Abstract

本发明属于塑料薄膜的功能助剂及其工艺,具体涉及一种BOPP薄膜用的高雾度低光泽度消光母料及其生产工艺。其特征为包括以下组分(重量份):基础树脂100份;交联剂0.2~0.5份;交联助剂0.5~1份;抗氧剂0.5~3份;填料5~10份,工艺特征:先将基础树脂与50%的交联剂和交联助剂加入到高混机中进行充分混合,再加入抗氧剂混合30~50min,剩余交联剂在聚合过程中逐渐加入,最后加入填料,继续混合30min,放入双螺杆挤出机中熔融共混、挤出造粒即可,其中挤出温度控制在195~200℃,转速为200r/min。本发明消光母料加工性能好,可以单独使用,也可以与聚丙烯混用,可通过调整其用量来调整制品的光泽度。

技术领域
本发明属于塑料薄膜的功能助剂及其工艺,具体涉及一种BOPP薄膜用的高雾度低光泽度消光母料及其生产工艺。
背景技术
BOPP薄膜主要用于工业产品的外包装,光学性能是BOPP薄膜的重要控制指标。BOPP薄膜的光学性能包括表面光泽度和体现透明性的雾度,光泽度主要反映薄膜表面的平整程度和对光线的反射特性;雾度主要是指薄膜的不清晰或混浊程度,是由于薄膜表面和内部对光的散射而产生。
BOPP消光膜是一种高雾度、低光泽度、具有呈漫反射状消光效果的包装用膜,其表面,类似纸面,具有非常低的光泽,反射光弱而柔和。经复合后用于食品包装,可以营造出一种天然产品的形象;而书本、杂志的封面以及宣传海报经消光膜复合后具有优良的表面消光效果,吸墨性能好,水蒸气阻隔性好,能使印刷逼真再现并具有良好的立体感。将消光膜与包装纸进行复合,可以显著提升包装物的档次,能够使包装物获得纸制品的效果,给人一种奢华的感觉,被广泛应用于肥皂、烟草、酒类、服装、鞋类、香水、化妆品、药品等方面。
为制取BOPP消光膜,主要分为两种方法。一种是在加工中运用物理或化学的方法,使得BOPP带有消光性,主要有面涂饰消光涂料,或压花加工,或在制品中加入较多填充剂等方法,但这样做,可能会使成本提高或损坏物理机械性能;另一种方法,是制取有消光效果的专用树脂。该树脂具有不损害加工性能,采用通常的成型方法都能得到表面消光的外观良好的成型体的优点,此外还具有较好的机械性能等。目前国内BOPP薄膜生产厂家的消光树脂主要依赖于进口,使得生产成本高。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种BOPP薄膜用的高雾度低光泽度消光母料及其生产工艺。
本发明的原理为:一方面,通过对聚丙烯进行交联改性,制备出凝胶含量为5~20%的交联改性聚丙烯。BOPP薄膜用的高雾度低光泽度消光母料在制备的过程中,凝胶结构在连续相中发生变形、旋转和取向,之后随着温度的降低,物料由粘流态转变为高弹态和玻璃态,由于凝胶和溶胶在结构上的区别,在转变过程中,凝胶结构的松弛及粘弹性与溶胶连续相存在很大的区别,从而使制品表面产生微小的凹凸起伏,故而产生了消光性;另一方面通过加入填料的方法,提高消光母料的消光度,填料加入量低,对消光母料机械性能影响微小。

本发明技术方案中所述基础树脂为聚丙烯树脂,其中聚丙烯树脂的凝胶含量为5~15%,且其主链结构为嵌段共聚物;
本发明技术方案中所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯(DCP);
本发明技术方案中所述所述交联助剂为松节油,采用交联助剂原因是聚丙烯在过氧化物的作用下,交联和降解反应同时存在,所以仅仅加入过氧化物交联剂很容易使聚丙烯降解,而不能交联,要是聚丙烯发生交联反应,必须添加合适的交联助剂;
本发明技术方案中所述所述抗氧剂为1076;
本发明技术方案中所述所述填料为SiO2,其中粒径为10~20μmSiO2为片状,片状SiO2各向异性大,不规整性增加,消光效果好。
本发明中所述的BOPP薄膜用的高雾度低光泽度消光母料生产工艺为:按照配方含量,先将基础树脂与50%的交联剂和交联助剂加入到高混机中进行充分混合,再加入抗氧剂混合30~50min,剩余交联剂在聚合过程中逐渐加入,最后加入填料,继续混合30min,放入双螺杆挤出机中熔融共混、挤出造粒即可,其中挤出温度控制在195~200℃,转速为200r/min。
本发明有益效果:
本发明通过化学与物理原理相结合的方法,制备一种BOPP薄膜用的高雾度低光泽度消光母料,该消光母料不损害BOPP薄膜的加工性能,此外还具有较好的机械性能和耐热性能,能够很好地满足各领域对消光BOPP薄膜的要求;本发明消光母料可以单独使用,也可以与聚丙烯混用,可通过调整其用量来调整制品的光泽度。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种BOPP薄膜用的高雾度低光泽度消光母料,包括以下组分(重量份)

按照配方含量,先将100份基础树脂与0.2份的交联剂和0.3份交联助剂加入到高混机中进行充分混合,再加入0.05份抗氧剂混合30min,剩余交联剂在聚合过程中逐渐加入,最后加入5份填料,继续混合30min,放入双螺杆挤出机中熔融共混、挤出造粒即可,其中挤出温度为197℃,转速为200r/min。
实施例2
一种BOPP薄膜用的高雾度低光泽度消光母料,包括以下组分(重量份)

按照配方含量,先将100份基础树脂与0.3份的交联剂和0.7份交联助剂加入到高混机中进行充分混合,再加入1.5份抗氧剂混合40min,剩余交联剂在聚合过程中逐渐加入,最后加入7份填料,继续混合30min,放入双螺杆挤出机中熔融共混、挤出造粒即可,其中挤出温度为198℃,转速为200r/min。
实施例3
一种BOPP薄膜用的高雾度低光泽度消光母料,包括以下组分(重量份)

按照配方含量,先将100份基础树脂与0.5份的交联剂和1份交联助剂加入到高混机中进行充分混合,再加入2份抗氧剂混合50min,剩余交联剂在聚合过程中逐渐加入,最后加入10份填料,继续混合30min,放入双螺杆挤出机中熔融共混、挤出造粒即可,其中挤出温度为200℃,转速为200r/min。
上述实施例制备的消光母料单独使用或者与聚丙烯共混使用,制备的BOPP消光膜均具备良好的消光性能。以上述实施例消光母料制备AB两层BOPP消光膜,其中A层为消光层,对应表面为消光面,厚度为3μm,B层位支撑层,具体为普通BOPP,提供薄膜的机械性能,消光母料用量为消光层材料的7%(质量分数),所制备的BOPP消光膜具体性能如下表所示:

一种BOPP薄膜用的高雾度低光泽度消光母料,包括以下组分(重量份)

按照配方含量,先将100份基础树脂与0.3份的交联剂和0.8份交联助剂加入到高混机中进行充分混合,再加入1.2份抗氧剂混合40min,剩余交联剂在聚合过程中逐渐加入,最后加入5份填料,继续混合30min,放入双螺杆挤出机中熔融共混、挤出造粒即可,其中挤出温度为197℃,转速为200r/min。
选取上述制备的消光母料,用量为消光层材料的6%(质量分数),制备出AB两层BOPP消光膜。
实施例5
选取实施例4制备的消光母料,用量为消光层材料的8%(质量分数),制备出AB两层BOPP消光膜。
实施例6
选取实施例4制备的消光母料,用量为消光层材料的10%(质量分数),制备出AB两层BOPP消光膜。
所制备的BOPP消光膜具体性能如下表所示:

从实施例4、5、6可以看出,通过调整本发明制备消光母料的用量,可以调整BOPP薄膜的雾度和光泽度。

Claims (2)

1.一种BOPP薄膜用的高雾度低光泽度消光母料,其特征为,所述母料为包括以下组分(重量份):基础树脂100份;交联剂0.2~0.5份;交联助剂0.5~1份;抗氧剂0.5~3份;填料5~10份,所述基础树脂为聚丙烯树脂,其中聚丙烯树脂的凝胶含量为5~15%,且其主链结构为嵌段共聚物;所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯(DCP);所述交联助剂为松节油;所述抗氧剂为1076;所述填料为SiO2,其中粒径为10~20μm,且SiO2为片状。
2.按权利要求1所述的一种BOPP薄膜用的高雾度低光泽度消光母料的生产工艺,其特征为:其制备工艺为:按照配方含量,先将基础树脂与50%的交联剂和交联助剂加入到高混机中进行充分混合,再加入抗氧剂混合30~50min,剩余交联剂在聚合过程中逐渐加入,最后加入填料,继续混合30min,放入双螺杆挤出机中熔融共混、挤出造粒即可,其中挤出温度控制在195~200℃,转速为200r/min。
