Abstract

本发明公开了一种横截面为曲线形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片的制作方法,包括下列步骤:①选取竹切片,其长度略大于窗帘片所需长度、宽度是多片窗帘片的宽度;②选取填充片,其长度、宽度与竹切片相同;③选用粘合剂将竹切片、填充片、竹切片依次粘贴叠合成窗帘片复层块体;④将窗帘片复层块体放置于上下对应的相同周期、相同曲线形状并连续组成的大幅面模具中压制出大幅面曲线板块;⑤沿大幅面曲线板块的长度方向切割取得横截面为曲线形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘毛坯片;⑥修整复层竹面百叶窗帘毛坯片的切割面和两端面余量,即可获得横截面为曲线形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片。有益效果在于:生产效率高、生产成本低、合理使用能源、成品率高。

Description

横截面为曲线形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及的是竹面百叶窗帘片的制作方法,具体地说,是一种横截面为曲线形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片的制作方法。 
背景技术
百叶窗帘由于遮光、调光以及通风性能好、广泛地应用于办公楼、酒店、会议室、家庭。 
百叶窗帘的窗帘片,据现有技术的记载:中国专利CN2756798;CN2550472;CN2898252,公开了窗帘片的横截面是弧形或弓形、S形、波浪形。横截面成曲线的好处在于,抗弯刚性与相同厚度、相同材质的窗帘片相比提高2倍以上,使用寿命大大提高。 
在现有技术中,横截面为曲线形状的窗帘片的制作方法,是将每一片窗帘片进行复层压制而成。其不足之处在于,生产效率低下、生产成本大、能源浪费大、成品率底。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种生产效率高、生产成本低、合理使用能源、成品率高的横截面为曲线形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片的制作方法。 
本发明横截面为曲线形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片的制作方法,包括下列步骤: 
①选取竹切片,其长度略大于窗帘片所需长度、宽度是多片窗帘片的宽度、厚度为0.18毫米~0.42毫米,竹纤维的长度方向作为竹切片的长度方向; 
②选取填充片,其长度、宽度与竹切片相同,厚度为0.6毫米~2.0毫米,纤维的长度方向作为填充片的长度方向; 
③选用粘合剂将竹切片、填充片、竹切片依次粘贴叠合成窗帘片复层块体; 
④将窗帘片复层块体放置于上下对应的相同周期、相同曲线形状并连续组成的大幅面模具中压制出大幅面曲线板块; 
⑤沿大幅面曲线板块的长度方向切割取得横截面为曲线形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘毛坯片; 
⑥修整复层竹面百叶窗帘毛坯片的切割面和两端面余量,即可获得横截面 为曲线形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片。 
所述步骤①的竹切片可以是原竹旋切片,也可以是竹集成材旋切片,还可以是竹集成材刨切片。 
所述步骤②的填充片可以是速生木片,也可以是竹切片,还可以是人工合成片。 
所述步骤③的粘合剂是木胶剂。 
所述步骤④的大幅面模具的曲线可以是圆弧线,也可以是波浪线,还可以是正弦线,还可以是余弦线,还可以是抛物线,还可以是双曲线。 
所述步骤⑤的复层竹面百叶窗帘片的横截面可以是圆弧形,也可以是波浪形,还可以是S形,还可以是U形,还可以是抛物线形,还可以是双曲线形。 
本发明横截面为曲线形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片的制作方法的有益效果在于,生产效率高、生产成本低、合理使用能源、成品率高。

具体实施方式
参考附图,下面将结合实施例对本发明进行详细描述。 
具体实施例1: 
图1、图2、图5所示的横截面为圆弧形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片的制作方法,包括下列步骤: 
①选取长度为2005毫米、宽度为1000毫米、厚度为0.2毫米的竹切片1、3,竹纤维的长度方向作为竹切片的长度方向; 
②选取速生木片填充片(2),其长度和宽度与竹切片1、3相同,其厚度为1.8毫米,纤维的长度方向作为填充片的长度方向; 
③选用木胶剂将竹切片3、填充片2、竹切片1依次粘贴叠合成窗帘片复层块体; 
④将窗帘片复层块体放置于上下对应的相同周期、相同圆弧形状并连续组成的大幅面模具中,采用蒸汽将温度控制在100℃,热压胶合约30秒,取出自然降温后即获得大幅面连续圆弧形状的板块4; 
⑤沿大幅面连续圆弧形状板块4的长度方向切割后,修整切割面和两端面余量,获得横截面为圆弧形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片5。 
具体实施例2: 
图3、图4、图6、图7、图8所示的横截面为波浪形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片的制作方法,包括下列步骤: 
①选取长度为2005毫米、宽度为1000毫米、厚度为0.3毫米的竹切片1、3,竹纤维的长度方向作为竹切片的长度方向; 
②选取竹片填充片2,其长度和宽度与竹切片1、3相同,其厚度为1.2毫米,纤维的长度方向作为填充片的长度方向; 
③选用木胶剂将竹切片3、填充片2、竹切片1依次粘贴叠合成窗帘片复层块体; 
④将窗帘片复层块体放置于上下对应的相同周期、相同波浪形状并连续组成的大幅面模具中,采用蒸汽将温度控制在100℃,热压胶合约30秒,取出自然降温后即获得大幅面连续圆弧形状的板块6。 
⑤沿大幅面连续波浪形状板块6的长度方向切割后,修整切割面和两端面余量,可获得横截面为U形的复层竹面百叶窗帘片7;也可获得横截面为S形的复层竹面百叶窗帘片8;还可获得横截面为弧形的复层竹面百叶窗帘片9。 
具体实施例3: 
图1、图2、图5所示的横截面为圆弧形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片的制作方法,包括下列步骤: 
①选取长度为2005毫米、宽度为1000毫米、厚度为0.4毫米的竹切片1、3,竹纤维的长度方向作为竹切片的长度方向;
②选取竹片填充片2,其长度和宽度与竹切片1、3相同,其厚度为0.8毫米,纤维的长度方向作为填充片的长度方向; 
③选用木胶剂将竹切片3、填充片2、竹切片1依次粘贴叠合成窗帘片复层块体; 
④将窗帘片复层块体放置于上下对应的相同周期、相同圆弧形状并连续组成的大幅面模具中,采用蒸汽将温度控制在100℃,热压胶合约30秒,取出自然降温后即获得大幅面连续圆弧形状的板块4; 
⑤沿大幅面连续圆弧形状板块4的长度方向切割后,修整切割面和两端面余量,获得横截面为圆弧形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片5。 
本发明横截面为曲线形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片的制作方法,同样适合使用木切片用于复层的表面。凡是竹木复层块体放置于上下对应的相同周期、相同曲线形状并连续组成的大幅面模具中压制出的大幅面曲线板块,然后切割获得的横截面为曲线形状的复层竹木百叶窗帘片,均属于本发明保护的范围。 

Claims (10)

1.横截面为曲线形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片的制作方法,其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
①选取竹切片,其长度略大于窗帘片所需长度、宽度是多片窗帘片的宽度,竹纤维的长度方向作为竹切片的长度方向;
②选取填充片,其长度、宽度与竹切片相同,纤维的长度方向作为填充片的长度方向;
③选用粘合剂将竹切片、填充片、竹切片依次粘贴叠合成窗帘片复层块体;
④将窗帘片复层块体放置于上下对应的相同周期、相同曲线形状并连续组成的大幅面模具中压制出大幅面曲线板块;
⑤沿大幅面曲线板块的长度方向切割取得横截面为曲线形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘毛坯片;
⑥修整复层竹面百叶窗帘毛坯片的切割面和两端面余量,即可获得横截面为曲线形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的横截面为曲线形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤①所述的竹切片是原竹旋切片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的横截面为曲线形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤①所述的竹切片是竹集成材旋切片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的横截面为曲线形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤①所述的竹切片是竹集成材刨切片。
5.根据权利要求1所述的横截面为曲线形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤②所述的填充片是速生木片或者竹片。
6.根据权利要求1所述的横截面为曲线形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤③所述的粘合剂是木胶剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的横截面为曲线形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤④所述的大幅面模具的曲线是圆弧线。
8.根据权利要求1所述的横截面为曲线形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤④所述的大幅面模具的曲线是波浪线。
9.根据权利要求1所述的横截面为曲线形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤⑤所述的复层竹面百叶窗帘片的横截面为圆弧形。
10.根据权利要求1所述的横截面为曲线形状的复层竹面百叶窗帘片的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤⑤所述的复层竹面百叶窗帘片的横截面为波浪形。
