Abstract

本发明涉及一种手术室一次性铺单用双色聚乙烯膜,其是将高压低密度聚乙烯树脂、茂金属线性聚乙烯树脂、色母粒和消泡剂分别从两台螺杆挤出机中挤出塑化,再经T型平缝模头挤出形成片材,由压花钢辊和橡胶辊压合定型,将其进行牵引、切耳边后即可用于手术室一次性铺单。本发明不使用油墨印刷或粘胶剂,即可达到区分正反面的目的,油墨印刷工艺制造的双色膜不但要增加设备,而且要使用溶剂油墨;粘胶剂粘合制造的双色膜需要生产两种不同的薄膜,再用粘合剂粘合,粘合设备造价一般较高;与这两;使用本发明的配比制造的双色聚乙烯膜。采用本发明中的原料配比和工艺制备手术室一次性铺单用双色聚乙烯膜的厚度适中,为0.05mm,耐穿刺性能突出、机械性能优良,满足手术室一次性铺单使用的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种手术室一次性铺单用双色聚乙烯膜。
技术背景
手术室一次性手术铺单以前使用的单色薄膜,不区分正反面,在手术前不易区分消毒面,给病人的健康带来隐患。为了区分正反面,目前采取的方法主要是在膜的一面印刷或复合一层其它颜色的涂胶复合薄膜,一面印刷薄膜印刷过程中使用油墨会造成异味;涂胶复合薄膜不但需要生产两种不同薄膜,还要增加粘胶剂,造成薄膜厚度增加,都不同程度的增加了工序和成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种易于区分正反面且工序少、成本低的手术室一次性铺单用双色聚乙烯膜的制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题采取的技术方案:
一种手术室一次性铺单用双色聚乙烯膜,其由如下方法制得:
(1)将40-60份高压低密度聚乙烯树脂、40-60茂金属线性聚乙烯树脂、4-6份蓝色色母粒和0.01-0.05份消泡剂加入拌料机,搅拌5分钟,取出备用,为A料;将40-60份高压低密度聚乙烯树脂,40-60茂金属线性聚乙烯树脂,4-6份白色色色母粒,0.01-0.05份消泡剂加入拌料机,搅拌5分钟,取出备用,为B料;所述份数均为重量份;
(2)将上述A料加入A螺杆挤出机中挤出塑化,B料加入B螺杆挤出机中挤出塑化,由螺杆挤出机挤出后塑化的A料和B料同时进入T型平缝模头挤出,形成片材;
(3)将步骤(2)中所得片材由压花钢辊和橡胶辊压合定型,钢辊和胶辊中通入冷却水,使所述片材冷却定型成膜。
所述A螺杆挤出机和B螺杆挤出机的挤出量相同,A螺杆挤出机设有7个加热区,1区至7区的温度依次分别为180℃、190℃、200℃、210℃、220℃、230℃、240℃,B螺杆挤出机设有6个加热区,1区至6区的温度依次分别为185℃、195℃、205℃、220℃、230℃、240℃。
所述T型平缝模头设有11个加热区,各区温度均为240℃。
本发明采用上述技术方案取得的有益效果:本发明不使用油墨印刷或粘胶剂,即可达到区分正反面的目的,油墨印刷工艺制造的双色膜不但要增加设备,而且要使用溶剂油墨;粘胶剂粘合制造的双色膜需要生产两种不同的薄膜,再用粘合剂粘合,粘合设备造价一般较高;与这两;使用本发明的配比制造的双色聚乙烯膜。采用本发明中的原料配比和工艺制备手术室一次性铺单用双色聚乙烯膜的厚度适中,为0.05mm,耐穿刺性能突出、机械性能优良,满足手术室一次性铺单使用的要求。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种手术室一次性铺单用双色聚乙烯膜,其由如下方法制得:
(1)将40份高压低密度聚乙烯树脂、50茂金属线性聚乙烯树脂、6份蓝色色母粒和0.03份亚胺消泡剂(武汉佳华园化工有限公司)加入拌料机,搅拌5分钟,取出备用,为A料;将50份高压低密度聚乙烯树脂,40茂金属线性聚乙烯树脂,4份白色色色母粒,0.01份亚胺消泡剂(武汉佳华园化工有限公司)加入拌料机,搅拌5分钟,取出备用,为B料;所述份数均为重量份;
(2)将上述A料加入A螺杆挤出机中挤出塑化,B料加入B螺杆挤出机中挤出塑化,由螺杆挤出机挤出后塑化的A料和B料同时进入T型平缝模头挤出,形成片材;所述A螺杆挤出机和B螺杆挤出机的挤出量相同,A螺杆挤出机设有7个加热区,1区至7区的温度依次分别为180℃、190℃、200℃、210℃、220℃、230℃、240℃,B螺杆挤出机设有6个加热区,1区至6区的温度依次分别为185℃、195℃、205℃、220℃、230℃、240℃。所述T型平缝模头设有11个加热区,各区温度均为240℃。

(1)将50份高压低密度聚乙烯树脂、40茂金属线性聚乙烯树脂、4份蓝色色母粒和0.05份THIX-299 硅醚消泡剂加入拌料机,搅拌5分钟,取出备用,为A料;将60份高压低密度聚乙烯树脂, 60茂金属线性聚乙烯树脂,5份白色色色母粒,0.05份THIX-299 硅醚消泡剂加入拌料机,搅拌5分钟,取出备用,为B料;所述份数均为重量份;
(2)将上述A料加入A螺杆挤出机中挤出塑化,B料加入B螺杆挤出机中挤出塑化,由螺杆挤出机挤出后塑化的A料和B料同时进入T型平缝模头挤出,形成片材;所述A螺杆挤出机和B螺杆挤出机的挤出量相同,A螺杆挤出机设有7个加热区,1区至7区的温度依次分别为180℃、190℃、200℃、210℃、220℃、230℃、240℃,B螺杆挤出机设有6个加热区,1区至6区的温度依次分别为185℃、195℃、205℃、220℃、230℃、240℃。所述T型平缝模头设有11个加热区,各区温度均为240℃。

(1)将60份高压低密度聚乙烯树脂、60茂金属线性聚乙烯树脂、5份蓝色色母粒和0.01份聚丙烯酰胺消泡剂加入拌料机,搅拌5分钟,取出备用,为A料;将40份高压低密度聚乙烯树脂,50茂金属线性聚乙烯树脂,6份白色色色母粒,0.03份聚丙烯酰胺消泡剂加入拌料机,搅拌5分钟,取出备用,为B料;所述份数均为重量份;
(2)将上述A料加入A螺杆挤出机中挤出塑化,B料加入B螺杆挤出机中挤出塑化,由螺杆挤出机挤出后塑化的A料和B料同时进入T型平缝模头挤出,形成片材;所述A螺杆挤出机和B螺杆挤出机的挤出量相同,A螺杆挤出机设有7个加热区,1区至7区的温度依次分别为180℃、190℃、200℃、210℃、220℃、230℃、240℃,B螺杆挤出机设有6个加热区,1区至6区的温度依次分别为185℃、195℃、205℃、220℃、230℃、240℃。所述T型平缝模头设有11个加热区,各区温度均为240℃。

Claims (4)

1.一种手术室一次性铺单用双色聚乙烯膜,其特征在于其由如下方法制得:
(1)将40-60份高压低密度聚乙烯树脂、40-60茂金属线性聚乙烯树脂、4-6份蓝色色母粒和0.01-0.05份消泡剂加入拌料机,搅拌5分钟,取出备用,为A料;将40-60份高压低密度聚乙烯树脂,40-60份茂金属线性聚乙烯树脂,4-6份白色色色母粒,0.01-0.05份消泡剂加入拌料机,搅拌5分钟,取出备用,为B料;所述份数均为重量份;
(2)将上述A料加入A螺杆挤出机中挤出塑化,B料加入B螺杆挤出机中挤出塑化,由螺杆挤出机挤出后塑化的A料和B料同时进入T型平缝模头挤出,形成片材;
(3)将步骤(2)中所得片材由压花钢辊和橡胶辊压合定型,钢辊和胶辊中通入冷却水,使所述片材冷却定型成膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手术室一次性铺单用双色聚乙烯膜,其特征在于所述消泡剂为硅醚接枝类、亚胺或酰胺类消泡剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的手术室一次性铺单用双色聚乙烯膜,其特征在于所述A螺杆挤出机和B螺杆挤出机的挤出量相同,A螺杆挤出机设有7个加热区,1区至7区的温度依次分别为180℃、190℃、200℃、210℃、220℃、230℃、240℃,B螺杆挤出机设有6个加热区,1区至6区的温度依次分别为185℃、195℃、205℃、220℃、230℃、240℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的手术室一次性铺单用双色聚乙烯膜,其特征在于所述T型平缝模头设有11个加热区,各区温度均为240℃。
