Abstract

本发明提供了一种小型铅酸蓄电池注酸工具,包括底部带有注酸口的漏斗状本体,该本体顶部有上盖,两者结合处有密封垫,上盖上有与注酸机的注酸头相配合的接口。本体内腔可分成单排或多排相隔离的单格,每个单格均与上盖密封,每个单格顶部和底部分别有接口和注酸口。该工具用于小型铅酸蓄电池的真空注酸,可以一次性地抽真空和注入设定好的酸液,达到电池的富液化成,避免用小漏斗二次补酸,不仅简化了操作,减少了污染,而且保证注酸量一致,提高电池性能,也能降低生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及铅酸蓄电池生产辅助装配,特别是小型铅酸蓄电池注酸工具。
背景技术
小型铅酸蓄电池生产中普遍采用真空注酸,由真空注酸机对电池内部抽真空并注入酸液,再拔出注酸头换上小漏斗插入电池阀口进行二次补酸,以达到电池的富液化成。小漏斗在使用中容易倾倒漏酸,并容易导致补酸量不均,而且操作比较麻烦,进而造成污染,影响电池性能一致性,增加生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有注酸中采用小漏斗二次补酸的不足之处,提供一种能简化操作、减少污染,提高电池性能一致性的小型铅酸蓄电池注酸工具。
本发明的技术方案是:小型铅酸蓄电池注酸工具,包括底部带有注酸口的漏斗状本体,其改进之处是:所述漏斗状本体顶部有上盖,两者结合处有密封垫,上盖上有与注酸机的注酸头相配合的接口。
所述漏斗状本体的内腔分成单排或多排相隔离的单格,每个单格均与上盖密封配合,每个单格的顶部和底部分别有接口和注酸口;所述注酸口为耐酸橡胶件;所述漏斗状本体与上盖结合处为榫接式结构,密封垫断面成凹凸状。
本发明用于小型铅酸蓄电池的真空注酸,只要将该工具的注酸口插入电池阀口,将注酸机的注酸头接入工具顶部的接口,由于工具内部密封性好,便可进行抽真空,并将设定好的注酸液一次性加到工具内腔,再注入电池,然后拔去注酸头,该工具继续留在电池阀口,电池便可进行富液化成,这就避免了用小漏斗进行二次补酸的过程,不仅简化了操作,减少了污染,而且保证注酸量的一致性,提高电池性能,同时也能降低生产成本。

如图,漏斗状本体4的顶部有上盖2,两者结合处有密封垫3,本体内腔分隔成2×3个独立的单格5,每个单格均与上盖密封配合,每个单格的顶部和底部分别有接口1和耐酸橡胶注酸口6。

1.一种小型铅酸蓄电池注酸工具,包括底部带有注酸口的漏斗状本体,其特征是:所述漏斗状本体顶部有上盖,两者结合处有密封垫,上盖上有与注酸机的注酸头相配合的接口。
2.按权利要求1所述的小型铅酸蓄电池注酸工具,其特征是所述漏斗状本体的内腔分成单排或多排相隔离的单格,每个单格均与上盖密封配合,每个单格的顶部和底部分别有接口和注酸口。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的小型铅酸蓄电池注酸工具,其特征是所述注酸口为耐酸橡胶件。
4.按权利要求1或2所述的小型铅酸蓄电池注酸工具,其特征是所述漏斗状本体与上盖结合处为榫接式结构,密封垫断面成凹凸状。
