Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及尤其适用于特定物品或材料的集装箱、固定装置和包装件或设备,更具体地涉及大尺寸件(比如风轮叶片)。
背景技术
已经大量生产尺寸很大的用于风力发电机的叶片(后文中称为‘风力发电机叶片’或简称为‘叶片’),比如所述叶片长度(考虑纵向轴线)大于45m,宽度(考虑最大的弦线)大于3m。然而,叶片将安装的位置通常要求通过不同的运输方式从工厂运输叶片,这些运输方式比如为公路、铁路、海运或其他的方式。
由于诸如高架桥、隧道和桥以及其他有限高度的障碍物的高度;突出的曲线;轮船装货空间等等各种约束条件,可限制该运输。除了由于运输本身造成的问题外,还存在叶片装载和卸载的操作困难,因为每次都需要改变运输方式-比如,从卡车换到火车,或者从火车换到轮船,反之亦然-这就需要不同类型的打包装置。而且,在不同国家之间可能具有一些不同的法律运输限制,比如叶片部分的尺寸可能比正在运输该叶片的车辆的长度要长。
发明内容
技术问题
虽然现有技术中记载了用于运输风力发电机叶片的许多设备和集装箱,但是这些设备和集装箱有一些缺点。尤其是,仍存在对于通用包装件的需求以容纳不同的叶片尺寸和设计,以及满足不同国家的不同法律要求,而其生产成本低,且具有支撑大叶片的重负载的高容量。
技术方案
为了克服上述的缺点和问题以及此文中未提及的缺点,根据此文中所描述的本发明的目的,本发明的一个基本方面涉及用于风力发电机叶片的打包装置,其特征在于包括外框架和内框架。内框架包括结构安装件和至少一个阻尼器件,用于容纳至少一部分风力发电机叶片的一侧,其中所述内框架基本上支撑风力发电机叶片的至少所述部分的载荷,并且其中内框架可选择性地相对于外框架定位在至少两个位置处,以相对于其纵向轴线容纳风力发电机叶片的不同部分。该打包装置还包括至少一个锚臂,该锚臂可枢转地连接至外框架且相对于所述外框架可选择性定位在至少两个位置处,所述位置为锁定位置和打开位置,在锁定位置中,锚臂的端部将风力发电机叶片的所述部分的另一侧相对于内框架阻尼器件锁定,从而对风力发电机叶片的至少这部分提供稳定性以进行处理或运输;而在打开位置,允许将风力发电机叶片装载到打包装置中以及将其从打包装置中卸载。
有益效果
本发明具有优于现有技术的多个优点。通过使用与独立的内框架及锚臂相组合的外框架,能够构造具有与普通集装箱的尺寸和设计相似的标准化外框架,所述普通集装箱用于多种叶片尺寸和设计的公路、铁路或轮船运输,而内框架是针对不同叶片设计的不同形状而定制的,并且枢转的锚臂提供了所需要的稳定性。因此可降低生产成本。而且,极其有利之处在于,可将相同的内框架放置在外框架内的至少两个不同的位置中,允许相对于其纵向轴线在不同的位置运输叶片。因此,通过该特征能够改变支撑叶片的位置,改变支撑叶片的位置是应运输方式的改变或法律要求的改变(比如允许多少叶片主体悬出卡车)所需。

图2和图3示出了分别处于第一位置和第二位置中的根据本发明的打包装置3的前视图。
用于风力发电机叶片1的打包装置3包括外框架4和内框架5。在图2和图3所示的示例性实施例中,外框架4包括通过连接装置可连接在一起的上部6和下部7,这些连接装置比如为扭锁和螺丝等。上部6和下部7也可具有用于提供额外的结构强度且用于容纳内框架5的斜构件8或横梁、柱/支腿9。该内框架5可连接至斜构件8或直接连接至外框架4的支腿/柱9。可通过任何适当的方式进行该连接,包括焊接连接、夹紧连接、螺栓和螺母连接等。
内框架5包括具有一套斜构件、横梁、柱/支腿的结构安装件11和至少一个阻尼器件10,用于容纳至少一部分风力发电机叶片1的一侧。阻尼器件10吸收风力发电机叶片1的载荷压力,而不对其造成伤害;同时结构安装件11提供相对于外框架4的可选择定位连接。在图2和图3所示的示例性实施例中,结构安装件11和外框架4的斜构件8具有多个连接件13,以便在至少两个位置内在内框架5与外框架6之间提供连接。
内框架5结构安装件11和外框架4的斜构件、横梁、支腿/柱可为任何适当的材料,比如具有槽形截面、管状截面、“H”或“L”形截面等的金属件。
因此,如图2中的更接近根部的第一位置和图3中的更接近顶部的第二位置中所示,内框架5)基本上支撑至少一部分风力发电机叶片1的载荷并且能够相对于其纵向轴线容纳风力发电机叶片1的不同部分。
而且,外框架4包括锚臂14,该锚臂枢转地连接至外框架4并且相对于所述外框架4可选择地定位在至少两个位置中。图2和图3示出了锁定位置,在该位置中,锚臂14的端部将风力发电机叶片1所述部分的另一侧相对于内框架5阻尼器件10锁定,在处理或运输方面对风力发电机叶片1的至少这部分提供稳定性。可将该锚臂14定位在至少一个打开位置(未示出)中,以允许将风力发电机叶片1装载在打包装置中以及将其从打包装置中卸载。该锚臂14也可包括如图2和图3中所示的阻尼器件,以牢固地锁定叶片1,而不对其造成损害;然而,可使用其他的方式避免对叶片1造成损害。

Claims (1)
1.用于风力发电机叶片的可互换的打包装置,其特征在于包括
(a)外框架;
(b)内框架,所述内框架包括结构安装件和至少一个阻尼器件,用于容纳至少风力发电机叶片的一部分的一侧,其中所述内框架基本上支撑至少风力发电机叶片的所述部分的载荷,并且其中所述内框架相对于所述外框架可选择地定位在至少两个位置中,以相对于其纵向轴线容纳风力发电机叶片的不同部分;以及
(c)至少一个锚臂,该锚臂枢转地连接至外框架且相对于所述外框架可选择地定位在至少两个位置中,所述位置为锁定位置和打开位置,在所述锁定位置中,所述锚臂的端部将风力发电机叶片的所述部分的另一侧相对于内框架阻尼器件锁定,对风力发电机叶片的至少这部分提供稳定性以对其进行处理或运输,所述打开位置允许将风力发电机叶片装载至打包装置以及将风力发电机叶片从打包装置卸载。
