本发明涉及一种保健食品,即林蛙油软胶囊及制备方法。商品名称:金马牌雪蛙油软胶囊。
背景技术
在现有技术中,林蛙油(或称蛤蟆油)是中国林蛙(Rana tempomriachcnsinensls David)的雌蛙输卵管。中国药典2005年版有收载。自古以来人们以此品蒸熟拌冰糖服用,有轻身健体,延年益寿之作用。1984年以来,国内外开始较全面研究林蛙营养成分与保健功能。报道蛤蟆油主要含蛋白质占总量的50%以上,氨基酸含量为41.7%,人体必需的氨基酸为18.48%,另外有粗脂肪、粗蛋白,水等,其有效成分之报道有雌酮(Estrone)、17β-雌二醇(17β一Estradiol),17β一羟甾醇脱氢酸,另外尚含有胆甾醇、维生素及少量胡萝卜素,无极元素有K、Ca、Na、Mg、Fe、Mn等。其抗衰老、抗疲劳保健作用众所周知。如何更好利用林蛙油保健效果,此类保健产品种类繁多,组方不同,效果各异。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述情况而提供一种充分利用林蛙油延缓衰老和抗疲劳保健作用的林蛙油软胶囊及制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:林蛙油软胶囊由以下重量份数的原料制成:林蛙油3-5份,棕榈油2-4份、玉米色拉油5-7份。
优选:中国林蛙油4份,棕榈油3份、玉米色拉油6份。
据报道,衰老的原因是多方面的,其中重要的原因之一则是体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性降低、减弱了其对脂质对过氯化物的代谢造成体内过氧化脂质增加,过氧化脂质作用于细胞膜,改变细胞膜的结构和功能,造成细胞膜缺损,加速了细胞的衰老和死亡,而维生素E是一种高效抗氧化剂,在体内与超氧化物歧化酶等一起构成体内抗氧化系统,保护生物膜(包括细胞膜、细胞器膜)上多烯脂肪酸,细胞骨架及其蛋白质的-巯基免受自由基攻击,它能升高SOD的活性,降低过氧化脂质的生成。蛤蟆油能延长果蝇寿命和提高耐寒能力等抗衰老的作用,可能与所含维生素E及其它的胡萝卜素,微量元素硒等有效成分有关。衰老的因素还有,随着年龄的增长,体内脂褐质(俗称老年斑)也不断增加,它是细胞内某些成分被氧化分解后的沉积物,补充维生索E可减少细胞中的脂褐质的形心,从而预防衰老。蛤蟆油有对正常动物和肾虚动物具有抗痕劳,抗应激的作用。这与其本身固有的蛋白质有关,还与其它的无机盐、金属离子、水溶性维生素、激素固醇类化合物有关。总之,蛤蟆油具有抗衰老、抗疲劳保健作用。
棕榈油是从油棕树上的棕果(Elaeis Guineensis)中榨取出来的,果肉压榨出的油称为棕榈油(Palm Oil)。棕榈油容易被消化、吸收、以及促进健康。它的高固体性质甘油含量让食品避免氢化而保持平稳,并有效的抗拒氧化。精炼棕榈油含有丰富的生育酚和生育三烯醇,应用于食品中具有维生素E的功能活性,红棕榈油含有丰富类胡萝卜素,可以作为具有维生素A源功能来应用。24-33度棕榈油可广泛面用于食品行业。
林蛙油软胶囊制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)净选:将剥离出来的林蛙油去系膜及附着的卵和杂物;
(2)干燥;
(3)粉碎:将干燥的林蛙油进行粉碎;
(4)过筛:过200目筛细粉留下备用,得粗粉;
(5)浸泡:将粗粉用75%乙醇浸泡24小时;
(6)提取:将浸泡液置回流提取罐中提取3次,每次6小时;
(7)过滤:用真空过滤器过滤,弃渣,得提取液;
(8)回收溶剂:减压回收或在常压下温度控制在70-80℃回收,然后再过滤,得膏状提取物;
(9)干燥:提取膏进行真空干燥;
(10)粉碎:将干燥的提取物粉碎成细粉;
(11)混合研磨:按投料比例将棕榈油加热熔化后,与过200目筛的细粉及提取物细粉及玉米色拉油混匀,通过胶体磨进行研磨4-5次,放入配料罐中,在保温条件下,充分搅拌均匀,放置备用;
(12)化胶:按明胶∶甘油∶水=1∶0.4∶0.9进行化胶,放入化胶罐中保温备用;
(13)制软胶囊:按制软胶囊的工艺,制备软胶囊。
保健功能:抗疲劳、延缓衰老。
适宜人群:易疲劳者、中老年人。
食用方法及食用量:每日3次,每次2g。规格:1g/粒、0.5g/粒。

具体实施方式
实施例1
林蛙油软胶囊:中国林蛙油20kg,棕榈油15kg、玉米色拉油30kg,制成50000粒软胶囊。1g/粒。
功效成份、含量:
每100克中:含维生素E≥0.68g。
每100克中:含蛋白质≥14g。
实施例2
林蛙油软胶囊制备工艺:1、净选:将剥离出来的林蛙输卵管去系膜及附着的卵和杂物。2、干燥。3、粉碎:将干燥的林蛙油进行粉碎。4、过筛:过200目筛细粉留下备用,得粗粉。5、浸泡:将粗粉用75%乙醇浸泡24小时。6、提取:将浸泡液置回流提取罐中提取3次,每次6小时。7、过滤:用真空过滤器过滤,弃渣,得提取液。8、回收溶剂:减压回收或在常压下温度控制在70-80℃回收,然后再过滤,得膏状提取物。9、干燥:提取膏进行真空干燥。10、粉碎:将干燥的提取物粉碎成细粉。11、混合研磨:按投料比例将棕榈油加热熔化后,与过200目筛的细粉及提取物细粉及玉米色拉油混匀,通过胶体磨进行研磨4-5次,达到手捻无颗粒感并细粉悬浮于油中为准。放入配料罐中,在保温(水浴)条件下,充分搅拌均匀,放置备用。12、化胶:按投料比例:明胶∶甘油∶水;1∶0.4∶0.9进行化胶,放入化胶罐中保温备用。13、制软胶囊:按制软胶囊的工艺,制备软胶囊。
实验例1
林蛙油软胶囊(雪蛙油软胶囊)经吉林省卫生检测检验中心检验,结果表明:雪蛙油软胶囊可延长雌、雄果蝇的半数死亡时间,增加雌、雄果蝇的最高寿命和平均寿命;并有降低雌性老年大鼠(鼠龄20个月)肝组织过氧化脂MDA,升高血清中抗氧化酶SOD和GSH-Px的作用,由此判断,雪蛙油软胶囊有延缓衰老的作用。
实验例2
林蛙油软胶囊(雪蛙油软胶囊)经吉林省卫生检测检验中心检验,结果表明:经口给予小鼠雪蛙油软胶囊2.0、10.、0.5g/kg,bw.d,连续灌胃30天,能延长小鼠负重游泳时间,减少小鼠游泳时血清尿素氮的产生,减少游泳时血乳酸的产生。由此判定,雪蛙油软胶囊具有抗疲劳作用。

1.一种林蛙油软胶囊,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:林蛙油3-5份,棕榈油2-4份、玉米色拉油5-7份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的林蛙油软胶囊,其特征在于由以下重量的原料制成:林蛙油4份,棕榈油3份、玉米色拉油6份。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的林蛙油软胶囊,其特征在于由以下重量的原料制成:中国林蛙油20kg,棕榈油15kg、玉米色拉油30kg,制成50000粒软胶囊。
4.一种如权利要求3所述林蛙油软胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)净选:将剥离出来的林蛙油去系膜及附着的卵和杂物;
(2)干燥;
(3)粉碎:将干燥的林蛙油进行粉碎;
(4)过筛:过200目筛细粉留下备用,得粗粉;
(5)浸泡:将粗粉用75%乙醇浸泡24小时;
