本发明涉及一种木塑板线条。
背景技术
木塑板以锯末和塑料为原料，配以其他化工原料为辅料，经混合混合研磨挤压而成木塑板，其性能优良，可以代替木材，现已广泛应用。但是现有的木塑板的韧性低，不耐摩擦，容易变形，不能用于装修的线条。另外，表面粗糙，加工性能差，不易着漆。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述问题，提供一种加工方便、成本低、不易变形、易于着漆、不劈裂的木塑板线条。
本发明提供的技术方案是：
一种木塑板线条，其特征在于，由以下原材料构成：
木质粉料55~75份、发泡剂8~13份、硬脂酸1.2~1.6份、聚乙烯蜡1.4~1.8份、PVC树脂100份、钙粉60~85份。
具体的，所述一种木塑板线条，由以下原材料构成：木质粉料60份、发泡剂12份、硬脂酸1.3份、聚乙烯蜡1.5份、PVC树脂100份、钙粉70份。
优选的，木质粉料为60~100目的秸秆或/和木材的颗粒。
一种木塑板线条的制作方法，
1）将上述原材料研磨成40~80目的颗粒；
2）将原料送入热压机，温度120~130℃，压力8Mpa~10Mpa；
3）冷却定型，用水降温，温度降至60~65℃。
本发明获得产品兼有木材和塑料的双重特性：力学性能好、不怕虫蛀、不生霉菌、不吸收水分，使用寿命长且可以重复利用，还具有稳定性强、强度高、耐酸碱腐蚀等特点。
本发明成本低，无污染，韧性，纵向不开裂，抗变形。本发明生产工艺简单，易于操作，容易脱模，生产时间，省电节能。另外，本发明粘结性好，耐腐蚀，绝缘性好，花纹精美，着色均匀，表面光滑，棱角棱边及弧面弧线既挺直又轮廓分明，没有扭曲和歇弯。
具体实施方式
一种木塑板线条，由以下原材料构成：60~100目的秸秆或/和木材的颗粒60份、发泡剂12份、硬脂酸1.3份、聚乙烯蜡1.5份、PVC树脂100份、钙粉70份。
1）将上述原材料研磨成40~80目的颗粒；
2）将原料送入热压机，温度120~130℃，压力8Mpa~10Mpa；
3）冷却定型，用水降温，温度降至60~65℃。

1.一种木塑板线条，其特征在于，由以下原材料构成：
木质粉料55—75份、发泡剂8—13份、硬脂酸1.2—1.6份、聚乙烯蜡1.4—1.8份、PVC树脂100份、钙粉60—85份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种木塑板线条，其特征在于，由以下原材料构成：木质粉料60份、发泡剂12份、硬脂酸1.3份、聚乙烯蜡1.5份、PVC树脂100份、钙粉70份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种木塑板线条，其特征在于，木质粉料为40—80目的秸秆或/和木材的颗粒。
4.一种木塑板线条的制作方法，其特征在于，
1）将原材料：木质粉料55—75份、发泡剂8—13份、硬脂酸1.2—1.6份、聚乙烯蜡1.4—1.8份、PVC树脂100份、钙粉60—85份，研磨成60—100目的颗粒；
2）将原料送入热压机，温度120—130℃，压力8MPa—10MPa；
3）冷却定型，用水降温，温度降为60—65℃。
