技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种灌装液体用的漏斗,特别是铅酸蓄电池化成用注酸漏斗。
背景技术
铅酸蓄电池生产过程中,电池化成时注酸一般采用硬质塑料漏斗插入电池阀口,再通过漏斗向电池内注酸。这种硬质塑料漏斗在使用时,一方面易损伤电池阀口或导致阀口变形,另一方面易出现漏斗与电池连接处漏酸以及在电池阀口处形成气阻,影响酸液进入电池内部等问题。另外,这种漏斗是单个使用,插在电池阀口上不稳定,易歪斜,不安全;而为了使漏斗可以站立在电池上,漏斗上部的空腔体积就受到限制,这样在注酸时往往要分多次进行注酸,影响注酸功效和注酸量的准确性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有漏斗的不足之处,提供一种不损伤电池阀口,不会产生漏酸和气阻,注酸效果好,效率高的铅酸蓄电池化成用注酸漏斗。
本实用新型的技术方案是:铅酸蓄电池化成用注酸漏斗,包括位于上部的漏斗空腔和位于下部的漏斗接管,其改进之处是多个漏斗空腔整齐排列,连成一体,每个漏斗接管的下端口设有橡胶圈,该橡胶圈的下端口伸出漏斗接管的下端口之处。
所述多个漏斗空腔排列成(2~4)×(2~4)矩阵式,所有漏斗空腔的高度和漏斗接管的高度分别相等;所述橡胶圈下端口的内径与电池阀口外径成密封配合。
本实用新型相邻的漏斗接管的间距设计成与需要化成的铅酸蓄电池排列后的相邻电池阀口的间距相一致,使用时,可将各漏斗接管同时接入各电池阀口,使接管下端的橡胶圈紧紧包围在电池阀口的外圈,成密封配合,可同时向各电池注酸,阀口结合处密封可靠,阀口通道畅通,不会产生漏酸和气阻,能提高注酸效率和注酸量的准确性,注酸效果好,而且由于多个漏斗连成一体,注酸时搁置在电池上部平稳安全,橡胶圈能保护电池阀口不受损伤,有利于延长电池寿命。

参见附图,本实施例由六个横截面为矩形的漏斗空腔1整齐排列成2×3矩阵式,连成一体,每个漏斗空腔下部有漏斗接管2,所有漏斗空腔的高度和漏斗接管的高度分别相等,每个漏斗接管2的下端口设有橡胶圈3,该橡胶圈的下端口伸出漏斗接管的下端口之外,橡胶圈下端口的内径与待注酸电池阀口外径成密封配合。
