背景技术
DE 10 2004 056 936和相应的US 7,690,278 B2和WO 2006/0563252中描述了上文所指类型的换档装置。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种上文所指类型的换档装置,其从结构观点来看简单且实用的。特别地,本发明的目的是提供一种上文所指类型的换档装置,其能够被设计为具有用于根据可用空间定位其各种不同的部件的更大的选择灵活性。
为了实现这些目的,本发明提供一种如权利要求1所述的换档装置。
优选地,上述第一和第二辅助齿轮大体布置在与布置有上述前进齿轮的平面相同的平面内,而所述驻车齿轮在与所述第一倒车齿轮相反的方向上与上述平面间隔开。
根据一种特别有利的解决方案,上述驻车齿轮被可旋转地安装在所述选择器装置中的其中一个被滑动安装在其上的轴上。可替代地,所述驻车齿轮被可旋转地安装在专用于其的变速箱第四轴上。

具体实施方式
参照这两个图,一种机动车换档装置整体上用号码1表示,其包括相对于彼此同轴的第一主轴1A和第二主轴1B,它们的右端(参照这些图)通过任何已知类型的双离合器接合装置(未示出)选择性地可连接到机动车传动轴上。
第一和第二副轴整体上用标记2A、2B表示,它们的轴线与这两个主轴1A、1B的公共轴线平行且间隔开。
为了更清楚起见,这些图示出轴1A、1B、2A、2B就像它们的三个轴线布置在相同平面上,但是实际上这些轴线不共面,而是布置为形成三角形。
所有上述轴都通过变速箱的壳体4内的滚柱轴承3可旋转地支撑。

第二档的齿轮II啮合刚性连接到主轴1B的齿轮20。
第三档的齿轮III啮合刚性连接到主轴1A的齿轮30。
第四档的齿轮IV和第六档的齿轮VI都啮合刚性连接到主轴1B的同一齿轮46。
第五档的齿轮V和第七档的齿轮VII都啮合刚性连接到主轴1A的同一齿轮57。
用于可旋转地连接齿轮I、II、III、IV、V、VI、VII、R1中每一个的选择器装置用标记S17、S26、S34、S4R表示,上述选择器装置中的每一个都可沿相反的方向被致动以选择不同的档位(标记S后面跟着的号码数字表示由此可选择的档位)。
在这两个附图中,第二前进档是由一对齿轮IIA、IIB限定的,第一个永久性地连接成随最外面的主轴1B旋转,另一个可自由旋转地安装在第二副轴2B上并通过图中示意性示出且用标记S2/6(表明上述装置在一个方向选择第二档并且在另一个方向选择第六档)表示的接合装置与该副轴可旋转地连结。
倒车传动比是由第一倒车齿轮R1和第二倒车齿轮R2限定的,第一倒车齿轮R1可自由旋转地安装在第一副轴2A上并且可通过选择器装置S4R可旋转地与其连接,第二倒车齿轮R2充当使运动反向的中间齿轮并且啮合第一齿轮R1(这种啮合在图中示意地由虚线表示,由于副轴的两根轴线与主轴的公共轴线不包含在同一平面中,所以这种啮合是可能的)。第二倒车齿轮R2永久性地连接成随第二档的齿轮II旋转并且它可自由旋转地安装在第二副轴2B上。

最后,在图1和2所示的两个解决方案中,与能够为任何类型的驻车装置B(图中仅仅示意性地示出)配合以在驻车状态下锁定所述换档装置的驻车齿轮P操作性地连接到第一副轴2A。
根据本发明,驻车齿轮P可旋转地环绕轴线PX安装,该轴线PX既与两个主轴1A、1B的公共轴线间隔开又与副轴2A、2B的轴线间隔开。在图1所示第一实施例的情况中,驻车齿轮P可自由旋转地安装在其专用的轴AX上,该轴AX可旋转地围绕换档装置的结构4的轴线PX被支撑,如图中示意性所示。
在图2的变形例的情况中,驻车齿轮P可自由旋转地安装在不是其专用的轴AS上,该轴AS被用于滑动引导叉F的毂从而致动选择器装置S4R。
在这两种例子中,驻车齿轮B永久性地连接成随第一辅助齿轮P1围绕轴线PX旋转。第一辅助齿轮P1啮合第二辅助齿轮P2,该第二辅助齿轮永久性地连接成随第一副轴2A旋转。
