Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴颈轴承,更具体地,涉及一种用于轨道货运车辆的改进型轴承组件分隔件支撑装置。
背景技术
包括有预组装成用于组装至车轴或轴端部处的轴颈上的独立预润滑式包装的两列锥形滚子的滚子轴承组件是已知的。这种轴承组件用作组装至位于车轴端部处的轴颈上的轨道车辆轴承组件。这种类型的轴承通常采用两列锥形滚子,两列锥形滚子分别安装到一公用的轴承外圈的两端,且与所述锥形滚子对应的轴承内圈的内径尺寸设置成提供与所述轴颈干涉配合,且在所述轴承内圈之间定位有圆柱形套筒或分隔件以提供精确的间隔以及在轴颈上的适当侧向间隙。安装在所述轴承外圈的各端内的密封件提供与耐磨环的密封接触,其中所述耐磨环在所述组件的各端处抵靠相应轴承内圈的外端或背面。这种密封在美国专利第5,975,533、7,607,836和7,534,047中示出。
在典型的轨道车辆装置中,所述轴颈被加工为在内侧端具有倒圆部。具有与所述倒圆部的轮廓互补的表面、且具有用于与内耐磨环的内侧端接合的抵靠表面的垫环将所述轴承组件精确地定位在轴颈上。由旋拧在所述轴的所述端中的孔内的螺栓安装在所述轴的所述端上的端盖接合外侧耐磨环,并且将整个组件夹在所述轴的所述端上。所述耐磨环的内径通常设置成在其至少一部分长度上提供与所述轴颈的干涉配合,使得所述整个组件作为一个单元被压装到所述车轴的所述轴颈部分的所述端上。

发明内容
本发明的轴承组件是包括围绕所述车轴或轴的轴颈部分安装的内座圈或内圈的滚子轴承。由所述内圈形成的内座圈包括朝外的滚道。外座圈或外圈具有朝内的滚道。滚子元件位于所述内和外滚道之间并与所述内和外滚道接触。
垫环具有与形成于所述轴上的倒圆部的预定轮廓表面互补和接合的预定轮廓表面。所述倒圆部从所述轴颈延伸到所述轴的肩部。上述两个预定轮廓表面相互配合,以固定所述垫环,使之不能沿着所述轴进行轴向移动。
所述轴承组件包括密封组件,所述密封组件对需要保持在所述密封组件内的润滑剂以及对需要保持在外的污染物提供阻挡。设置分隔件来确保所述两个内圈的适当间隔。设置分隔件支撑件来确保在运输和安装期间对所述分隔件的适当定位和支撑。所述分隔件支撑件能够在所述轴承组件安装在车轴上之后保持就位。

具体实施方式
现在参见附图中的图1,在图1中整体上以标号10指示的轴承组件示出为安装于轴或车轴14(通常是轨道车辆车轴)的自由悬臂端上的轴颈12上。轴颈12被以极紧公差加工,并且其内端以延伸至车轴14的圆柱形肩18的特定轮廓倒圆部22终结。在所述车轴的所述自由端处,轴颈部分12以略呈锥形或者渐缩的引导部分24终结,所述引导部分24的尺寸设置为利于所述轴承组件安装至所述轴颈上。在车轴14的所述自由端中形成多个螺纹孔26,用于接纳帽螺钉或螺栓28,所述帽螺钉或螺栓28用于将轴承保持帽30安装在所述轴的所述端上,以将所述轴承夹紧就位,如同下文中更详细说明的那样。
轴承组件10在由保持帽30和螺栓28安装和夹紧之前被预组装。所述轴承组件包括一体式的轴承外圈或外座圈32,所述外圈或外座圈32具有一对面向内的滚道34、36,所述滚道34、36一一对应地分别邻近所述外圈或外座圈32的两端设置,且与一对分别具有面向外的滚道的轴承内圈38、40相配合,以支撑分别位于其间的两列锥形滚子42、44。中央分隔件46定位在内圈38、40之间,以使所述内圈相对于彼此保持处于精确隔开的位置,同时允许适当的轴承侧向间隙。
分隔件支撑件72示出为大致圆柱形的一体式结构,其通常由诸如高密度聚乙烯的塑料构成。分隔件支撑件72具有径向内边缘,所述径向内边缘与分隔件46的径向面向外的外表面73相邻。分隔件支撑件72具有径向外边缘,所述径向外边缘与外圈32的径向面向内的中央部分71相邻。分隔件支撑件72的内边缘可以接合或接触分隔件46的径向面向外的外表面73。
分隔件支撑件72的外边缘79可以接合或接触外圈32的径向面向内的对应部分71。不论是否存在实际接触,分隔件支撑件72用于在轴承组件10的运输和组装期间将分隔件46定位和保持就位于内圈38和40之间。分隔件支撑件72可以一开始在为了运输而进行安装时接触外圈32的径向面向内的中央部分71以及分隔件46的径向面向外的外表面73;而且,在安装和使用磨损之后,分隔件支撑件可以接触中央部分71和外表面73中一个、两个或与这两者都不接触。
轴承外圈32设置有位于其轴向外侧端处的圆柱形沉孔17、19,并且密封部分52、54的一对第一端部分48、50被一一对应地分别压入外圈32中的圆柱形沉孔17、19。密封部分52、54的每个第二端部分55、63可以包括弹性密封元件56、58,弹性密封元件56、58在一对密封耐磨环60、62的径向外表面37、61上摩擦,并且与之形成密封,所述一对密封耐磨环具有朝内的端部,所述朝内的端部分别与轴承内圈38、40的朝外的端部接合。密封部分54类似于密封部分52,并且将不对之进行详细说明。耐磨环60的另一端被接纳在一环形垫环66的轴向朝外端部中的圆柱形沉孔64内,环形垫环66在其另一端部处具有沉孔68,沉孔68的尺寸设置为适于以干涉和非干涉关系接合在轴14的圆柱形肩部18上。耐磨环60的外直径和沉孔64的尺寸也设置成提供干涉配合,使得耐磨环60被压入垫环66中,垫环66被精确地加工以提供与倒圆部22的轮廓互补的预定轮廓内表面70,并在所述轴承安装在所述轴上时与倒圆部22的轮廓接合。耐磨环61的朝外端抵靠保持帽30中的沉孔31。

Claims (12)
1.一种滚子轴承组件,包括:
大体上圆柱形的内圈,其上具有大体上圆柱形的朝外的滚道,
大体上圆柱形的外圈,其上具有大体上圆柱形的朝内的滚道,
大体上圆柱形的分隔件,其与所述内圈相邻,
所述内圈具有大体上平坦的轴向朝内的面,
所述外圈具有径向面向内的圆柱形沉孔,
大体上圆柱形的耐磨环,其与所述内圈的所述大体上平坦的轴向朝内的面相邻,并且位于所述内圈的所述大体上平坦的轴向朝内的面的轴向内侧,
所述耐磨环具有大体上圆柱形的外表面,
大体上圆柱形构造的密封件,
所述密封件具有第一端部分、中间部分和第二端部分,
所述第一端部分容纳在所述外圈的所述径向面向内的圆柱形沉孔内,
附连于所述密封元件的所述第二端部分的弹性密封元件,所述弹性密封元件接触所述耐磨环的所述大体上圆柱形的外表面,以及
大体上圆柱形构造的分隔件支撑件,其具有与所述分隔件相邻的径向内边缘以及与所述外圈相邻的径向外边缘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚子轴承组件,其中
所述分隔件支撑件由塑料构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滚子轴承组件,
其中,所述分隔件支撑件由高密度聚乙烯塑料构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的滚子轴承组件,
其中,所述分隔件支撑件的所述径向内边缘包括多个朝着所述分隔件延伸的突出部分。
5.根据权利要求1所述的滚子轴承组件,
其中,所述外圈包括径向面向内的中央部分,并且所述分隔件包括径向面向外的外表面,并且,所述分隔件支撑件位于所述外圈的所述径向面向内的中央部分和所述分隔件的所述径向面向外的外表面之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的滚子轴承组件,
其中,所述分隔件支撑件的所述径向内边缘接合所述分隔件的所述径向面向外的外表面,并且所述分隔件支撑件的所述径向外边缘接合所述外圈的所述径向面向内的中央部分。
7.一种滚子轴承组件,包括:
大体上圆柱形的内圈,其上具有大体上圆柱形的朝外的滚道,
大体上圆柱形的外圈,其上具有大体上圆柱形的朝内的滚道,
大体上圆柱形的分隔件,其与所述内圈相邻,
所述内圈具有大体上平坦的轴向朝内的面,
所述外圈具有径向面向内的圆柱形沉孔,
大体上圆柱形的耐磨环,其与所述内圈的所述大体上平坦的轴向朝内的面相邻且位于该面的轴向内侧,
所述耐磨环具有大体上圆柱形的外表面,
大体上圆柱形构造的密封件,
所述密封件具有第一端部分、中间部分和第二端部分,所述第一端部分容纳在所述外圈的所述径向面向内的圆柱形沉孔内,以及
大体上圆柱形构造的分隔件支撑件,其具有与所述分隔件相邻的径向内边缘以及与所述外圈相邻的径向外边缘。
8.根据权利要求7所述的滚子轴承组件,其中
所述分隔件支撑件由塑料构成。
9.根据权利要求7所述的滚子轴承组件,
其中,所述分隔件支撑件由高密度聚乙烯塑料构成。
10.根据权利要求7所述的滚子轴承组件,
其中,所述分隔件支撑件的所述径向内边缘包括多个朝着所述分隔件延伸的突出部分。
11.根据权利要求7所述的滚子轴承组件,
其中,所述外圈包括径向面向内的中央部分,并且所述分隔件包括径向面向外的外表面,并且,所述分隔件支撑件与所述外圈的所述径向面向内的中央部分和所述分隔件的所述径向面向外的外表面相邻。
12.根据权利要求11所述的滚子轴承组件,
其中,所述分隔件支撑件的所述径向内边缘接合所述分隔件的所述径向面向外的外表面,并且所述分隔件支撑件的所述径向外边缘接合所述外圈的所述径向面向内的中央部分。
