本发明涉及中药饮料技术领域，具体是指一种减肥茶。
背景技术
在越来越关注健康生活的今天，作为最健康饮品的茶叶以及与茶相关的衍生产品越来越受到消费者的喜爱。
茶叶作为一种饮料在中国已有上千年的应用历史，茶叶最初作为药物来使用，后来逐步发展成为饮料，并在充分认识茶的药用功效后，在单纯茶的基础上发展到保健茶，保健茶，又称药茶，指以茶为主要原料，配伍其它的中草药制成的保健饮品，减肥茶就是保健茶中的一种。 
现有减肥茶甚多，喝减肥茶减肥一直都是流行的减肥方法，但是现有的减肥茶减肥效果不一，价格昂贵，且容易使消化、吸收功能受损害，体重虽然轻了，但身体也越吃越虚，很多减肥茶停用过后易反弹，目前并没有一款真正对人体无害、安全无副作用、减肥效果明显的减肥茶。 
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种减肥效果明显、对人体无毒副作用、价格低的减肥茶。本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种减肥茶，由如下重量份的原料制成：红茶50份、合欢皮20份、大枣10份、板蓝根2份、金银花2份、蒲公英2份、鱼腥草2份、夏枯草2份、金钱草2份、败酱草2份、白头翁2份、大青叶2份、佩兰2份、细辛2份。
上述减肥茶制备方法如下：先按所述配比称取红茶、合欢皮、大枣、板蓝根、金银花、蒲公英、鱼腥草、夏枯草、金钱草、败酱草、白头翁、大青叶、佩兰、细辛，混匀后清洗、烘干、消毒杀菌，在无菌环境下粉碎成颗粒状后包装成每袋5g的袋泡茶，即得减肥茶成品。
本发明的有益效果是：所使用的中草药原料符合《中华人民共和国药典》 规定，安全可靠，对人体消化系统和吸收系统无伤害，无副作用，通过补气血，促进人体正常的代谢，同时具有降低胆固醇、血脂的效果，减肥效果明显，停用后体重不易反弹，同时本发明的原料均廉价易得，具有成本低的优势，适宜向市场推广。
具体实施方式：
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种减肥茶，由如下重量份的原料制成：红茶50g、合欢皮20g、大枣10g、板蓝根2g、金银花2g、蒲公英2g、鱼腥草2g、夏枯草2g、金钱草2g、败酱草2g、白头翁2g、大青叶2g、佩兰2g、细辛2g。
上述减肥茶制备方法如下：先按所述配比称取红茶、合欢皮、大枣、板蓝根、金银花、蒲公英、鱼腥草、夏枯草、金钱草、败酱草、白头翁、大青叶、佩兰、细辛，混匀后清洗、烘干、消毒杀菌，在无菌环境下粉碎成颗粒状后包装成每袋5g的袋泡茶，即得减肥茶成品。
本发明的饮用方式：取该减肥茶一包，倒入壶中用沸开水冲泡2分钟左右即可饮用，每包可连续冲泡3-5次（约1000毫升）。 
目前常用的体重指数（body mass index）简称BMI，又译为体质指数。它是一种计算身高比体重的指数。具体计算方法是以体重（千克，kg）除以身高（米，m）的平方，即BMI=体重/身高/身高（kg/m2）。研究表明，大多数个体的体重指数与身体脂肪的百分含量有明显的相关性，能较好地反映机体的肥胖程度，如表1所示。

本发明实施例1的减肥茶效果测试： 
选取100位肥胖患者（28≤BMI）饮用该减肥茶，其中有男性、女性各50名，年龄范围为15~62岁。上述100人饮用该减肥茶，每天每人午间、晚间饭后1小时后饮用一次，每次饮用一袋，饮用三个月之后，90%的人体重下降，其中60%的人BMI在 24~28之间，20%的人BMI在18.5~24之间，减肥效果明显，减肥成功率为80%以上，停止饮用后半年内体重没有明显反弹，而且饮用后均无毒副作用，肠胃消化吸收功能正常。

1.一种减肥茶，其特征在于：由如下重量份的原料制成：红茶50份、合欢皮20份、大枣10份、板蓝根2份、金银花2份、蒲公英2份、鱼腥草2份、夏枯草2份、金钱草2份、败酱草2份、白头翁2份、大青叶2份、佩兰2份、细辛2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种减肥茶，其特征在于所述减肥茶的制备方法如下：先按所述重量份称取红茶、合欢皮、大枣、板蓝根、金银花、蒲公英、鱼腥草、夏枯草、金钱草、败酱草、白头翁、大青叶、佩兰、细辛，混匀后清洗、烘干、消毒杀菌，在无菌环境下粉碎成颗粒状后包装成每袋5g的袋泡茶，即得减肥茶成品。
