Abstract

本发明属合金钢技术领域,涉及一种高温炉管用耐热钢,该耐热钢的主要特征是在普通耐热钢中加入少量的稀土元素以及其它一些微量元素,减少了金属镍的用量,使得高温炉管用耐热钢的性能达到或超过同类含镍高的耐热钢,从而降低了高温炉管用耐热钢的生产成本。该高温炉管用耐热钢具有较高的高温强度,良好的抗氧化性能、耐腐蚀、耐磨损性能和抗蠕变性能以及抗冲击性能,该高温炉管用耐热钢的最高工作温度可以达到1300℃,广泛适用于高温炉管用的炉辊和各种退火炉的炉辊以及辐射管的生产等等。

技术领域
 本发明属冶金技术领域,涉及一种高温炉管用耐热钢。
 
背景技术
 目前高温炉管用耐热钢常用的型号有:ZG45Ni35Cr26、ZG40Cr30Ni20和ZG30Ni35Cr15等。这些耐热钢主要以铬镍作为合金元素,其特点是钢中含镍量较高,而镍的价格昂贵,使得耐热钢的生产成本很高,同时也造成了高温炉管的生产成本居高不下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种添加了微量稀土元素,含镍量低、耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐磨损、抗氧化、抗蠕变、抗冲击、生产成本较低的一种高温炉管用耐热钢。这种耐热钢的耐热温度可以达到1300℃,可以替代ZG45Ni35Cr26、ZG40Cr30Ni20和ZG30Ni35Cr15使用,其钢的耐热性能超过了替代钢种。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的一种高温炉管用耐热钢主要由C、Si、Mn、P、S、Cr、Ni、Mo、Al、Cu、Co、Ti、Nd、V、W、Pb、B、Sn、Bi、Ca、Fe元素所组成,其高温炉管用耐热钢原料的重量百分组成为:C 0.35~0.75% ;Si 0.7~1.0% ;Mn 1.0~1.2% ;P 0.0005~0.0010% ;S 0.005~0.006% ;Cr 28~29% ;Ni 20.5~21.0% ;Mo 0.55~0.60% ;Al 0.022~0.026% ;Cu 0.05~0.09%; Co 0.11~0.12% ;Ti 0.0010~0.0015% ;Nd 0.005~0.008%;V 0.055~0.065% ;W 1.20~1.25% ; Pb 0.00020~0.00025% ; B 0.0005~0.0006% ; Sn 0.0065~0.0075% ;  Bi 0.00010~0.00014% ; Ca 0.0015~0.0025% ; Fe 45.5~46.5% ,配方中各组分含量的重量百分比之和为100%。
具体实施方式:
将上述高温炉管用耐热钢的原料按照配比加入中频感应炉中,将其冶炼成钢水并浇铸成锭,然后将钢锭煅造成棒材,再将棒材加工成试样,在高温下进行测试。
  本发明的高温炉管用耐热钢与现有钢种性能对比测试一览表
 从上表中可以看出本发明的高温炉管用耐热钢比同类牌号含镍量高的耐热钢性能要优越。
本发明的有益效果是:
高温炉管用耐热钢中添加了微量Nd和Ti ,提高了钢的高温强度和抗氧化性,改善了热塑性,加入了Si、Al、Cr使钢在高温下表面生成致密的氧化膜,防止钢继续氧化,提高了钢的抗氧化性能和抗高温腐蚀性能,减少了Ni的用量,降低了生产成本低,该钢具有较好地耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐磨损、抗氧化、抗蠕变、抗冲击性能。 
实施例1 ,将高温炉管用耐热钢的原料按如下重量百分比投入中频感应炉中:C 0.75% ;Si 1% ;Mn 1.2% ;P 0.001% ; S 0.006% ;Cr 29% ;Ni 20.5% ;Mo 0.56% ;Al 0.022% ;Cu 0.05%;Co 0.12% ;Ti 0.001% ;Nd 0.005%;V 0.065% ;W 1.21% ; Pb 0.0002% ; B 0.0006% ; Sn 0.0071% ;   Bi 0.0001% ; Ca 0.002% ; Fe 45.5% ,将其冶炼成钢水并浇铸成钢锭,此钢锭即为高温炉管用耐热钢。
实施例2 ,将高温炉管用耐热钢的原料按如下重量百分比投入中频感应炉中:C 0.68% ;Si 1% ;Mn 1% ;P 0.001% ; S 0.006% ;Cr 28% ;Ni 21% ;Mo 0.6% ;Al 0.025% ;Cu 0.09%;Co 0.12% ;Ti 0.001% ;Nd 0.005%;V 0.062% ;W 1.2% ; Pb 0.0002% ; B 0.0006% ; Sn 0.007% ;  Bi 0.0001% ; Ca 0.0021% ; Fe 46.2% ,将其冶炼成钢水并浇铸成钢锭,此钢锭即为高温炉管用耐热钢。

1. 一种高温炉管用耐热钢,其特征在于它的配方组成的重量百分比为:C 0.35~0.75% ;Si 0.7~1.0% ;Mn 1.0~1.2% ;P 0.0005~0.0010% ;S 0.005~0.006% ;Cr 28~29% ;Ni 20.5~21.0% ;Mo 0.55~0.60% ;Al 0.022~0.026% ;Cu 0.05~0.09%; Co 0.11~0.12% ;Ti 0.0010~0.0015% ;Nd 0.005~0.008%;V 0.055~0.065% ;W 1.20~1.25% ; Pb 0.00020~0.00025% ; B 0.0005~0.0006% ; Sn 0.0065~0.0075% ;  Bi 0.00010~0.00014% ; Ca 0.0015~0.0025% ; Fe 45.5~46.5% ,配方中各组分含量的重量百分比之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高温炉管用耐热钢,其特征在于高温炉管用耐热钢的化学成份中W的含量为1.20~1.25%,Nd的含量为0.005~0.008% ,V的含量为 0.055~0.065% ,Cu的含量为 0.05~0.09%。
