Abstract

药光热灸疗仪涉及一种医疗器械。本发明在外壳里,固定着仪器工作电源、施灸信号调节系统的总装板、外壳面板装有设置键、药光热施灸头插座,用信号连接导线将插头和灸头基片加以连接。灸头基片工作面上设置有一条呈S形的药线槽,药线槽与同一条直径上的两个红光发射管的连线相交,其中心点与两个红光发射管的中点重合。药线槽S型上下弯头弧度的两个圆心分别与两个红光发射管的安装中心重合。本发明通过埋线方式的改变,采用S形的弯曲药线槽和往槽里比较紧地塞线,有效地解决了药片在灸头V字形浅坑中无法放置、容易掉下的难题,从此能方便地进行药光热的同时施灸,有利于药光热同时施灸技术的推广普及和现代灸法整体治疗效果的提高。

药光热灸疗仪
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种医疗仪器。
背景技术:
灸法是中华民族的重要发明。传统灸法用燃艾在穴位上灼烫,就能治病防病,方法简单、无副作用、效果显著。为了继承和发展祖国医学技术、推进传统针法和灸法的现代化,已有人对灸法作了技术改进:利用现代控制电热技术代替、规范了灸法,同时还在控制技术上实现了能补能泻功能等,这些技术措施对传统针法和灸法技术的发展有一定作用,扩大了针灸技术手段的范围,但存在的缺点是:
在现代灸法利用电热技术取代燃艾施灸中,主要考虑了燃艾的热能效应,只是给穴位注入了热量,没有利用燃艾时产生的光能。这不仅在实质上与传统燃艾灸法有差距,而且在效果上也因其注入的形式是单靠热量进入穴位表皮后,通过机体的传导,其传导的深度比较有限,且时间也较慢,无疑将对疾病的治疗效果带来较大影响。为解决以上问题,已出现激光、红光和热灸的结合,但传统灸法中经常使用的药灸虽然有在灸头表面设置埋药浅坑,但操作中药片往往固定不住,很难结合进去,因此在目前的灸疗中药灸基本都处于不能采用的状态。
发明内容:
本发明目的是:为解决上述背景技术的缺点,使热光灸能和药灸较好地结合使用,进一步模拟传统灸法中的热光药灸方法,以期望取得更理想的治疗效果。为防止药片从浅坑里掉下来。现设想将现代灸疗施灸头上的埋药浅坑,改变成为一条弯曲的线槽,再将浸过药的面纱线比较紧地塞进弯曲的线槽,因为线槽又是弯曲的,这样两个因素决定它就能有较大的摩擦力,使药线不会再掉下来,从而能可靠地实现药、光、热的同时施灸,进一步提高现代灸法技术的治疗效果。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在外壳里,固定着仪器工作电源、发热、发光施灸信号电子调节系统的控制系统总装板、外壳面板装有电源开关、设置键、多个药光热施灸头插座,用发热、发光信号连接导线将插头和经过塑包封装的里面安装着发热元件、两个红光发射管的灸头基片加以连接,再将连接好的插头插入药光热施灸头插座,灸头基片工作面上设置有一条两头呈弧形弯曲的药线槽,药线槽与两个红光发射管的连线相交。
两个红光发射管对称分布安装在同一条灸头基片的工作面直径上,两个红光发射管之间的距离在灸头基片工作面直径的1/4至3/4之间,两个红光发射管安装点的定位误差小于灸头基片工作面直径的1/5。
药线槽两头的两个弯曲弧形呈S形弯曲、也可呈反S形弯曲设置,两者灸疗效果相同,两头的两个弯曲弧形的两个圆心分别与两个红光发射管的安装中心重合、其重合程度的误差小于灸头基片工作面直径的1/5,两头的两个弯曲弧形的曲率半径在灸头基片工作面直径的1/3至1/5之间。
药线槽的中心点与两个红光发射管的连线中点、灸头基片工作面中心点三点重合,其重合程度的误差小于灸头基片工作面直径的1/5。
药线槽的深度在0.1至3.0毫米之间、宽在0.1至3.0毫米之间,槽底涂有颜料涂层。
药线槽里埋进的药线是放在灸疗专用药汁里浸泡后的直径在1至5毫米的纱线。
红光发射管应根据功率需要在波长为650nm±30nm间的红光发光二极管和半导体激光二极管中选用。
本发明的有益效果:
通过埋线方式的改变,采用S形的弯曲药线槽和往槽里比较紧地塞线,有效地解决了药片在灸头V字形浅坑中无法放置、容易掉下的难题,从此能方便地进行药光热的同时施灸,有利于药光热同时施灸技术的推广、普及和现代灸法整体治疗效果的提高。

具体实施方式:
在图1、图2、图3所示的实施例中,外壳(14)里,固定着仪器工作电源(6)、发热、发光施灸信号电子调节系统(5)的控制系统总装板(13)、外壳(14)面板装有电源开关(7)、设置键(10)、多个药光热施灸头插座(8),用发热、发光信号连接导线将插头和经过塑包封装的里面安装着发热元件(2)、两个红光发光二极管(11)的灸头基片加以连接,再将连接好的插头插入药光热施灸头插座(8),灸头基片工作面(3)上设置有一条两头呈弧形弯曲的药线槽(12),药线槽(12)与两个红光发光二极管(11)的连线相交。
两个红光发光二极管(11)对称分布安装在同一条32毫米长的灸头基片的工作面(3)直径上,两个红光发光二极管(11)之间的距离为16毫米,两个红光发光二极管(11)安装点的定位误差在1毫米之内。
药线槽(12)两头的两个弯曲弧形呈S形弯曲设置,两头的两个弯曲弧形的两个圆心分别与两个红光发光二极管(11)的安装中心重合、其重合程度的误差在1毫米之内,两头的两个弯曲弧形的曲率半径8毫米。
药线槽(12)的中心点与两个红光发光二极管(11)的连线中点、灸头基片工作面(3)中心点三点重合,其重合程度的误差在1毫米之内。
药线槽(12)的深度在2毫米、宽在2毫米,槽底涂有黄颜料涂层。
药线槽(12)里埋进的药线是放在灸疗专用药汁里浸泡后的直径为2.5毫米的纱线。
使用时,将仪器插上电源后合上电源开关(7),通过设置键(10)设置灸法治疗信号。将加好药线的药光热施灸头(9)绑在需灸的穴位上(如足三里穴)就可进行药光热的施灸治疗。

Claims (6)

1.一种药光热灸疗仪,在外壳里,固定着仪器工作电源、发热、发光施灸信号电子调节系统的控制系统总装板、外壳面板装有电源开关、设置键、多个药光热施灸头插座,用发热、发光信号连接导线将插头和经过塑包封装的里面安装着发热元件、两个红光发射管的灸头基片加以连接,再将连接好的插头插入药光热施灸头插座,其特征在于灸头基片工作面上设置有一条两头呈弧形弯曲的药线槽,药线槽与两个红光发射管的连线相交。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药光热灸疗仪,其特征是:两个红光发射管对称分布安装在同一条灸头基片的工作面直径上,两个红光发射管之间的距离在灸头基片工作面直径的1/4至3/4之间,两个红光发射管安装点的定位误差小于灸头基片工作面直径的1/5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的药光热灸疗仪,其特征是:药线槽两头的两个弯曲弧形呈S形弯曲、也可呈反S形弯曲设置,两头的两个弯曲弧形的两个圆心分别与两个红光发射管的安装中心重合、其重合程度的误差小于灸头基片工作面直径的1/5,两头的两个弯曲弧形的曲率半径在灸头基片工作面直径的1/3至1/5之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的药光热灸疗仪,其特征是:药线槽的中心点与两个红光发射管的连线中点、灸头基片工作面中心点三点重合,其重合程度的误差小于灸头基片工作面直径的1/5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的药光热灸疗仪,其特征是:药线槽的深度在0.1至3.0毫米之间、宽在0.1至3.0毫米之间,槽底涂有颜料涂层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的药光热灸疗仪,其特征是:药线槽里埋进的药线是放在灸疗专用药汁里浸泡后的直径在1至5毫米的纱线。
