技术领域
本发明涉及一种型材加工领域,属于塑料门窗加工设备的技术领域。
背景技术
随着塑料门窗的普及与发展,根据各个地方气候的特点和各种需求,出现了各式各样的窗型,可以说门窗生产正在向着多样式、规模化的方向发展。随着门窗企业的不断壮大,如何实提高塑料门窗样式制作的新颖性、多样性,成为门窗生产发展的一个方向,也成为门窗生产企业追求的一个方向。在大多数地区采用一个固定窗和一个外开窗进行组合的方式成为一种标准的窗型(如图1 所示),为了实现这种门窗的加工,需要用Z型中挺及其框料进行Y型焊接。目前在门窗的生产领域内,通过如图2所示的加工工艺实现门窗加工的Y型焊接:第一步先将两段框料反转对焊(图2中a所示);然后切割V型口(图2中b所示);再与Z中挺进行焊接(图2中c所示),此加工工艺麻烦且浪费人力、财力和物力。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是是提供一种能自动完成塑料门窗型材完成Y型焊接的加工设备及方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种塑料门窗Y型焊接设备,包括机架、导轨、活动托料架、机头滑块、左机头和右机头,还包括左机头刹紧气缸和右机头刹紧装置,所述左机头和右机头结构相同、面对面对称布置,左机头只可以微动,到位后左机头刹紧气缸对其刹紧;右机头可通过机头滑块沿固定在机架上的导轨手动移动,到位后,右机头刹紧装置对其刹紧。
所述右机头包括定位机构、压紧机构、加热机构、托料架和机头底板,所述定位机构、压紧机构、加热机构和托料架连接在机头底板上。
所述定位机构包括Y型定位板,该Y型定位板通过与其连接的定位板气缸实现工进、通过定位板滑座实现水平工进,该定位机构通过定位支撑架固定在机头底板上。

b、右机头刹紧装置对右机头进行刹紧,同时左机头刹紧气缸进给工作位置,下压钳靠板进给至工作位置;
c、贴紧下压钳靠板将锯切好的Z型材中挺及其框料放在下压钳上,Y型定位板工进,完成定位;
d、上压钳压紧定位好的型材;
e、加热板工进至Y型中间对Y型口型材熔融、焊接成型,完成自动焊接过程;
f、取出制品。
有益效果:本发明只需要一次焊接就可以自动完成Z型材中挺对其框料的Y型的焊接加工,不需要对框料先行焊接锯切Z型材形状再焊接,大大节省了加工时间,提高了加工效率,省时省力、高效。

具体实施方式
本发明能够实现Y型焊接一次成型的设备,先将型材加工成图9中的样式,然后将图9中的三段型材一次焊接成型。
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明做具体描述。
图3所示为本发明的结构示意图。
本发明包括左机头刹紧气缸1、左机头2、机架3、导轨4、活动托料架5、右机头6、右机头刹紧装置7和机头滑块15。
所述左机头2和右机头6结构相同、面对面对称布置,左机头2在机架3左边,只可以微动,到位后左机头刹紧气缸1对其刹紧;右机头6通过机头滑块15沿固定在机架3的导轨4移动,其移动是手动完成的,到位后,右机头刹紧装置7对右机头6进行刹紧。
所述的机架3是由矩管焊接而成。
所述活动托料架5升降高度可调。
图4所示为本发明的右机头结构示意图。
所述右机头6包括定位机构8、压紧机构、加热机构14、托料架13和机头底板9,所述定位机构8、压紧机构、加热机构14和托料架13连接在机头底板9上。
所述定位机构8完成型材的Y型定位,定位机构8固定在右机头6上;
所述压紧机构包括位于机头底板9中部的中压紧机构11、以及位于该中压紧机构11左右两侧的左压紧机构12和右压紧机构10,所述左压紧机构12和右压紧机构10结构相同、对称布置,完成压紧定位后的框料;所述的中压紧机构11完成压紧定位后的Z型材中挺。
所述的加热机构14完成型材的Y型焊接。
所述的托料架13便于较长框料的支撑。
图5所述为本发明的定位机构结构示意图。
所述定位机构8包括用于型材焊接的Y型定位板16,该Y型定位板16通过与其连接的定位板气缸20实现工进、通过定位板滑座18实现水平工进,该定位机构通过定位支撑架17固定在机头底板9上。 
所述定位机构8还包括连接在Y型定位板16上保证工进方向的定位板工进导轴21、与定位板滑座18活动连接的定位板滑座导轴19。
所述定位板滑座18上设有竖直导向孔和水平导向孔,定位板气缸20安装在该定位板滑座18上。
定位板滑座18上的竖直导向孔使定位板工进导轴21沿导向孔运动,保证Y型定位板16垂直于型材表面。
定位板滑座18上的水平导向孔使定位板滑座18沿固定在定位支撑架17的定位板滑座导轴19工进。
   所述定位机构8通过定位支撑架17连接在左机头2上。
图6所示为本发明的加热机构结构示意图。
所述加热机构14包括用于型材Y型焊接加热板28,该加热板28通过与其连接的加热板气缸23实现工进、通过加热板滑座26实现水平工进,该加热机构14通过加热板滑座支撑座25与加热机构固定板30连接。
所述加热机构14还包括与加热板28连接使加热板28实现竖直运动的加热板工进导轴22、加热板连接块29和加热机构固定板30,加热板28通过加热板连接块29与加热板气缸23连接。
所述加热机构固定板30上还连接有加热板滑座支撑座25,该加热板滑座支撑座25上连接有加热板滑座导轴27,加热板滑座26穿过该加热板滑座导轴27为其导向,所述加热板工进气缸24安装在加热板滑座26上,使加热板滑座26沿加热板滑座导轴27工进。
所述加热板滑座支撑座25与机头连接板连接。
加热机构连接板30与机架3连接。
在Z型材及其框料定位完成后,加热板28在气缸23带动下工进至工作位置,型材和压钳一起进给开始熔融,在工进气缸配合下,完成熔融过程,最后,加热板气缸23退回,加热板28退回,型材和压钳再次进给。完成焊接。
图7所示为本发明的中压紧机构结构示意图。
所述中压紧机构11为固定机构,包括中压紧上压钳46和中压紧下压钳48,中压紧上压钳46通过与其连接的中压紧上压钳气缸42实现工进,所述中压紧下压钳48固定在机头底板9上;
所述中压紧机构11还包括与中压紧上压钳46连接并保证工进方向的中压紧上压钳工进导轴44、中压紧上压钳气缸固定板43和中压紧下压钳靠板47;
所述中压紧上压钳气缸42固定在中压紧上压钳气缸固定板43上;
所述中压紧下压钳靠板47安装在中压紧下压钳48上。
所述中压紧机构11还包括套装在中压紧上压钳工进导轴44上的中压紧上压钳工进导轴套45,保证中压紧上压钳工进导轴44的工进方向。
     中压紧上压钳气缸42沿中压紧上压钳工进导轴44带动中压紧上压钳46工进至工作位置压紧型材。
图8所示为本发明的右压紧机构结构示意图。
所述右压紧机构10包括压紧型材用的上压钳33、下压钳34、下压钳靠板39,上压钳33通过与其连接的上压钳压紧气缸31实现工进,下压钳34通过与其连接的下压钳工进气缸41实现工进、下压钳靠板39通过与其连接的下压钳靠板工进气缸37实现工进,该右压紧机构10通过下压钳工进轴座35与机头底板9连接。
所述右压紧机构10还包括与上压钳33连接保证工进方向的上压钳导轴32、与下压钳34连接保证工进方向的下压钳工进导轴40,与下压钳靠板39连接保证工进方向的下压钳靠板工进导轴38和右压紧机构支座36。
所述上压钳压紧气缸31设置在右压紧机构支座36上。
所述下压钳靠板39竖直设置在下压钳34上。
所述下压钳工进轴座35支撑下压钳工进导轴40。
下压钳靠板工进气缸37带动下压钳靠板39工进至工作位置、下压钳靠板工进导轴38保证工进的方向,锯切好的型材贴紧下压钳靠板39放置,上压钳压紧气缸31带动上压钳33工进至工作位置压紧型材,上压钳导轴32保证上压钳33工进的方向,压紧完毕。
焊接时,下压钳34沿下压钳工进导轴40在下压钳工进气缸41的作用下进给到工作位置,下压钳工进轴座35支撑下压钳工进导轴40,右压紧支座36支撑上压钳压紧气缸31。
作为本发明的一个实施例,本发明也可以仅设置一个左机头2或右机头6在机架3上,以手动完成Y型焊接的加工。
本发明提供的能把Z型材中挺及其框料进行Y型焊接的其具体步骤为:
a、根据要加工矩形成窗的尺寸,手动使右机头6到位;
b、右机头刹紧装置7对右机头6进行刹紧,同时左机头刹紧气缸1进给工作位置,下压钳靠板39进给至工作位置;
c、贴紧下压钳靠板39将锯切好的Z型材中挺及其框料放在下压钳34上,Y型定位板16工进,完成定位;
d、上压钳33压紧定位好的型材;
e、加热板28工进至Y型中间对Y型口型材熔融、焊接成型,完成自动焊接过程;
f、取出制品。
为了方便H型双Y焊接,左机固定机头2和右机头6之间,装有一活动的托料架13,对于较长窗型的H型双Y窗型中间起到支撑作用。
以上为本发明的基本原理,本发明不受上述实施例的限制,在不脱离本发明范围的前提下,本领域人员可以根据需要做许多变化和改进,如:所述机头定位机构和加热机构更换样式和安装方式,中压紧机构与加热机构分体安装可以变化等,这些变化及改进应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种塑料门窗Y型焊接设备,包括机架(3)、导轨(4)、活动托料架(5)、左机头(2)和右机头(6),其特征在于:还包括左机头刹紧气缸(1)和右机头刹紧装置(7),所述左机头(2)和右机头(6)结构相同、面对面对称布置,左机头(2)只可以微动,到位后左机头刹紧气缸(1)对其刹紧;右机头(6)可沿固定在机架(3)上的导轨(4)手动移动,到位后,右机头刹紧装置(7)对其刹紧;
所述右机头(6)包括定位机构(8)、压紧机构、加热机构(14)和机头底板(9),所述定位机构(8)、压紧机构和加热机构(14)连接在机头底板(9)上;
所述定位机构(8)包括Y型定位板(16),该Y型定位板(16)通过与其连接的定位板气缸(20)实现工进、通过定位板滑座(18)实现水平工进,该定位机构(8)通过定位支撑架(17)固定在机头底板(9)上; 
 所述加热机构(14)包括加热板(28),该加热板(28)通过与其连接的加热板气缸(23)实现工进、通过加热板滑座(26)实现水平工进,该加热机构(14)通过加热板滑座支撑座(25)与加热机构固定板(30)连接;
所述压紧机构包括位于机头底板(9)中部的中压紧机构(11)、以及位于该中压紧机构(11)左右两侧的左压紧机构(12)和右压紧机构(10),所述左压紧机构(12)和右压紧机构(10)结构相同、对称布置;
所述中压紧机构(11)为固定机构,包括中压紧上压钳(46)和中压紧下压钳(48),中压紧上压钳(46)通过与其连接的中压紧上压钳气缸(42)实现工进,所述中压紧下压钳(48)固定在机头底板(9)上;
所述右压紧机构(10)包括上压钳(33)、下压钳(34)、下压钳靠板(39),上压钳(33)通过与其连接的上压钳压紧气缸(31)实现工进,下压钳(34)通过与其连接的下压钳工进气缸(41)实现工进、下压钳靠板(39)通过与其连接的下压钳靠板工进气缸(37)实现工进,该右压紧机构(10)通过下压钳工进轴座(35)与机头底板(9)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料门窗Y型焊接设备,其特征在于:所述定位机构(8)还包括固定在Y型定位板(16)上的定位板工进导轴(21)、定位板滑座(18)、定位板滑座导轴(19)和定位支撑架(17);
所述定位板滑座(18)上设有竖直导向孔和水平导向孔,定位板气缸(20)安装在该定位板滑座(18)上;
定位板工进导轴(21)沿竖直导向孔运动,保证Y型定位板(16)垂直于型材表面;
所述水平导向孔使定位板滑座(18)沿固定在定位支撑架(17)的定位板滑座导轴(19)工进。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料门窗Y型焊接设备,其特征在于:所述加热机构(14)还包括与加热板(28)连接的加热板工进导轴(22)、加热板连接块(29)和加热机构固定板(30),加热板(28)通过加热板连接块(29)与加热板气缸(23)连接;
所述加热机构固定板(30)上还连接有加热板滑座支撑座(25),该加热板滑座支撑座(25)上连接有加热板滑座导轴(27),加热板滑座(26)穿过该加热板滑座导轴(27),所述加热板滑座(26)与加热板工进气缸(24)连接,使加热板滑座(26)沿加热板滑座导轴(27)工进。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑料门窗Y型焊接设备,其特征在于:所述中压紧机构(11)还包括与中压紧上压钳(46)连接的中压紧上压钳工进导轴(44)、中压紧上压钳气缸固定板(43)和中压紧下压钳靠板(47);
所述中压紧上压钳气缸(42)固定在中压紧上压钳气缸固定板(43)上;
所述中压紧下压钳靠板(47)安装在中压紧下压钳(48)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的塑料门窗Y型焊接设备,其特征在于:所述中压紧机构(11)还包括套装在中压紧上压钳工进导轴(44)上的中压紧上压钳工进导轴套(45)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的塑料门窗Y型焊接设备,其特征在于:所述右压紧机构(10)还包括与上压钳(33)连接保证工进方向的上压钳导轴(32)、与下压钳(34)连接保证工进方向的下压钳工进导轴(40)、与下压钳靠板(39)连接保证工进方向的下压钳靠板工进导轴(38)、下压钳工进轴座(35)和右压紧机构支座(36);
所述下压钳工进轴座(35)支撑下压钳工进导轴(40);
所述右压紧机构支座(36)支撑上压钳压紧气缸(31)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的塑料门窗Y型焊接设备,其特征在于:所述的机架(3)是由矩管焊接而成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的塑料门窗Y型焊接设备,其特征在于:所述活动托料架(5)升降高度可调。
9.一种单头塑料门窗Y型焊接设备,其特征在于:仅设置一个如权利要求1~8任一项所述的左机头(2)或右机头(6)在机架(3)上。
10.使用根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的塑料门窗Y型焊接设备加工塑料门窗的方法,其特征在于:
包括如下步骤:
a、根据要加工矩形成窗的尺寸,手动使右机头(6)到位;
b、右机头刹紧装置(7)对右机头(6)进行刹紧,同时左机头刹紧气缸(1)进给工作位置,下压钳靠板(39)进给至工作位置;
c、贴紧下压钳靠板(39)将锯切好的Z型材中挺及其框料放在下压钳(34)上,Y型定位板(16)工进,完成定位;
d、上压钳(33)压紧定位好的型材;
e、加热板(28)工进至Y型中间对Y型口型材熔融、焊接成型,完成自动焊接过程;
f、取出制品。
