Abstract

本发明涉及高压开关柜，具体是一种真空断路器闭锁驱动机构，其不同之处在于：其包括与真空断路器主轴相联接的蜗轮传动机构，蜗轮传动机构带动转向轴转动，转向轴上安装有拐臂，拐臂的一端联接有拉杆，拉杆的下端开有滑槽，拐臂一端联接在滑槽中，拉杆的上端与JSXGN箱式开关柜用机械闭锁装置内的拨叉联接。本发明安全可靠。

真空断路器闭锁驱动机构
技术领域
本发明专利涉及高压开关柜，具体是一种真空断路器闭锁驱动机构。
背景技术
高压开关柜内一般加装有JSXGN箱式开关柜用机械闭锁装置，该装置采用强制性机械闭锁方式，满足“五防”功能要求，具有操作简单，安全可靠等特点，其机构由支架、圆盘、面板、拨叉、手柄、连杆等主要部件组成，支架固定在柜体上，JSXGN箱式开关柜用机械闭锁装置通过其圆盘分别与上、下隔离开关、接地开关联锁，断路器通过驱动机构与JSXGN箱式开关柜用机械闭锁装置联锁。
现有的真空断路器闭锁驱动原理如图1、图2所示，当断路器8合闸时，主轴7沿顺时针转动，主轴的拐臂10带动Z字形拨板14，也沿顺时针方向转动。Z字形拨板14的上端卡住JSXGN箱式开关柜用机械闭锁装置3内的拨叉4，使得JSXGN箱式开关柜用机械闭锁装置上的手柄9不能运动，从而实现XGN高压开关柜的五防闭。当断路器处于合闸位置时，如果真空断路器的主轴转动，与主轴联接的拐臂10带动Z字型拔板14，通过支件使Z字型拔板14卡在拨叉轴的凹形槽内，导致拨叉轴不能转到分断闭锁的位置，防止误分断路器。当断路器处于分闸位置时，由于Z字型拔板14脱离拨叉轴的凹形槽，拨叉轴可以转到分断闭锁的位置，并且此时真空断路器内部的顶杆顶住脱扣弯板，使挡杆挡住合闸弯板，造成断路器不能合闸。
上述现有方案缺点：由于JSXGN箱式开关柜用机械闭锁装置内的拨叉4的凹形槽比较小，不能保证每次操作时，Z字形拨板14都能卡在拨叉4的凹形槽内。另外，Z字形拨板用&＝4.0厚的钢板制作面成，在长度较长时，刚度不足。在断路器主轴快速动动时，极容易变形。
由于以上原因，此种联锁方式易导致JSXGN箱式开关柜用机械闭锁装置与断路器间的闭锁不可靠，极易发生用电事故。
发明内容
本发明专利系针对上述技术缺陷，提出了一种安全可靠的真空断路器闭锁驱动机构。
为实现以上发明目的，本发明的技术方案如下：真空断路器闭锁驱动机构，其不同之处在于：其包括与真空断路器主轴相联接的蜗轮传动机构，蜗轮传动机构带动转向轴转动，转向轴上安装有拐臂，拐臂的一端联接有拉杆，拉杆的下端开有滑槽，拐臂一端联接在滑槽中，拉杆的上端与JSXGN箱式开关柜用机械闭锁装置内的拨叉联接。
当断路器合闸时，主轴沿顺时针方向转动，与主轴连在一起的蜗轮传动机构将主轴转动方向由横轴转为纵向，同时转向轴在蜗轮的驱动下，也带动固定在转向轴上的拐臂转动，拐臂带动拉杆向下运动，由于拉杆的上端与JSXGN箱式开关柜用机械闭锁装置内的拨叉联接，拉住该装置内的拨叉使其不动，从而使得JSXGN箱式开关柜用机械闭锁装置的手柄也不能运动。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图给出的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。

如图3、图4所示的真空断路器闭锁驱动机构实施例，其包括与真空断路器主轴相联接的蜗轮传动机构，蜗轮传动机构带动转向轴转动，转向轴上安装有拐臂，拐臂的一端联接有拉杆，拉杆的下端开有滑槽，拐臂一端联接在滑槽中，拉杆的上端与JSXGN箱式开关柜用机械闭锁装置内的拨叉联接。
断路器8合闸时，主轴7沿顺时针方向转动，与主轴7连在一起的1将主轴转动方向由横轴转为纵向，同时轴2在的驱动下，也顺时针转动，固定在轴2上的拐臂10带动拉杆11，向下运动，拉杆11拉住了JSXGN闭锁机构3内的拨叉4，使得JSXGN操作机构板上的手柄9不能运动从而实现了XGN高压开关柜的五防闭。
在XGN2开关柜配用的VS1真空断路器上增设本机构后，当断路器合闸时，VS1真空断路器的主轴转动，与主轴连在一起的蜗轮将主轴转动方向由横轴转为纵轴，拐臂带动拉杆，拉杆拉住XGN2开关柜拨叉，导致拨叉轴不能转到分断闭锁的位置，防止误分断路器。当断路器分闸后，断路器主轴拐臂回到原来的位置，此时蜗轮也回转恢复原位置，此时拐臂9不再拉紧拉杆11，拉杆11处于自由状态(不受力)由于拔叉不再受到拉力，拔叉轴可以转到分断闭锁位置，并且此时VS1真空断路器内部的顶杆顶住脱扣弯板，使挡杆挡住合闸弯板，造成断路器不能合闸。
图5为JSXGN箱式开关柜用机械闭锁装置内的拨叉结构示意图，本发明实施例拉杆11上端与图5中JSXGN箱式开关柜用机械闭锁装置内的拨叉4左部联接端相互联接。
