发明内容  本发明的目的在于提供一种纯天然植物配方、不含色素、香精、防腐剂等化学成份，能消暑提神的保健茶或饮料。
解决本发明技术问题的技术方案是：采用具有清热提神作用的高山绿茶；具有清热解毒作用的金银花；具有护肝养气作用的积壳花；具有解毒利尿作用的水杨柳根；具有消食去积作用的炒山楂；具有消食化痰作用的莱菔子；具有去湿退黄作用的茵陈；具有清热止咳作用的甘草；具有清热除烦作用的水竹根。共计9种深山草药，晒干后，按一定重量比配制成冲剂、饮料等。所述一定重量(克)比为：高山绿茶100、金银花1.6-2.4、积壳花2-4、水杨柳根3-5、炒山楂1.6-2.4、莱菔子2-4、茵陈2-4、甘草3-5、水竹根1.6-2.4。
