背景技术
诸如胰岛素依赖型糖尿病的多种医疗条件要求用户准备自动注射装置,其包含拧到装置的前端上的药筒或者单用途笔式针药筒。在注射完成时,通过旋松移除笔式针。笔式针通常包括具有内螺纹的模制塑料毂和双端针,双端针具有被设计为穿透药筒的端部中的隔膜的朝向后的后端和用于穿透用户的肌肉的前端。为了减少刺痛感觉,并且使注射操作尽可能舒适,针是很细的规格。此外,模制塑料轮毂相当坚固,但不应该胡乱操作。在典型的传统布置中,笔式针设置在针帽中,针帽由箔封条密封,箔封条在提供笔式针到装置或药筒的螺纹端之前剥落。针帽作为扳手动作以允许笔式针在针的前部没有暴露的情况下拧紧和在使用后拧开。该帽设置有多个径向地向外延伸的肋骨,并且我们已经发现,用户有可能过度拧紧,对毂和/或针有潜在损害。同样,如果笔式针过度拧紧,可以证明难以移除,特别是如果自从上次使用之后针毂已经被遗弃。这具有潜在危险,因为用户可能会倾向使用过多的作用力和/或不适当的工具以移除笔式针,从而将自己暴露于针刺伤害的危险。
发明内容

笔式针和针帽具有互补的驱动表面,以允许针帽的转动传递到所述笔式针,

具体实施方式
首先参照图1,自动注射器包括笔体10,笔体10包含驱动机构(未显示),当通过按下释放按钮16释放驱动机械时,驱动机构轴向地推进内部柱塞12由通过剂量选择器14拨入的剂量确定的量。多剂量药筒18可以轴向地装载在药筒支架中,药筒支架然后拧在笔体(pen body)上。在药筒支架的前端处是螺纹部22,具有双端针的笔式针24可以拧在该螺纹部上。针的后端向后突出,并且在针拧到位时,穿透药筒的前端中的隔膜。如在图2中更特别显示,笔式针24包括模制塑料环,具有内螺纹(未显示),该内螺纹可以被拧在药筒支架的螺纹部22上,并且具有外部花键26。

在外部上,截头圆锥形夹持部设置有一系列有角度地隔开的肋骨36,肋骨36被设计为使得在滑动之前通过手动夹持可以传递到针帽的在拧紧方向上(图5中所示的顺时针方向)的转矩量比在松动方向上的转矩量小。如在图5和6中可以更具体地看出,肋骨具有平滑弯曲侧面38,侧面38以相对小的倾角朝向松动方向,而朝向拧紧方向的侧面40是陡峭的并成波纹状或具有波纹。通过这种方式,针在其内部的针帽被应用于药筒支架并且被拧紧时,针帽限制可施加的拧紧转矩的量,并且还确保在被手动夹持时,在松动方向上可传递的转矩量比在拧紧方向上可传递的转矩量大。
在上面的实施例中,笔帽设置有一系列有角度地隔开的肋骨36以在相反顺序中提供差动摩擦(differential friction)特性。在可替换的布置中,如在图8中所示,笔帽50可以设置有类似的有角度地隔开的肋骨52,肋骨52在侧面54上是平滑的轮廓并且在另一侧面56上是陡峭的轮廓,以提供类似的差动摩擦特性。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于注射装置(10-22)的针帽组件,所述针帽组件包括:
笔式针(24),用于可转动地接合注射装置或相关部件,并且具有向前突出的针,
针帽(28),与笔式针(24)可拆卸地接合,其中针帽(28)隐藏所述向前突出的针,
针笔(24)和针帽(28)具有互补的驱动表面,以允许将针帽的转动传递到所述笔式针,
其特征在于,所述针帽(28)设置有夹持区域,夹持区域被设计为使得在被手动夹持时,在手动夹持滑动之前能够被施加以拧紧笔式针的转矩小于能够被施加以松开笔式针的转矩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的针帽组件,其中,所述夹持区域包括在针帽(28)周围有角度地隔开的多个肋骨(36),每个肋骨具有朝向松动方向的大致平滑的、摩擦力相对低的低摩擦表面(38)。

7.根据上述任何一项权利要求所述的针帽组件,其中,所述针帽包括大致圆筒形基部(30),所述大致圆筒形基部(30)与大致截头圆锥形部分(34)结合,所述大致截头圆锥形部分(34)与缩径尖端部(36)结合,并且肋骨(38)至少设置在所述截头圆锥形部分上。
8.一种笔式针(28),用于在使用中能够转动地与注射装置或相关部件接合,并且具有向前突出的针,其特征在于,
