Abstract

本发明公开了一种滚边咬合刀成型工艺,共分四步完成,每步通过配有成型刀来完成,第一步:把洗碗机内胆端盖折边压弯45度;第二步:把洗碗机内胆端盖和洗碗机内胆筒体折边压在一起,成垂直状态;第三步:把压在一起的垂直边压成45度的倾角,便于最后成型;第四步:把翻边压实,完成咬边成型;特点是,滚边咬合刀成型工艺第三步中所用的第三把成型刀刀口的直面为一与垂直线成3°~45°角的斜面。本发明的有益效果是使洗碗机内胆产品合格率达到了100%。从经济效益方面算,目前国内一家洗碗机制造厂产量以100万台/年,按3%计,每年单一个工厂就因为应用新工艺就减少了废品3万台,按300元/台的成本,就减少经济损失900万元/年。

一种滚边咬合刀成型工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种滚边咬合刀成型工艺,特别涉及一种洗碗机内胆成型生产中的咬边机中的滚边咬合刀成型工艺。
背景技术
目前在洗碗机内胆成型生产中的咬边机大都由意大利梅洛尼公司的产品,咬边的成型工艺如图1所示,共分四步完成,每步通过配有成型刀来完成,第一步:由第一把成型刀把洗碗机内胆端盖折边压弯45度;第二步:由第二把成型刀把洗碗机内胆端盖和洗碗机内胆筒体的折边压在一起,成垂直状态;第三步:由第三把成型刀把压在一起的垂直边压成45度的倾角,便于最后成型;第四步:由第四把成型刀把翻边压实,完成咬边成型。但用这样的工艺,在生产过程中常会出现3%-5%的报废品,出现问题的成型步骤及原因:出现问题的成型步骤为第三步,当滚刀把垂直边压弯成45度倾角时,由于不锈钢板有弹性,故端盖一侧自由边并不能达到45度,有时没超过0度,如图2所示,此时在第四步成型中就出问题。分析其原因主要由第三步工艺中所用的成型刀的刀口一边为斜面,另一边为直面所致。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了搞高咬边机生产的洗碗机内胆合格率,提供一种改进的滚边咬合刀成型工艺。
本发明的技术方案是,一种滚边咬合刀成型工艺,共分四步完成,每步通过配有成型刀来完成,第一步:由第一把成型刀把洗碗机内胆端盖折边压弯45度;第二步:由第二把成型刀把洗碗机内胆端盖和洗碗机内胆筒体折边压在一起,成垂直状态;第三步:由第三把成型刀把压在一起的垂直边压成45度的倾角,便于最后成型;第四步:由第四把成型刀把翻边压实,完成咬边成型;其特点是,滚边咬合刀成型工艺第三步中所用的第三把成型刀刀口的直面为一与垂直线成3°~45°角的斜面。
本发明的有益效果是自采用改进后的滚边咬合刀成型工艺使洗碗机内胆产品合格率达到了100%,从经济效益方面算,目前国内一家洗碗机制造厂产量以100万台/年,按3%计,每年单一个工厂就因为应用新工艺就减少了废品3万台,按300元/台的成本,就减少经济损失900万元/年。

具体实施方式
由图1所示是正常生产时的滚边咬合刀成型工艺流程,由于第三步工艺中所用的成型刀的刀型一边为斜面,另一边为直面,当滚刀把垂直边压弯成45度倾角时,由于不锈钢板有弹性,故洗碗机内胆端盖一侧自由边并不能达到45度,有时没超过0度,如图2所示,此时在第四步成型中就出现咬边外翻。根据出现问题的原因是由于在第三步压弯过程中洗碗机内胆端盖一边自由引起的。只要在压弯过程中强压洗碗机内胆端盖自由边向左弯就能解决问题,如图3所示,故只要把第三步中所用的成型刀刀口的直面设计成斜面,就能使洗碗机内胆端盖自由边向左弯,因此改进后滚边咬合刀成型工艺的特点是,滚边咬合刀成型工艺第三步中所用的成型刀3刀口7的直面为一与垂直线成3°~45°角的斜面8,如图4所示。
改进后的滚边咬合刀成型工艺,由图1-4所示,共分四步完成,每步通过配有成型刀来完成,第一步:由第一把成型刀1把洗碗机内胆端盖5折边压弯45度;第二步:由第二把成型刀2把洗碗机内胆端盖5和洗碗机内胆筒体6的折边压在一起,成垂直状态;第三步:由刀口7的直面为一与垂直线成3°~45°角的斜面8的第三把成型刀3把压在一起的垂直边压成45度的倾角,便于最后成型;第四步:由第四把成型刀把翻边压实,完成咬边成型。

1.一种滚边咬合刀成型工艺,共分四步完成,每步通过配有成型刀来完成,第一步:由第一把成型刀把洗碗机内胆端盖折边压弯45度;第二步:由第二把成型刀把洗碗机内胆端盖和洗碗机内胆筒体的折边压在一起,成垂直状态;第三步:由第三把成型刀把压在一起的垂直边压成45度的倾角,便于最后成型;第四步:由第四把成型刀把翻边压实,完成咬边成型;其特点是,滚边咬合刀成型工艺第三步中所用的第三把成型刀刀口的直面为一与垂直线成3°~45°角的斜面。
