Abstract

真空吸尘器的旋流器
技术领域
本发明涉及用于真空吸尘器的气旋室。更特别地但非排它地,本发明涉及具有提高效率的第一级气旋室,从而细颗粒再循环到空气流中以进行更有效的颗粒分离。
背景技术
已知的主气旋真空室具有带切向入口的圆筒状室体。盘片置于入口的下方以阻挡较轻颗粒的向上流动并且在盘片周围引导它们通过孔眼或过滤介质。后者会因细颗粒阻塞从而降低了真空吸尘器的抽吸效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服或实质上改进以上缺点,和/或更主要是提供具有改进的颗粒分离效果的第一级气旋室。
在此公开了一种真空吸尘器的旋流器,包括:
室体,其具有大致圆筒状外壁;
进入口,其从外壁沿大致切向延伸进入所述室体,使得经由进入口进入室体的空气在室体内引起气旋流;
出口通道,其在室体的上部,并且在外壁的径向内侧以与外壁隔开;
第一盘片,其位于出口通道的下方并且包括滤网;以及
第二盘片,其与第一盘片同心并且与第一盘片隔开位于第一盘片的上方以在第一和第二盘片之间限定环状空间,环状空间具有周向回路通道,经由滤网已经进入环状空间的细颗粒通过周向回路通道能够返回到室体。
优选地,在第一和第二盘片之间的环状空间朝着周向回路通道收敛。
优选地,第一盘片具有向下悬垂的第一外围边。
优选地,第二盘片具有向下悬垂的第二外围边。
优选地,周向回路通道大致位于第一外围边和第二外围边之间。
优选地,出口通道包括滤网。
定义

具体实施方式
在附图中示意性地图示了真空吸尘器的旋流器10。旋流器10包括主要由大致圆筒状壁11限定的主室体。定位在圆筒状壁11的径向向内的是具有出口通道14的另一壁,滤网跨越出口通道14放置。该滤网阻止大的尘粒通过,使得它们从此处回落入室体内。在出口通道14和圆筒状壁11之间限定环状区13。
切向入口或进入口12延伸至圆筒状壁11,使得进入环状区13的空气在其中引发气旋流。真空泵将连接到主出口23的下游以引起此气流。
出口通道14的下游或内部是第二净化级16,第二净化级对于本发明并不重要,因此将不对其进行描述。
第一(下)盘片17位于出口通道14的下方并且包括细滤网。细滤网的外侧是向下悬垂的外围边18。
第二(上)盘片19位于第一盘片17的上方并且具有圆锥状,第二盘片和第一盘片一起限定锥形的环状空间21。第二盘片19的外周边也设置有向下悬垂的外围边20。而且,环状空间21呈向外收敛的文丘里管的形式,其具有在外围边18和20之间限定的窄的周向回路通道。
含灰尘的空气经由进入口12进入环状区13,并且沿着圆筒状壁11的内侧旋转。较重的颗粒落到在室体的底部的容纳区15。位于室体的底部部分的由毛发、地毯纤维和尘土组成的气流中的较轻颗粒沿着倾向于朝着中部收敛的路径行进并且垂直向上移动。
垂直向上运动的含颗粒的空气遇到第一盘片17。此处细滤网截留了多数较大颗粒以及纤维、毛发等。更细的颗粒向上通过细滤网进入环状空间21,然后它们碰到上盘片19的下表面。经过回路通道22的向下气流通过抽吸(suction)引起细颗粒从环状空间21向外移动。由于环状空间21的向外收敛特性(这有点像文丘里管),颗粒朝着回路通路22加速向外,然后它们返回到室体。此颗粒物质中的较轻部分被向上抽到出口通道14,而较重部分由于向下的气流而返回到室体的底部。这些颗粒是在现有技术中将被直接抽入第二净化级的颗粒。
应当理解的是,对于本领域中的技术人员来说明显的改进和改变将不被认为超出本发明的范围。例如,入口12可位于出口通道14的下方。

Claims (6)

1.一种真空吸尘器的旋流器,包括:
室体,其具有大致圆筒状外壁;
进入口,其从所述外壁沿大致切向延伸进入所述室体,使得经由所述进入口进入所述室体的空气在所述室体内引起气旋流;
出口通道,其在所述室体的上部,并且在所述外壁的径向内侧以与所述外壁隔开;
第一盘片,其位于所述出口通道的下方并且包括滤网;以及
第二盘片,其与所述第一盘片同心并且与所述第一盘片隔开位于所述第一盘片的上方,以在所述第一和第二盘片之间限定环状空间,所述环状空间具有周向回路通道,经由所述滤网已经进入所述环状空间的细颗粒通过所述周向回路通道能够返回到所述室体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器的旋流器,其中在所述第一和第二盘片之间的所述环状空间朝着所述周向回路通道收敛。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的真空吸尘器的旋流器,其中所述第一盘片具有向下悬垂的第一外围边。
4.根据权利要求3所述的真空吸尘器的旋流器,其中所述第二盘片具有向下悬垂的第二外围边。
5.根据权利要求4所述的真空吸尘器的旋流器,其中所述周向回路通道大致位于所述第一外围边和所述第二外围边之间。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的真空吸尘器的旋流器,其中所述出口通道包括滤网。
