Abstract

一种高炉炼铁虹吸出铁装置,包括高炉、沿炉体的出铁口方向设置一高炉输铁水通道,高炉的出铁口通过所述的高炉输铁通道与一前炉相连接,前炉的侧上部开设有出铁口,高炉出铁口和前炉出铁口处分别设置有出铁机。本发明可以在高炉炼铁的过程中连续、稳定的出铁;可以同炼钢相配合,减少炼钢过程中混铁炉工序,使建设投资大幅降低,同时也使炼钢的能耗大幅降低。本发明特别适合于操作过程中,煤气压力大于0.2MPa的高炉,尤其适用于煤气纯氧高炉或煤粉纯氧高炉的高压操作工艺。

一种高炉炼铁虹吸出铁装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高炉炼铁、出铁装置,特别是涉及一种高炉炼铁虹吸出铁装置。
技术背景
虹吸出铁的方法,在原有的化铁炉化铁过程中,曾经得到过广泛的利用。但是在高炉炼铁发展史上还从未采用过虹吸出铁的方法。本专利提出将化铁炉虹吸出铁方法,移植到高炉操作过程中,尤其是高压煤粉高炉出铁过程中。
发明内容
为了解决高压煤气和纯氧高炉炼铁出铁的稳定性,提高高炉作业率水平,本发明提供一种高炉炼铁虹吸出铁装置。
采用的技术方案是:
本发明适用于高炉小时产铁量大于或等于60吨/小时的炼铁工艺。本发明的高炉炼铁虹吸出铁装置,包括高炉、其特征是沿炉体的出铁口方向设置一高炉输铁水通道,高炉的出铁口通过所述的高炉输铁水通道与一前炉相连接,前炉的侧上部开设有出铁口,高炉出铁口和前炉出铁口处分别设置有出铁机。
本发明高炉虹吸出铁装置的工作原理为:前炉铁水液面高度h前液,由炉顶煤气压力P1,炉渣液面高度形成静压力P=ρ*h,铁水液面距铁口中心线高度形成的压力p=ρ*h,三部分组成,则P=p1+p+p=ρ*h前液,则前炉液面高度h前液=(p1*hh)/ρ
由上式可见前炉铁水液面高度直接和高炉内液面高度相关联,也和炉顶煤气压力相关联。根据以上参数即可确定前炉的出铁口的高度。
该装置可以连续不断出铁,也可在预知铁水液面下方适当位置开一出铁口,按时集中出铁,出铁方式和高炉相同。
本发明所述的虹吸出铁方法和设备具有如下特点:
1、可以在高炉炼铁的过程中连续、稳定的出铁。
2、可以同炼钢相配合,减少炼钢过程中混铁炉工序,使建设投资大幅降低,同时也使炼钢的能耗大幅降低。
3、本发明特别适合于操作过程中,煤气压力大于0.2mpa的高炉,尤其适用于煤气纯氧高炉或煤粉纯氧高炉的高压操作工艺。

具体实施方式
一种高炉炼铁虹吸出铁装置,包括高炉1、前炉4、高炉输铁水通道3,高炉1上设有出铁口6,高炉1的出铁口通过高炉输铁水通道3同前炉4相连接,前炉4侧上部设有出铁口7。高炉输铁水通道及前炉均由钢板炉壳和耐火材料内壳构成。在高炉出铁口6和前炉出铁口7处分别设有出铁机2和出铁机5。各部分参数如下:
前炉直径为:3m;
炉身高度为:3m;
高炉出铁口高度:+8.400m;
炉顶压力0.3mpa;
铁水液面在炉内高于出铁口中心线1.5米;
渣液面高0.3米;
则前炉铁水液面高度H前液=0.1mpa÷6.9t/m3+1.5m+ρ*0.3m=3.028m;
实际高度h前液=8.4+3.028=11.428m。
即前炉液面高于11.428m即可连续出铁,同时也可在出铁口位置下方开一出铁口,按时集中出铁。

1.一种高炉炼铁虹吸出铁装置,包括高炉、其特征是沿炉体的出铁口方向设置一高炉输铁水通道,高炉的出铁口通过所述的高炉输铁通道与一前炉相连接,前炉的侧上部开设有出铁口,高炉出铁口和前炉出铁口处分别设置有出铁机。
