Claims (5)

1. 一种轴承组件,包括具有与自由端分隔开的轴肩的轴、位于轴肩和自由端之间且具 有比轴更小的直径的轴颈和从轴颈通向轴肩的波形圆角,轴承组件用于装配到轴颈上并且 进入另一个结构来允许轴和另一个结构之间的相对旋转,所述轴承组件包括:滚柱轴承,包括围绕轴颈装配并且具有位于其上的向外指向的内座圈的内圈、具有位 于其上的向内指向的外座圈的外圈和位于内座圈和外座圈之间并且与它们接触的滚柱元 件,具有波形表面的垫环,所述波形表面与圆角的所述波形表面互补并且接合,所述波形 表面配合以在轴承安装在其上时将垫环固定在轴上防止径向和轴向运动,插入轴肩和垫环之间并与它们接合的环状密封剂沿口,其特征在于,密封剂沿口是硅酮基材料,并且密封剂沿口施加在轴肩和垫环的波形表面之间的交点上以形成密封。
