技术领域
本发明涉及用来装卸海运集装箱的集装箱起重机,如码头区集装箱起重机。特别是,本发明涉及到集装箱起重机上的双吊具的使用。
背景技术
双吊具的使用正变得越来越普遍以提高海运集装箱装卸的动作速度。尽管有文件证明双吊具在能力最大化上很有效,但是它们不能适用于所有情况,因此当可行时,能够在单吊具和双吊具之间切换是很重要的。这种切换公开在申请号为PCT/SG2006/000015的PCT申请的内容中,该申请并入于此。
在此文件中,一种灵活的配置使得双吊具可被使用,然后脱离联接以允许单吊具的使用详细地。它没有披露的是,这些吊具的分离处理的最有效的方式和当不在使用中时所述吊具的保管方法。

发明内容

在第二个方面,本发明提供操作集装箱起重机的方法,该方法包括步骤:提供框架,所述框架具有小车能沿其运动的轨道,所述小车支撑双吊具组件,用于接合一个或更多集装箱;提供接驳站,所述接驳站被安装到所述框架;沿轨道移动小车,以便接近接驳站,以及;将双吊具组件定位安装进接驳站。
这样就通过集装箱起重机和接驳站的结合而提供了完整的解决方案,该接驳站被直接地安装在其上,使得双吊具可进入接驳站。它还可以进一步允许双吊具脱离出一个吊具,以作为单吊具使用。而脱离联接的吊具可以留在接驳站里保存直到再次被需要。
集装箱起重机,特别是在小车移动的轨道,可以具有工作区和维修区,在工作区之内,小车工作以接合集装箱;维修区用于小车和双吊具组件的维修。
在此实施例中,接驳站被安装至框架,且邻近所述轨道的维修区。这样的话,吊具组件可进行维修和其他活动,同样也可对小车进行维修。
有鉴于此,把接驳站安装在邻近所述起重机的维修平台上可能是有利的。
在进一步的实施例中,使接驳站移动到工作区内可能是有利的。为此,接驳站被可移动地安装到框架,这样接驳站可从邻近维修区的位置选择性地移动到邻近工作区的位置。

具体实施方式
如图1A和2B显示了一种集装箱起重机,在本例中码头区起重机5包括框架10,框架10具有支撑在小车20上的双吊具配置15。起重机操作员位于工作间25中,工作间25被连接到小车20,作为一个单独的单元沿着轨道21移动26。这条轨道有两个区域,一个工作区16,当搬运集装箱时,小车在此进行日常工作,还有一个维修区17,小车可移动到此以进行维修。安装在码头区起重机的轨道21上,且接近维修区17的是接驳站35,接驳站35使用接驳结构30被安装到框架10。
如图2A和2B示出了联接双吊具配置15的第一步,由此小车20移动到了轨道21的维修区17,以便使双吊具15接近接驳结构30。
双吊具组件15包括独立的吊具40A和40B,在本例中包括主吊具40A和副吊具40B。两个吊具被这样指定是因为连接和操纵的控制系统通常位于主吊具40A,而副吊具40B跟随主吊具上的控制。
如图2A和2B所示,吊具40A和40B各自位于接驳站35上方,具体而言吊具位于接驳站35中各自对应的槽45A和45B上方。
图3A和3B示出了将吊具40A、40B置入各自的槽45A和45B。在这个位置,脱离联接过程就可以开始。图4A和4B显示了连接臂41的回缩,使副吊具上的滑轮和缆索42B滑动到主吊具40A的上架上。这样副吊具40B与主吊具40A分离,形成单吊具配置。
图5A,5B,6A和6B示出了单吊具40A从接驳站的移开及其从维修区17到工作区16的运动。脱离联接的副吊具40B现在可以被储存在接驳站内,而主吊具则被移开且开始动作,这样该码头区起重机现在运行在单吊具模式下。
图7A和7B显示了接驳结构50的可替代配置,由此接驳结构50位于轨道系统55之上,这样,接驳站51现在是可移动地安装至框架10。为了进一步提高系统的效率,接驳结构50,还有接驳站51,或许可在专用的轨道55上移动,以将接驳站带入码头区起重机的轨道21的正常工作区域内。
在一实施例中,当仅需要一个吊具时,不需要操作者移动小车20离开轨道21的工作区16,而是接驳结构50可移近,使得该操作者虽然仍在正常工作区域内,但接驳结构50对其仍然是可使用的。
尽管如此,在本实施例中,吊具装置还是从工作区16运动19进入维修区17。而接驳结构50位于在轨道远端的停放区18。
如图8A和8B所示,接驳结构可以从停放区18被带入到维修区17。接驳结构50移动56到位,图9A和9B显示了接驳结构50的最终位置,这样,独立的吊具40A和40B分别被定位在各自的槽60A和60B的上方。
图10A和10B显示了双吊具的最终位置,类似图3A和3B所示,由此脱离联接过程可以开始。图11至图14显示了脱离联接的完成过程,主吊具移开,回到工作区16,作为单吊具准备使用。
接着接驳结构50带着副吊具60B移动70回到它在停放区18的初始位置,该位置在小车的正常工作区域以外,直到要使用双吊具配置时,或者如果主吊具需要存储或进行维修时。在每种这些情况下,接驳结构就可以回到维修区17以进行适当的动作。

Claims (10)

1.一种集装箱起重机包含
框架,所述框架具有小车能沿其运动的小车轨道;
所述小车支撑双吊具组件,用于接合一个或更多集装箱,以及;
接驳站,所述接驳站被安装到所述框架;
其中所述小车被配置为将所述双吊具组件移动至所述接驳站且被置放于其内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集装箱起重机,其中在所述接驳站内时所述双吊具组件能够使所述吊具中的一个脱离联接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的集装箱起重机,其中所述接驳站被配置为储存所述脱离联接的吊具。
4.根据前述权利要求中任何一个所述的集装箱起重机,其中所述起重机是码头区起重机。
5.根据前述权利要求中任何一个所述的集装箱起重机,其中所述轨道包括工作区和维修区,在所述工作区之内,所述小车工作以接合集装箱;而所述维修区用于所述小车和/或双吊具组件的维修。
6.根据权利要求5所述的集装箱起重机,其中所述接驳站被安装至所述框架,邻近所述轨道的所述维修区。
7.根据权利要求6所述的集装箱起重机,其中所述接驳站被安装在邻近所述起重机的维修平台上。
8.根据权利要求5所述的集装箱起重机,其中所述接驳站被可移动地安装到所述框架,使得所述接驳站可从邻近所述维修区的位置选择性地移动到邻近所述工作区的位置。
9.一种操作集装箱起重机的方法,所述方法包括步骤:
提供框架,所述框架具有小车能沿其运动的轨道,所述小车支撑双吊具组件,用于接合一个或更多集装箱;
提供接驳站,所述接驳站被安装到所述框架;
沿所述轨道移动所述小车,以便接近所述接驳站,以及;
将所述双吊具组件定位安装进所述接驳站。
10.根据权利要求9中所述的方法,进一步包括将一个吊具从所述双吊具组件脱离联接的步骤,以便于有一个通过小车来支撑的单独的吊具,以及;
从所述接驳站移除所述单独的吊具,以便所述脱离联接的吊具保留在所述接驳站里。
