单晶炉热场中保温桶提升装置属于冶炼机电技术领域；特别涉及单晶炉热场安全提升中保温桶的装置。
背景技术：
单晶硅作为现代信息社会的关键支撑材料，是目前世界上最重要的单晶材料之一，它不仅是发展计算机与集成电路的主要功能材料，也是光伏发电利用太阳能的主要功能材料；单晶炉是多晶硅转化为单晶硅工艺过程中的必备设备，而单晶硅又是光伏发电和半导体行业中的基础原料。单晶炉在硅单晶拉制完成后，利用炉热场中保温桶提升装置，可减少热场的拆卸时间，降低热场石墨件在拆卸时的损坏。但是目前单晶炉热场中保温桶提升装置，结构不完善，中保温桶和中保温毡安装使用存在隐患，容易造成热场石墨件损坏、影响设备运转等现象。
发明的内容：
本发明单晶炉热场中保温桶提升装置发明目的在于：解决单晶炉晶体拉制安全隐患问题，设计制造一种与现有技术不同的单晶炉热场中保温桶提升装置。
本发明单晶炉热场中保温桶提升装置是这样实现的：由中炉体、中保温毡、中保温桶、支撑块和支撑环组成；支撑环为环状板和中保温桶同轴心安装，下平面安装在支撑块上，上平面安装有中保温桶和中保温毡，中保温桶的外侧包裹中保温毡；支撑块同轴心固定在中炉体上；中保温毡2为石墨碳毡件。
硅单晶作业过程时，随着中炉体上升，在支撑块的作用下，支撑环和中保温毡、中保温桶一起上升。
本发明单晶炉热场中保温桶提升装置的有益效果是：解决了单晶炉晶体拉制中中保温桶和中保温毡没有支撑点，易掉落和损坏的安全隐患问题；降低了成本，提高了作业效率；拆卸使用方便，便于更换。

1.单晶炉热场中保温桶提升装置，其特征在于：由中炉体(1)、中保温毡(2)、中保温桶(3)、支撑块(4)和支撑环(5)组成；支撑环(5)为环状板和中保温桶(3)同轴心安装，下平面安装在支撑块(4)上，上平面安装有中保温桶(3)和中保温毡(2)，中保温桶(3)的外侧包裹中保温毡(2)；支撑块(4)同轴心固定在中炉体(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述单晶炉热场中保温桶提升装置，其特征在于：中保温毡(2)为石墨碳毡件。
