本发明涉及一种农产品安全检测生物芯片。研究开发病原微生物、生物毒素、农药残留、兽药残留四大类农产品安全检测芯片及便携式检测仪,建立准确灵敏、快速简易的农产品安全检测技术,为保证农产品安全提供有效手段。

一种农产品安全检测生物芯片
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种农产品安全检测生物芯片,尤其是近年来农产品安全事件屡发的一个重要原因就是安全检测与监督技术相对落后,不能满足快速检测和监督的需要,使政府部门、企业和消费者难以建立有效的农产品安全控制体系来保证农产品的安全性。。
【背景技术】
农产品安全问题,不仅涉及到广大人民群众的生命与健康,还涉及到生产经营企业乃至整个行业、地区和国家的声誉,经济利益的损失更是不言而喻,这些事件引起的波澜自然会直接影响社会的稳定和经济的发展。另外,我国加入WTO的同时也将面临新的技术壁垒和经济全球化的竞争。因此,面对即将来临的重大变革,增强农产品安全意识,提升农产品安全技术,强化农产品安全管理,除具有重要的政治意义外,还具有显著的经济效益,社会效益和环境效益。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种农产品安全检测生物芯片,农产品中危害人的健康和安全的有毒有害物质主要有两大类:(1)生物类有毒有害物质,主要包括病原微生物、生物毒素;(2)化学有毒有害物质,如重金属、残留农药兽药以及一些有害的饲料添加剂等。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用技术方案是:针对各类农产品毒害物,研究采用核酸、蛋白(酶、抗体)以及分子印记技术等制作相应的分子探针,研究采用分子自组装技术构建分子探针微阵列,研制能同时检测多种靶物质的压电生物芯片,开发配套的便携式检测仪;以国家和国际农产品安全标准为依据,建立准确灵敏、快速(30分钟以内)简便的农产品安全检测技术。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:在已有临床微生物检测、环境激素筛测和药物筛选等芯片研究的基础上,研究开发农产品毒害物快速筛测芯片以及配套的便携式检测仪,建立准确灵敏、快速简易的新型农产品安全检测技术,可作为执法监督部门检查时的有力工具和手段,同时可作为消费者对农产品安全性进行鉴定的方法,另外此技术还可进一步升级用于农产品企业内部质量与安全控制,为保证食品安全提供有效手段。
【具体实施方式】
将制备的分子探针的一端进行化学修饰,采用微阵列点样机将各修饰探针置于预定的微传感器表面,在一定的条件下,进行分子自组装,使探针牢固结合在微传感器表面,形成探针微阵列。
采用MEMS技术,制作微型压电传感器与微流控芯片、以及有电引脚和集成加热/冷却半导体器件的芯片座套(有液流通道);将探针固定后,将芯片封装在座套内,制成微流样品前处理和检测集成的压电生物芯片。

Claims (4)

1.一种农产品安全检测生物芯片。
2.研制同时20种以上检测沙门氏菌、李斯特杆菌和大肠杆菌常见病原微生物的压电生物芯片,建立快速、灵敏、特异的检测多种病原微生物的快速检测技术;
3.研制同时检测20种以上黄曲霉毒素、伏马菌素及常见毒物的压电生物芯片,建立快速、灵敏、特异的检测多种毒素的快速检测技术;
4.研制同时检测20种以上β-兴奋剂、激素等多种国内外重点监控兽药的压电生物芯片,建立快速、灵敏、特异的检测动物源食品中多种兽药残留量的检测技术。
