Description

储存袋和LPG燃料储存器
技术领域
本发明涉及包括储存袋和在其中安装的燃料泵的组件。
背景技术
在连接至燃料系统尤其是内燃机的燃料供给系统的排放装置周围暂时容纳诸如汽油之类的液体燃料,这是已知的。放置燃料储存器的车辆进行移动可使燃料储存器中的液体燃料晃动,结果当罐变得越空时,排放装置可能越会被气体或气化物暂时包围。气体或气化物随后被抽入到燃料系统中并将导致发动机噼啪作响。液体燃料可以暂时储存在储存袋中。
LPG是特别的液体燃料。在具体实施方式中,使用LPG燃料系统,LPG燃料系统从罐中排放燃料储存器中现存LPG的液体部分,并且将该液体部分提供给内燃机,其中使用这种类型的储存器有益于暂时容纳液体燃料。
在LPG的应用中使用橡胶储存袋是已知的。这种类型的橡胶储存袋包括单向阀,单向阀使液化气体燃料流入到袋中并且阻止燃料经所述阀流出。燃料从袋中排放至燃料系统。
已知的LPG储存袋或囊具有以下问题:所使用的材料,一方面妨碍包括储存袋和泵的组件通过为此目设计的开口安装在燃料罐中,另一方面妨碍提供足够的缓冲容积。此外,排放装置还可以包括过滤器。袋将被安装在过滤器和泵的周围。由储存袋和排放装置组成的组件与罐中的出口连通,其开口小于组件工作时的外径。出口形成供燃料从罐内部排出的通道。在组件安装期间,储存袋很容易在开口中损坏。
此外,必须在储存器中排放装置的周围提供足以弥补在排放装置和袋环境下燃料任何暂时缺乏的LPG储存器。开口直径尺寸的减小还将使暂时存储器的体积减小。
LPG腐蚀储存袋材料的事实也能够证明存在问题。进一步的问题是橡胶储存袋非常昂贵。
从WO2008/013685可以得知一种用于将在燃料电池中使用的诸如氢之类的反应物的存储系统。在此文件中,囊被用来在较高压力下专门容纳液体,因此增加储存器的效率。
在US2006/137332A中,囊用于储存器中以用于影响囊外的该储存器的特性。此囊也专门用于容纳液体。
US 2002/074362描述了分配器,尤其用于药物,其具有囊和安装在囊外的泵。
发明内容
本发明的至少一个目的在于解决上述问题之一。
根据本发明,通过具有权利要求1的特性的组件实现此目的。这将使储存袋能够变形和通过48mm的孔进入燃料罐中,尤其是作为具有燃料泵和排放装置的组件的构件,并且储存袋一旦进入罐中,将由于记忆材料而采用其正常位置,在排放装置周围获得足够的体积。
优选地,在工作位置中外径大于48mm。在工作位置中,储存袋折叠打开,结果体积增加。列举42mm的尺寸,作为所使用的燃料泵的外径的例子。
优选地,单向阀置于储存袋底部中或附近,以及连接至所述储存袋中的入口。
可变形的记忆材料优选地不是橡胶。优选地,可变形的记忆材料是可熔接的。这使得储存袋能够通过封接来形成。这是低成本的。在一个实施方式中,储存袋包括至少一个熔接部,以此熔接部来形成储存袋,熔接部使储存袋成形。这形成了储存袋,熔接部实施三个功能:熔接部使袋被形成,熔接部形成便宜的连接装置和熔接部对工作位置具有独特的决定性作用。熔接部起到记忆材料部件的作用。它在袋中提供偏移,以使储存袋从变形位置回到工作位置。
储存袋优选地具有底部和从底部上升的侧壁。这种类型的袋很容易制造。
在一个实施方式中,储存袋包括袋材料和与其连接的成形部分,成形部分比袋材料更具刚性。通过使用两种材料,成形部分可以提供偏移,以使储存袋在变形之后偏移回工作位置。
更加刚性的部件例如可以连接至袋的底部,然后形成底部形成部件。优选地,更加刚性的部件被配置以使储存袋的部件彼此远离地移动,尤其是使储存袋的侧壁移动。更加刚性的部件可以包括撑柱,以向外偏移储存袋的侧壁。
根据本发明的一个方面,通过提供由塑料形成的、具有底部和从底部上升的侧壁的储存袋,来解决至少一个上述问题。使用塑料能够以低成本组装储存袋。
优选地,单向阀置于底部中或附近,并连接至所述储存袋中的入口。燃料可以经由入口和沿单向阀进入储存袋的内部。
储存袋优选地是袋形的,并且袋的内部部分通过燃料储存器的出口放置到罐中。利用入口和单向阀,燃料储存器中燃料的移动将使液体通过单向阀进入袋中,并且储存袋中液体的液位将高于外部液体的液位。这将避免暂时的燃料干涸。
优选地,袋的内部开放地连接至罐的其余内部,即在袋的内部和罐的其余内部之间没有压差。
在一个实施方式中,单向阀熔接至储存袋的塑料。这使得将单向阀置于储存袋上和使单向阀牢固地连接到储存袋上非常简单。这降低了制造成本,同时使用塑料作为储存袋的基本材料保留了储存袋的弹性,以及使储存袋在没有损坏的情况下通过罐的出口在泵和过滤器组件的周围安装至罐中。
还有益的是,通过熔接至储存袋的唇状物形成单向阀的阀体。唇状物在开启和闭合位置之间是可移动的,以便唇状物形成单向阀的阀体,利用熔接将唇状物连接至储存袋上,使得储存袋能够与单向阀进行简单地和经济地组装。
唇状物与储存袋的连接被配置为得到唇状物至闭合位置的偏移,唇状物抵抗该偏移而移动至开启位置,以使液体经由入口进入储存袋中。如果袋中液体的液位低于袋外液体的液位,那么唇状物将打开并且液体将流入袋中。反向流被阻止。
在一个实施方式中,储存袋设有底部形成部件,底部形成部件优选地熔接至储存袋的内侧。底部形成部件使储存袋被定形,其中储存袋展开并且储存袋可以容纳大量燃料。此外,底部形成部件使储存袋提供大于燃料泵的过滤器的尺寸的体积,例如可以将燃料泵容纳在储存袋中。排放装置可以包括由过滤器和燃料泵组成的组件。这使得储存袋包围排放装置的过滤元件和防止过滤器被阻挡。通过将塑料用于储存袋和使用熔接接合,可以以低成本获得具有底部形成部件的预制储存袋。
对于底部形成部件更有益的是,具有连接至储存袋入口的通道,通道被配置以供液化气体燃料经过。这增加了入口的刚性和尺寸稳定性,因此确保液体可以到达袋的内部。
优选地,单向阀的阀体熔接至底部形成部件。在一个实施方式中,将此阀体置于通道的上方以封闭所述通道。这将阀的功能集成在底部形成部件上,底部形成部件的放置不仅将定形后的形状赋予储存袋,而且将阀的功能增加至储存袋。这节省了成本。可以将具有阀功能的底部形成部件制作为半成品和通过熔接整体地连接至袋。
在一个实施方式中,底部形成部件优选地具有两个从中心部分突出的腿。这使底部形成部件具有用于定形储存袋的小体积,其中排放装置的过滤器可以位于腿上,结果过滤器的大部分都保持清洁,并且不阻挡或几乎不阻挡燃料提供给过滤器。还有益的是,使中心部分具备通道。中心部分是非常硬的。
有益的是,由塑料网形成储存袋,储存袋侧壁通过熔接连接在一起。可以以这种方式简单地和经济地形成储存袋。
在一个实施方式中,侧壁包围在储存袋的侧壁端形成的开口,并且底部形成在储存袋的另一端。排放装置和与其连接的过滤器可以通过该开口进行放置。储存袋是袋形的。
尤其有益的是,由单层塑料形成储存袋。发明人所进行的实验已经表明,双层塑料在诸如LPG之类的液化气体燃料环境中,将产生变形并且因此使储存袋变得不可用。
在一个实施方式中,使用50-250μm厚的塑料。这种类型的塑料,具体为薄膜,是足够刚性的以保持储存袋的尺寸稳定,并且是足够柔性的以通过所述罐的出口与排放组件一起放入罐中,
优选地,塑料是聚乙烯。因此,使用以非常低的成本获得的原材料,使储存袋的成本极大地降低。聚乙烯还是可熔接的。
根据另一个方面,为LPG提供液化气体燃料储存器,该气体燃料储存器包括具有出口的罐。在一个实施方式中,联接至车辆发动机的燃料系统的排放装置通过所述出口,和排放装置容纳在根据上述特征的一个所体现的储存袋中。
优选地,袋由可折叠的材料制成,除非阻止否则可折叠的材料将在折叠(folding-up)之前回到起始位置。
根据又一方面,提供用于形成储存袋的方法。该方法包括:提供塑料,具体为塑料网;通过将所述网熔接至袋而形成储存袋,所述储存袋用于将液化气体燃料暂时容纳在液化气体燃料储存器的排放装置的周围,该方法还包括在袋中形成入口和安装连接至所述入口的单向阀,单向阀熔接至储存袋的塑料上。此类型的方法是用于形成储存袋的特别简单的方法,并且储存袋被形成,该储存袋具有足够柔性的特性以在没有损坏的情况下经过气体燃料储存器的罐的出口,同时储存袋在尺寸上足够稳定以在其中容纳暂时数量的气体燃料。
还有益的是,将底部形成部件熔接至网上。这将定形将要形成的袋的底部。优选地,在通过熔接侧壁对网进行定形以形成袋之前,将底部形成部件熔接至网上。通道优选地设置在底部形成部件中。优选地,通道连接至在袋中形成的入口。
根据本发明的又一方面,提供将组件放置在诸如高压燃料储存器之类的用于LPG的燃料罐中的方法,组件包括具有排放装置的燃料泵。提供由可变形的材料制成的储存袋。材料还是记忆材料。材料被形成处于工作位置,该材料形成可以容纳足够体积的燃料的储存袋。储存袋被形成具有底部,单向阀安装在储存袋底部的附近,以将燃料从外部供给至内部。根据该方法,在引入到燃料储存器的燃料开口的期间,储存袋进入第二位置,这是记忆材料的临时位置,该燃料储存器具体为高压燃料储存器,例如LPG罐。根据该方法,记忆材料将被偏移至工作位置,袋具有足够体积以暂时容纳液化气体燃料。一旦袋已经通过开口那么就采用工作位置。
根据又一方面,提供适于设置在诸如LPG罐之类的高压燃料罐的罐开口中的集成阀。罐开口小于60mm。集成阀包括封闭物,其能够装配到罐开口和设有容纳罐端口的一个或多个通道。通道容纳用于从罐中排放燃料的至少一个燃料排放装置、和用于将燃料馈送回罐中的燃料供给装置(或返回装置)。集成阀优选地包括臂和浮筒,臂突出到罐的内部中和泵可以连接到臂上,浮筒容纳在罐的内部。泵可以连接至入口过滤器。泵和入口过滤器可以容纳在袋中以用于暂时存储。
优选地,封闭物设有螺纹以装配至开口。

具体实施方式
图1是LPG燃料储存器1的视图。燃料储存器1包括环形室或环形罐2。这种类型LPG储存器1可以放在机动车的备胎位置处。罐2具有固定的形状,以便能够容纳高压条件下的LPG燃料,尤其包括液相形式的燃料。在此实施方式中,罐2的壳体仅具有一个可以容纳图2详示的排放部件的开口或出口,以便排出罐中存在的燃料,尤其是将燃料导入容纳燃料储存器1的车辆的燃料系统,该车辆尤其是诸如汽车之类的机动车。
图1示出了用于连接至燃料系统的端口4。以局部剖切形式示出了罐2,这样可以看到罐内部的罐内容物和尤其是排放部件3的一部分。
图2示出了罐2的壳体的出口的一部分,其中容纳有排放部件3。出口5的直径约为50mm。泵/过滤器/浮筒(float)和储存袋30的组件通过出口5安装在罐2的内部。
排放部件3,其如集成阀(multivavle)那样以已知的方式实施,包括用于燃料系统的端口9、安全端口和本领域的技术人员所知的用于连接至内燃机系统的其它连接件。集成阀3可以装配至出口,尤其是通过螺纹连接。
在排放部件3的内侧,在与排放部件在一起的臂11的下面设有浮筒10。经由排放部件和适用于此目的的连接件,燃料系统可以使用浮筒以测量罐的容纳物,并且当罐中所存燃料的液位低于规定的最小值时,这样燃料系统能够指示给用户。弹簧12是弹簧安全装置的部件。
排放部件还包括刚性的泵臂20,泵臂20连接至具有输入端22的泵21,输入端22连接至过滤器23。容器18可以容纳诸如软管19之类的管,容器18连接至泵臂20。燃料可以从燃料罐2中取出,经由输入端22进入软管19,以便随后经由端口4提供给发动机的燃料系统。
过滤器23和泵21容纳在储存袋30中。储存袋30由诸如聚乙烯之类的塑料制成,并且具有100-300μm的厚度,优选为150-250μm。聚乙烯是可熔接的材料,使得储存袋30可以由聚乙烯网制成,竖直的侧壁31、32被形成,通过熔接部33、34将所述侧壁接合在一起。这还形成了底部35。
底部形成部件36,其在图3中被更详细地示出,熔接至底部35。底部形成部件36也可以由塑料制成并且因此可以熔接到底部35。优选地,在形成侧壁的熔接部33、34之前,进行底部形成部件的熔接。
底部形成部件36包括由多个孔形成的通道37。底部形成部件包括其中形成有通道37的中心部分38。多个腿39,图3中为3个腿,从中心部分38伸出。可以通过熔接,将底部形成部件的底侧整体地连接至储存袋30的底部35。
如图2所示,过滤器23,其置于泵21的入口22的上游,由底部形成部件的腿所支撑。此时,过滤器的大部分都保持清洁,液体可以沿腿39到达过滤器并且因此到达泵的入口。
底部形成部件36的中心部分38中形成的通道37可以连接至形成于储存袋30的塑料中的入口40,在图1中示出了入口40。在所示的实施方式中,入口40形成在储存袋30的底部35中。在另一个实施方式中,入口可以形成在储存袋的底部附近,例如形成于侧壁的一个中。
罐2中存在的LPG燃料可以经由入口40和贯穿底部形成部件的通道37,到达储存袋30的内部42。
图3还示出了唇状物46,其通过熔接部47附接至底部形成部件36,被置于底部形成部件36上,尤其置于在其上侧44上。唇状物46可以偏移至闭合位置,利用唇状物封闭通道。但是,由于储存器中的液体,也可以使唇状物46处于闭合位置。受偏移的影响,唇状物46和通道37一起形成单向阀。
图3示出了唇状物46处于开启位置,在此位置液体可以通过通道37从罐2流入储存袋30。储存器中液体燃料的移动提供了足够的能量,以启动从闭合位置至如图3所示的开启位置的转换,允许液体流入储存袋。这将使储存袋中液体的液位在每个袋中都与储存罐中液体的液位至少一样高,并且优选地高于储存罐中液体的液位。于是实现了在排放部件3周围,尤其是在过滤器23和输入端22的周围暂时容纳燃料,因此避免燃料系统干涸。
唇状物46形成单向阀的阀体,其允许液体流入储存袋30,但阻碍液体流出。唇状物46通过熔接部47连接至底部形成部件36,因此通过熔接方式连接至储存袋30。
在制作期间,底部形成部件36可以设有通道37,唇状物46随后熔接至底部形成部件36以形成单向阀。根据图3的半成品36可以随后熔接至聚乙烯网,以便然后形成熔接部33、34和生产袋。
用于将各个部分接合在一起并因此形成储存袋的熔接方式使得储存袋能够低成本形成并产生节约。此外,这提供一种防止因浸泡在LPG中而可能产生化学反应的连接。
将包括泵21和过滤器23的组件穿过开口5,储存袋30环绕在开口周围。袋30呈现被压紧凑的形状,十分紧密地贴近泵体21和过滤器23。有效横截面稍小于开口5的内径。作为偏移结果,由于袋30的记忆材料和因底部形成部件35而形成的偏移,袋30将从收缩形状向外打开至如图1和图2所示的工作位置。熔接部33、34有助于采用工作位置。这样使袋30经由阀44容纳适量的液体。
虽然附图示出熔接在袋上的阀体,但是可以提供具有分离阀体的袋,例如阀体包括依靠阀座而设置的圆盘。在一个实施方式中,阀体还具有用于引导阀体分别远离和朝向阀座的开启/关闭动作的腿。这种类型的阀体可以容纳于袋的底部中或靠近袋的底部,并且如果阀体是可竖直地移动的和阀座支撑阀体,那么这种类型的阀体将尤其因为重力的作用而偏移至闭合位置。

Claims (17)

1.一种组件,包括储存袋(30)和具有输入端(22)的燃料泵(21),所述输入端(22)连接至过滤器(23),所述过滤器(23)安装在所述储存袋(30)中,所述储存袋(30)用于在排放装置周围暂时容纳液化气体燃料,所述排放装置用于由可变形的记忆材料形成的液化气体燃料储存器,其中所述储存袋具有暂时的尺寸缩小状态和第二工作状态,在所述尺寸缩小状态,所述储存袋的外径小于48mm,在所述第二工作状态,所述储存袋具有足够的体积和具有大于48mm的外径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其中所述可变形的记忆材料是可熔接的。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,其中所述储存袋(30)具有底部(35)和从所述底部上升的侧壁。
4.根据权利要求3所述的组件,其中所述储存袋由塑料形成,单向阀设于所述底部中或设于所述底部附近并且连接至所述储存袋中的入口,所述单向阀熔接至所述储存袋的所述塑料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组件,其中所述单向阀的阀体由熔接至所述储存袋的唇状物形成。
6.根据权利要求4所述的组件,其中底部形成部件熔接至所述底部上的内侧或连接至所述底部附近的内侧。
7.根据权利要求6所述的组件,其中所述底部形成部件(36)具有能够连接至所述入口(40)的通道(37),以供所述液化气体燃料经过。
8.根据权利要求7所述的组件,其中所述单向阀的阀体熔接至所述底部形成部件(36)并位于所述通道(37)的上方,以封闭所述通道(37)。
9.根据权利要求7所述的组件,其中所述底部形成部件(36)具有至少两个从中心部分(38)伸出的腿(39),所述中心部分(38)设有所述通道(37)。
10.一种用于在排放装置周围暂时容纳液化气体燃料的组件,所述排放装置用于液化气体燃料存储器,所述组件包括由塑料形成的储存袋(30),其中,所述储存袋(30)具有底部(35)和从所述底部(35)上升的侧壁(31、32),单向阀设于所述底部(35)中或设于所述底部附近并且连接至所述储存袋中的入口(40),所述单向阀熔接至所述储存袋的所述塑料。
11.根据权利要求10所述的组件,其中所述单向阀的阀体由熔接至所述储存袋的唇状物形成。
12.根据权利要求10所述的组件,其中底部形成部件熔接至所述底部上的内侧或连接至所述底部附近的内侧。
13.根据权利要求12所述的组件,其中所述底部形成部件(36)具有能够连接至所述入口(40)的通道(37),以供所述液化气体燃料经过。
14.根据权利要求13所述的组件,其中所述单向阀的阀体熔接至所述底部形成部件(36)并位于所述通道(37)的上方,以封闭所述通道(37)。
15.根据权利要求13所述的组件,其中所述底部形成部件(36)具有至少两个从中心部分(38)伸出的腿(39),所述中心部分(38)设有所述通道(37)。
16.一种液化气体燃料储存器,包括具有出口的罐,其中排放装置通过所述出口,所述排放装置容纳在根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组件中。
17.一种集成阀,包括具有小于50mm直径的封闭物以被设置到高压燃料罐的开口,其中所述集成阀包括一个或多个通道,在通道中容纳有端口以构成与燃料系统的连接(4),所述集成阀包括臂(20),具有过滤器(23)的泵(21)连接至所述臂,所述过滤器容纳在根据前述权利要求任一项所述的组件(30)中。
