Abstract

本发明提供一种辊道窑断棒报警系统，它包括有安全绳、支架、料位开关、控制电路，支架分为上、下两部分，其上部为导电体，其下部为绝缘体，上述的支架有多个，且分别通过各自的上部对应安装在每节窑炉框架的金属构件上；安全绳横跨在辊道窑高温区内的瓷棒上方，且对应放置在每个支架的下部上，同时该安全绳连接有料位开关，且该料位开关与一控制电路相连接。本发明在采用了上述方案后，通过在瓷棒使用区域分布一连接有料位开关的安全绳，通过一控制电路接受来自安全绳的输入信号，实现所需的报警功能，及时对瓷棒断裂这一异常情况发出报警信号，通知操作人员进行处理，同时使传动系统往复运动，避免砖坯继续前进掉入窑道而造成堵窑事故。

一种辊道窑断棒报警系统
技术领域
本发明涉及辊道窑炉自动控制的技术领域，尤其是指一种辊道窑断棒报警系统。
背景技术
辊道窑高温区传动采用瓷棒输送砖坯，随着辊道窑产量越来越大，瓷棒的转速也越来越高，加上在高温状态下，瓷棒的强度会减弱，当受到外力冲击时，有小部分瓷棒产生断裂。以往出现断棒这种情况，很难立即发现而及时处理，往往引起连锁反应，造成一批瓷棒断裂，甚至出现堵窑现象，需要停产进行处理，造成较大的损失。为了能及时发现断棒这种异常情况，迫切需要一种紧急报警系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种设计合理可靠、能及时对瓷棒断裂这一异常情况发出报警信号的辊道窑断棒报警系统。
为实现上述目的，本发明所提供的技术方案为：一种辊道窑断棒报警系统，它包括有安全绳、支架、料位开关、控制电路，其中，所述的支架分为上、下两部分，其上部为导电体，其下部为绝缘体，同时上述的支架有多个，且分别通过各自的上部对应安装在每节窑炉框架的金属构件上；安全绳横跨在辊道窑高温区内的瓷棒上方，且对应放置在每个支架的下部上，同时该安全绳连接有料位开关，且该料位开关与一控制电路相连接。
所述的控制电路包括有声报警器、光报警器、转换开关、继电器、断路器，其中，所述的断路器、转换开关、继电器、并联后的声报警器和光报警器依次串联相接，同时料位开关的输出信号端与由该转换开关、继电器、并联后的声报警器和光报警器组成的电路部分并联相接，并且该料位开关的输入信号端分别与安全绳和窑炉框架相接。
所述的安全绳位于瓷棒上部15-25mm的部位。
所述的支架下部呈带有缺口的环形。
本发明在采用了上述方案后，其最大优点在于通过在瓷棒使用区域分布一连接有料位开关的安全绳，通过一控制电路接受来自安全绳的输入信号，实现所需的报警功能，及时对瓷棒断裂这一异常情况发出报警信号，通知操作人员进行处理，同时使传动系统往复运动，避免砖坯继续前进掉入窑道而造成堵窑事故。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
根据附图1至附图5所示，本实施例所述的辊道窑断棒报警系统，它包括有安全绳1、支架2、料位开关KA、控制电路3，其中，所述的支架2分为上、下两部分6、7，其上部6为导电体，其下部7为呈带有缺口的环形的绝缘体，同时上述的支架2有多个，且分别通过各自的上部6经螺栓对应安装在每节窑炉框架4的金属构件上；安全绳1横跨在辊道窑高温区内的瓷棒5上部约20mm的部位，且对应放置在每个支架2的下部7上，同时该安全绳1连接有料位开关KA，且该料位开关KA与一控制电路3相连接，通过该控制电路3接受来自安全绳1的输入信号，实现所需的报警功能。而本实施例所述的控制电路3包括有声报警器H1、光报警器HR1、转换开关SA、继电器KA、断路器QF，其中，所述的断路器QF、转换开关SA、继电器KA、并联后的声报警器H1和光报警器HR1依次串联相接，同时料位开关KA的输出信号端与由该转换开关SA、继电器KA、并联后的声报警器H1和光报警器HR1组成的电路部分并联相接，并且该料位开关KA的输入信号端分别与安全绳1和窑炉框架4相接。参见附图4-5所示，正常情况下，安全绳1与支架2的绝缘体接触，料位开关KA没有输入信号不会动作；当出现断棒情况时，瓷棒5产生位移形变，安全绳1会向上运动与支架2的上部6接通，形成回路，此时料位开关KA连接于安全绳1和窑炉框架4的输入信号端接通，料位开关KA动作，驱动声报警器H1和光报警器HR1发出报警信号，实现所需的功能，通知操作人员进行处理，同时使传动系统往复运动，很好地避免了砖坯继续前进掉入窑道而造成堵窑事故。
以上所述之实施例只为本发明之较佳实施例，并非以此限制本发明的实施范围，故凡依本发明之形状、原理所作的变化，均应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种辊道窑断棒报警系统，其特征在于：它包括有安全绳（1）、支架（2）、料位开关（KA）、控制电路（3），其中，所述的支架（2）分为上、下两部分（6、7），其上部（6）为导电体，其下部（7）为绝缘体，同时上述的支架（2）有多个，且分别通过各自的上部（6）对应安装在每节窑炉框架（4）的金属构件上；安全绳（1）横跨在辊道窑高温区内的瓷棒（5）上方，且对应放置在每个支架（2）的下部（7）上，同时该安全绳（1）连接有料位开关（KA），且该料位开关（KA）与一控制电路（3）相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种辊道窑断棒报警系统，其特征在于：所述的控制电路（3）包括有声报警器（H1）、光报警器（HR1）、转换开关（SA）、继电器（KA）、断路器（QF），其中，所述的断路器（QF）、转换开关（SA）、继电器（KA）、并联后的声报警器（H1）和光报警器（HR1）依次串联相接，同时料位开关（KA）的输出信号端与由该转换开关（SA）、继电器（KA）、并联后的声报警器（H1）和光报警器（HR1）组成的电路部分并联相接，并且该料位开关（KA）的输入信号端分别与安全绳（1）和窑炉框架（4）相接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种辊道窑断棒报警系统，其特征在于：所述的安全绳（1）位于瓷棒（5）上部15-25mm的部位。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种辊道窑断棒报警系统，其特征在于：所述支架（2）的下部（7）呈带有缺口的环形。
