Abstract
本发明涉及一种作为防滑控制的汽车液压制动系统的回油泵的泵设备(1),具有活塞泵(3)和用于驱动该活塞泵的电动机(2)。本发明提出,将电动机(2)构造为外转子电动机并且将其定子(4)固定在电路板(6)上,该电路板具有用于电动机(2)换向和/或用于汽车制动系统防滑控制的电子装置(7)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有权利要求1的前序部分所述特征的用于汽车液压制动系统的泵设备。该泵设备具有泵和用于泵的驱动且与泵连接成泵设备的电动机。
背景技术
这种泵设备在防滑控制的汽车液压制动系统和汽车电子液压制动系统中用作所谓的回油泵,这些系统为助力制动系统,在所述助力制动系统中利用泵设备形成用于行车制动的制动压力。
实用新型DE 20 2007 017 856 U1公开了一种微型电动机,其中没有说明使用目的。这种电动机具有不可转动地位于电动机轴上的盘状转子,该电动机轴借助于转子两侧的两个轴承支承在电动机壳体内。定子,即特别是定子绕组设置在电路板上,该电路板平行地并以相对于转子的小的轴向气隙固定设置在电机壳体内。定子的绕组作为厚膜技术的线路设在电路板上。在电路板上安装了电动机电子装置。
公开文献DE 10 2008 055 070 A1公开了一种偏心传动机构,用于驱动防滑控制的汽车制动系统的液压设备的径向活塞泵。偏心传动机构具有传动轴、滚动支承在该传动轴上面的轴承圈和滚动体,滚动体设置在传动轴与轴承圈之间的间隙内并在传动轴旋转传动时环绕该传动轴旋转并在该传动轴上和轴承圈内滚动。轴承圈相对于传动轴偏心设置,并且滚动体具有与轴承圈和传动轴之间的由于轴承圈相对于传动轴的偏心率而产生的变化的间隙宽度相对应的不同的直径。传动轴旋转传动时,变化的间隙宽度随同滚动体环绕传动轴旋转并且轴承圈在环绕传动轴的旋转轴线的圆形轨迹上运动。偏心传动机构使传动轴的旋转驱动运动转换成泵活塞的往复直线运动,泵活塞沿相对于传动轴的径向设置并以一个端部在外面紧贴在轴承圈上。轴承圈的偏心率旋转得比传动轴的旋转速度慢,偏心传动机构具有减速,因此认为泵活塞的往复频率小于传动轴的转速。
发明内容
依据本发明的具有权利要求1所述特征的泵设备具有泵和用于驱动泵的电动机。电动机具有转子、定子和电路板。电路板上可以设置电子装置。在此可以是一种用于控制或调节,例如用于电动机的电子换向的电动机电子装置。电路板也可以具有其他电子装置,例如用于控制或调节泵设备被设计用于的汽车液压制动系统,也就是例如防滑控制系统。电路板因此不必仅是电动机的电路板,本发明规定(但不是强制性的),在电路板上设有电动机的电子装置。正如所实施的那样,可以附加地或仅仅将电子装置设置在电路板上。
依据本发明的泵设备的电动机的定子固定在电路板上。特别地,定子的线圈被固定在电路板上。特别是出于电动机电子换向的目的,将一个或多个用于检测电动机转子的旋转和/或旋转位置的传感器设置在电路板上。
本发明的优点是节省结构空间并降低成本。本发明的另一个优点是电动机定子的线圈与设置在电路板上的电动机电子装置或其他电子装置的连接很短。连接无需插塞连接件或其他连接件,这样消除由于连接件腐蚀或本身松动造成的故障率。
从属权利要求的内容是在权利要求1中所给出的本发明的有利设计方案和改进方案。

具体实施方式
附图中所示的泵设备1被设计为防滑控制的汽车液压制动系统的所谓的回油泵。该泵设备具有电动机2和泵3。电动机2是电子换向的无刷电动机,但这对于本发明并非是强制性的,对于本发明来说也可以使用其他实施方式的电动机。电动机2具有带布置成环状的线圈5的定子4,该定子固定在电路板6上。电路板6相对于假想的电动机轴线沿径向设置。在电路板6上设有由电子元件代表的电子装置7。电子装置7包括用于电动机2换向的电动机电子装置和用于汽车液压制动系统防滑控制的电子装置,泵设备1是该汽车液压制动系统的组成部分。这种电子装置也可以理解为汽车液压制动系统的电子控制装置。电路板6可在两面被装配。在电路板6的面对电动机2的一侧上还装有用于为了电动机2的电子换向而检测转子4的旋转和/或旋转位置的传感器26。
电动机2是具有同轴包围定子4的极罐8的所谓外转子电动机。在极罐8的内周上安装永磁体9。极罐8敞开的端面朝向电路板6而极罐8的封闭面朝向泵3。具有永磁体9的极罐8构成电动机2的转子10。将电动机2构造为外转子电动机实现了电动机2和泵设备1总体上紧凑且节省结构空间的结构。但外转子的结构形式对于本发明不是强制的,电动机2也可以具有其他的实施方式。
轴11同轴和向外伸出地安装在极罐8的端壁12上。轴11可以理解为电动机轴、传动轴和/或泵轴并且在后面有时也称为这种轴。轴11通过两个球轴承13可旋转地支承在液压块14内,该液压块同时也构成泵3的泵壳15。电动机2没有自己的轴承,其转子8仅通过两个轴承13可旋转地支承在液压块14或者说泵壳15内。
泵设备1或泵3在两个轴承13之间具有偏心传动机构16,该偏心传动机构除了轴11外具有滚动体17和轴承圈18。作为偏心传动机构16的组成部分,轴11也可以被称为传动轴。轴承圈18沿轴向平行地且偏心地包围轴11,轴承圈18与轴11之间的间隙宽度沿圆周变化。滚动体17具有与各个滚动体17所在位置处的轴承圈18与轴11之间的间隙宽度相对应的不同的直径。在轴11旋转传动时,滚动体17在轴11上和轴承圈18内滚动并环绕轴11旋转。轴承圈18与轴11之间的最宽间隙的部位随着具有最大直径的滚动体17一起环绕轴11旋转,轴承圈18与轴11之间的最窄间隙的部位随着具有最小直径的滚动体17一起环绕轴11旋转,并且轴承圈18与轴11之间其他的任何间隙宽度同样环绕轴11旋转。轴承圈18在一个假想的相对于轴11偏心的圆形轨迹上运动,其中轴承圈18不旋转或至少不必旋转。滚动体17以及随同这些滚动体的轴承圈18与轴11之间的间隙宽度环绕轴11比轴11的旋转速度更慢地旋转。因此轴承圈18在相对于轴11偏心的圆形轨迹上的运动比轴11的旋转运动更缓慢。
泵3被构造为活塞泵,它具有两个同轴地彼此对置的,也就是以所谓的对拳式布置设置的泵活塞19。泵活塞19的轴线与轴11的轴线和旋转轴线相交。泵活塞19可轴向移动地容纳在液压块14中的泵孔20内,活塞复位弹簧21保持泵活塞19在外部贴靠在轴承圈18上。在所示的实施例中,复位弹簧21是螺旋压簧,该螺旋压簧在泵活塞19的远离偏心传动机构16的一侧上设置在泵孔21内。在轴11旋转驱动时轴承圈18在相对于轴11偏心的圆形轨迹上的运动引起泵活塞19的往复直线运动,由此泵活塞19以本身已知的方式通过吸入阀22吸入制动液并通过排出阀23排出制动液。这种吸入和排出,即,通过泵活塞输送制动液本身是已知的并且在这里无须赘述。
由于轴承圈18在相对于轴11偏心的圆形轨迹上的运动速度相对于轴11的旋转速度较小,使得偏心传动机构16的速度降低,泵活塞19的往复频率小于轴11的转速。降速比产生于滚动体17的直径相对于轴11的直径的差别,可以达到大的速度降低。偏心传动机构16将轴11的旋转运动转换成泵活塞19的平移运动,即往复直线运动。偏心传动机构16可能的大的速度降低可以实现一种快速运转进而结构小巧的电动机2。在提供的电动机功率方面,电动机2由于其高转速而具有低的电动机力矩,这样可以使其定子4固定在电路板6上。
电路板6借助间隔套24和螺钉25与液压块14相间隔地固定在该液压块上。
已知液压块,如依据本发明的泵设备1的液压块14用于防滑控制的汽车液压制动系统。除了具有泵活塞19的泵3外,在这种液压块内还设有其他这里未示出的液压元件,如电磁阀、液压蓄能器、减振器、止回阀、限压阀等并且这些液压元件相互液压连接。液压元件构成汽车液压制动系统的防滑控制装置的液压部件。这种液压块正如所述那样是本身已知的且在这里无须赘述。
Claims (7)
1.用于汽车液压制动系统的泵设备,具有泵(3)和用于驱动所述泵(3)的电动机(2),其特征在于,所述电动机(2)具有转子(10)、定子(4)和电路板(6),其中所述定子(4)固定在所述电路板(6)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的泵设备,其特征在于,所述定子(4)具有固定在所述电路板(6)上的线圈(5)。
3.如权利要求1所述的泵设备,其特征在于,所述电动机(2)是外转子电动机。
4.如权利要求3所述的泵设备,其特征在于,所述转子(10)与所述泵(3)的轴(11)同轴且刚性地连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的泵设备,其特征在于,所述电动机(2)的转子(10)能旋转地支承在所述泵(3)内。
6.如权利要求1所述的泵设备,其特征在于,所述泵(3)具有偏心传动机构(16),该偏心传动机构包括传动轴(11)、滚动支承在该传动轴(11)上的轴承圈(18)和设置在所述传动轴(11)与所述轴承圈(18)之间的间隙内的滚动体(17),其中,所述轴承圈(18)相对于所述传动轴(11)偏心设置并且所述滚动体(17)具有与传动轴(11)和轴承圈(18)之间不同的间隙宽度相对应的不同的直径。
7.如权利要求1所述的泵设备,其特征在于,所述泵(3)是活塞泵。
