具有了二级破碎的功能和效果。
但是,双曲柄摇杆机构还存在不足之处:(1)动颚下部变“增力效应”了,但动颚上部则没有。(2)由于受机构的限制,不具有有利的选择性破碎的破碎机理(所谓选择性破碎就是:物料内部组织结构并不都是均匀厚实的,或多或少存在细微裂缝,如果能够选择从这些薄弱环节的断面处着手进行破碎,所需的破碎力最小);(3)所谓具有二级破碎功能只是从效果上看,从结构上看仍然是一级破,即并没有实现其真正技术意义上的一机二级破碎功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于弥补上述现有技术颚破的不足,提供了高效、多功能的一种用于颚式破碎机的复合多曲柄摇杆机构。
为了达到以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种用于颚式破碎机的复合多曲柄摇杆机构,包括机架、传动机构、动颚机构、复合多曲柄摇杆机构、固定颚板和活动颚板,固定颚板和活动颚板对峙形成破碎腔,固定颚板设置在机架上,活动颚板设置在动颚机构上,动颚机构与复合多曲柄摇杆机构相连接;其特征在于,所述的复合多曲柄摇杆机构包括后偏心驱动轴、上段前肘板、上段后肘板、上节后动颚、下节后动颚、下段前肘板和下段后肘板;
上节后动颚下端与下节后动颚上端均枢接在后偏心驱动轴上,后偏心驱动轴连接在传动机构上;
上段前肘板前端枢接在动颚机构上方,后端枢接在上节后动颚前侧上方;上段后肘板前端枢接在上节后动颚后侧上方,后端枢接在机架上;
下段前肘板前端枢接在动颚机构下方,后端枢接在下节后动颚前侧下方;下段后肘板前端枢接在下节后动颚后侧下方,后端枢接在机架上。
本发明明显的结构特征是:多套曲柄摇杆机构的复合。
关于复合多曲柄摇杆机构是本发明中的一个重要亮点,它的结构分析:由后偏心驱动轴、上节后动颚、上段前肘板组成一套曲柄摇杆机构,其中后偏心驱动轴为曲柄,上节后动颚为连杆,上段前肘板为摇杆。同理,另外还有三个曲柄摇杆机构(“后偏心驱动轴+上节后动颚+上段后肘板”一套;“后偏心驱动轴+下节后动颚+下段前肘板”一套;还有“后偏心驱动轴+下节后动颚+下节后肘板”一套)。以上四套曲柄摇杆机构相互叠置并复合连接成一体。
复合多曲柄摇杆机构也可看成是上、下两个“双曲柄摇杆机构”的组合体。它有存在以下几个方面显著的功效:
<1>“双曲柄摇杆机构”具有“增力效应”,使破碎机具有高效率,(详见本发明人先前申请的发明,申请号为:201110092031.0,发明名称为:一种具有双轴双曲柄摇杆机构的颚式破碎机)。但双曲柄摇杆机构只使动颚下部具有“增力效应”,而动颚上部则没有。本发明中的复合多曲柄摇杆机构使动颚上、下部都具有“增力效应”,使破碎机的破碎效率更高。
<2>复合多曲柄摇杆机构的上、下两级“双曲柄摇杆机构”的运动(即一紧一松运动)可有多种组合:①可以同步一紧一松;②也可以反向一紧一松,即上、下两级的进程破碎作功与回程空转是错开的,当上边为进程破碎作功收紧时,下边是回程空转放松,当上边为回程放松时,下边是进程破碎作功收紧。这样,后偏心驱动轴就处于全程驱动作功状态。至此,现有技术颚式破碎机半程作功的先天性弊端就由本发明攻克消除了。
<3>动颚运动水平行程分布合理,并可控可调。虽然现有技术复摆破要比简摆破的动颚水平行程合理,但复摆破上部行程是不可调的,而本发明是上、下水平行程都可调,能使破碎机始终处于最佳状态工作;
本发明核心技术:本发明以传统技术颚破的单曲柄摇杆机构以及改进后的双曲柄摇杆机构为基础,更进一步设计成复合多曲柄摇杆机构,分别实现:(1)实现了动颚上、下部全具有“增力效应”;(2)将颚破的破碎机理提升为高效的“选择性破碎机理”;(3)实现了结构上、技术上、功能上完全意义的一机两级破碎功能。

当前动颚后端空间过小,后偏心驱动轴以及后动颚不方便设置时,将后偏心驱动轴设置在上侧,后动颚的上下两段枢接,同样能达到上述效果。
作为优选,所述的动颚机构的结构:包括前同心支撑轴、上节前动颚和下节前动颚;
上节前动颚枢接在前同心支撑轴上,前同心支撑轴设置在机架上,上节前动颚下端与下节前动颚上端相枢接;活动颚板设置在下节前动颚上;
上段前肘板前端枢接在上节前动颚后侧下方或者下节前动颚后侧上方或者上节前动颚和下节前动颚的枢接轴上;
下段前肘板前端枢接在下节前动颚后侧下方;
传动机构包括传动轮,后偏心驱动轴连接在传动轮上。
本优选方案最大的亮点:使动颚上、下部共同具有“增力效应”;动颚运动水平行程分布合理,并可控可调;运动轨迹十分理想,即其动颚运动轨迹完全在水平行程方向上(垂直行程几乎没有);更重要的是克服了现有技术颚破半程作功的先天性弊端,实现了全程作功。

传动机构包括前传动齿轮和后传动齿轮,前偏心驱动轴连接在前传动齿轮上,后偏心驱动轴连接在后传动齿轮上,前传动齿轮和后传动齿轮相啮合。
本优选方案最大的亮点:实现了破碎机理的提升,即由常规的压碎破碎机理提升为具有选择性破碎机理。
所谓选择性破碎就是:物料内部组织结构并不都是均匀厚实的,或多或少存在细微裂缝,如果能够选择从这些薄弱环节的断面处着手进行破碎,所需的破碎力最小,反之就需要更大的破碎力才能将其破碎。选择性破碎是很好的破碎机理,是破碎机发展中所追求的方向。
要实现“选择性破碎”,要满足两个条件:(1)物料处于不断加压的过程;(2)物料的破碎力点不断地变化,即物料要不断翻动着。
本优选方案将水平方向运动与垂直方向运动分开独立运行,它的运动效能实际上就是一方面在水平方向施以强大的破碎力,另一方面在物料逐步受挤压的同时,垂直方向的运动又使物料处于不断地翻动,符合上述选择性破碎机理的条件。
作为上述方案的替换方案,所述的动颚机构的结构:包括前偏心驱动轴、上节前动颚和下节前动颚;
上节前动颚枢接在前偏心驱动轴上,前偏心驱动轴连接在传动机构上;上节前动颚下端与下节前动颚上端相枢接;活动颚板包括上段活动颚板和下段活动颚板,上段活动颚板设置在上节前动颚上,下段活动颚板设置在下节前动颚上;
上段前肘板前端枢接在上节前动颚后侧下方或者下节前动颚后侧上方或者上节前动颚和下节前动颚的枢接轴上;
下段前肘板前端枢接在下节前动颚后侧下方;
传动机构包括前传动齿轮和后传动齿轮,前偏心驱动轴连接在前传动齿轮上,后偏心驱动轴连接在后传动齿轮上,前传动齿轮和后传动齿轮相啮合。
本优选方案的最大的亮点:将现有技术下的动颚机构设计为用铰链连接成的上、下两节动颚组合状,且上、下两节动颚各自配置颚板并与机架上设置的固定颚板对峙形成上、下两级破碎腔,再用“复合多曲柄摇杆机构设计”代替“双曲柄摇杆机构设计”,使动颚上、下部共同具有“增力效应”的破碎力;同时又实现了真正技术意义上的一机二级破碎的目的。
作为优选,将上述用于颚式破碎机的复合多曲柄摇杆机构倒置设置。
本优选方案的最大的亮点:将上述正置用于颚式破碎机的复合多曲柄摇杆机构改为倒置型,即将前偏心轴设置在设备下部。倒置结构带来的有益效果有二:①设备重心降低,运行更平稳,且更适合井下使用。②有利于需要设置破碎腔上部冲程比下部大的工况,它符合物料颗粒上部大,所需冲程也大,下部物料颗粒小,所需冲程也小的客观要求。

下段前肘板前端枢接在下节前动颚后侧下方,后端枢接在下节后动颚前侧下方;下段后肘板前端枢接在下节后动颚后侧下方,后端枢接在机架上;
