技术领域
本发明涉及一种致冷装置,特别是一种家用冰箱,其中风扇被设置成使致冷装置的贮藏室内的温度均匀分布。
背景技术
在空气向下流动时,空气会随着其经过贮藏室的后壁蒸发器而被冷却,同时会发生温度分层的现象,其中在贮藏室的底部处会比贮藏室的顶部获得低得多的温度。为了确保在顶部不超过最大所需贮藏温度,贮藏室的底部区域必须被冷却至相当更低的温度。所必需的致冷能力随着相对于环境所维持的温度差而增加。为了防止温度分层,进而使致冷装置在高效节能状态下运行,需要在贮藏室的任何部分都不例外或免除的高效空气循环。
为了驱使空气循环流动,常规的致冷装置通常使用被安装于贮藏室的后壁和邻接壁之间的角落中的轴流式风扇或轴向风扇,且驱使空气沿所述邻接壁流动。此类轴流式风扇的尺寸在邻接壁的宽度方向上和在与其成直角的方向上是基本相同的,但是必定要远小于后壁的宽度和邻接壁的宽度。所以,不可能使用单个轴流式风扇来驱动空气流均匀分布在邻接壁的整个宽度上。因此,贮藏室的边缘区域总是与风扇的空气流较差地相连通,并且因此致冷效果相对欠佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种致冷装置,其利用简单的手段来使贮藏室的内部获得良好的温度均匀分布。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种致冷装置,特别是一种家用冰箱,其具有由门可进入的至少一个贮藏室,所述贮藏室的后壁上设置有蒸发器,风扇将经由空气引导件沿朝向门的方向供应的空气吹送到蒸发器上;所述空气引导件是位于蒸发器下游的分配通道,所述分配通道的宽度从其入口开口至朝向门的其出口开口增加。
分配通道的宽度优选为朝向出口开口的方向至少大部分连续地增加。这就意味着,沿直线延伸的侧壁能够作为分配通道的横向限定壁。
根据一个优选实施例,分配通道的宽度在两侧至少大致均匀地增加,以使得分配通道可通过特别简单的方式得以制造。
为了驱使空气循环通过贮藏室的整个宽度,优选的是分配通道在下游端处占据满贮藏室的整个宽度。
为了确保空气流在分配通道的整个横截面上均匀分布,较为有利的是分叉的引导肋部被设置在分配通道内。
较为有利的是,分配通道在与后壁相邻接的整个贮藏室壁上延伸。
为了使空气在分配通道下游端的整个宽度上分布均匀,通道侧壁进行分叉的角度必须尽可能地小。因此,分配通道优选为向远延伸至邻接壁的前边缘。
邻接壁一般是贮藏室的顶壁。
较为有利的是,分配通道由托架来限定,所述托架覆盖着邻接后壁的所述壁。
较为有利的是,引导肋部可以形成于托架上。
为了使空气流在分配通道的下游端发生偏斜,优选的是邻接壁沿其前边缘具有突伸至贮藏室内的脊部,并且通道的细长形出口开口一方面由所述脊部、另一方面由位于托架的前边缘所限定。
托架借助于突伸超出其前边缘的多个指状部能够连接至邻接壁。当需要拆卸托架以便接近被隐藏的风扇时,上述指状部很容易接近并被释放。
为了使风扇能够有效地抽取冷空气,优选的是进入间隙被设置在风扇的上游,所述进入间隙在一侧是由蒸发器进行接界。
与蒸发器相反的进入间隙一侧可由被放置在贮藏室内的抽屉的后壁所形成。
优选的是,所述贮藏室是冷冻冷藏冰箱内的零摄氏度室。

具体实施方式
图1显示的截面通过本发明的致冷装置的框架1和门2。该致冷装置具有一个仅部分显示于图中的正常冷藏室3以及位于该冷藏室3下方的零度(零摄氏度)室5,该冷藏室3与零度室5之间被框架1的绝热分隔壁4隔开。在零度室5的后壁6上,蒸发器7被设置于泡沫隔热侧。竖直的进入间隙8延伸于后壁6与拉出式抽屉9、10的后部之间,该抽拉式抽屉9、10由设置于零度室5内的伸缩导轨(图未示)导引。上抽屉9的后上部边缘稍微凹陷,从而产生被安装在分隔壁4下方的轴流式风扇11所用的空间。
扁平的托架12将轴流式风扇11和在分隔壁4下方延伸的分配通道13二者的安装空间与零度室5分隔开。出口开口14位于托架12的前边缘与沿分隔壁4的前边缘向下突伸的浅的脊部15之间,且延伸横跨过零度室5的整个宽度。位于脊部15后面上的倾斜的入流表面16使来自于通道13的冷空气向下偏转。一部分的冷空气被分配在上抽屉9中;其余的冷空气向下流动至抽屉9、10前部与门2之间,以及被分布在下抽屉10和水平间隙17上,该水平间隙17被维持在抽屉10的基部与零度室5的底部之间,其中空气通过所述水平间隙可返回至后壁间隙8。
图2显示托架12的俯视图。除了位于后壁的中央凹陷部18(用于容纳风扇11)之外,该托架12的表面大部是平的。在中央凹陷部18的水平位置处,在托架12的后边缘处形成有浅的切口19,其与后壁6一同限定了进口狭槽,其中风扇11通过该进口狭槽从间隙8吸入冷空气。
两个指状部20突伸出托架12的前边缘,且被用于将托架12连接至脊部15上。
两个扩散肋21在托架12的顶部上从风扇11延伸至托架前边缘的中心,并横向限定了分配通道13,使分配通道13的宽度朝向托架12的前边缘连续增加。为了使由风扇11驱动的空气流在整个宽度范围内尽可能均匀地分布,分配通道13被多个分叉的引导肋部22(或称为发散的引导肋部,也称为彼此之间间距变宽的引导肋部)所细分。如图1显示的截面上能够看到,为了促进气流沿宽度方向分布,分配通道13的高度额外地由后向前连续地降低。因此,在出口开口14处,在零度室5的整个宽度上所分配的空气流被保持成在抽屉9、10附近流过。由此,通过使得抽屉的外表面被保持处于均匀的温度,可防止在抽屉自身内产生较暖的区域(即使与抽屉9、10和框架1或门2之间的空间相比,抽屉9、10的空间没有那么强烈地受制于空气流动)。

Claims (15)

1.一种致冷装置,特别是一种家用冰箱,具有由门可进入的至少一个贮藏室(5),所述贮藏室的后壁(6)设置有蒸发器(7),风扇(11)将经由空气引导件沿朝向门的方向供应的空气吹送到蒸发器(7)上,其特征在于:所述空气引导件是位于蒸发器下游的分配通道(13),所述分配通道的宽度从其入口开口至朝向门的其出口开口增加。
2.如权利要求1所述的致冷装置,其特征在于:分配通道(13)的宽度至少大体连续地增加。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的致冷装置,其特征在于:分配通道(13)的宽度在两侧是至少大致均匀地增加。
4.如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的致冷装置,其特征在于:分配通道(13)在下游端(14)处占满贮藏室(5)的整个宽度。
5.如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的致冷装置,其特征在于:在分配通道(13)中设置有彼此之间间距变宽的多个引导肋部(22)。
6.如权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的致冷装置,其特征在于:
分配通道(13)延伸横跨过与后壁(6)邻接的贮藏室(5)的邻接壁(4)。
7.如权利要求6或7所述的致冷装置,其特征在于:分配通道(13)延伸至邻接壁(4)的前边缘。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的致冷装置,其特征在于:邻接壁(4)是贮藏室(5)的顶壁。
9.如权利要求6至8中任意一项所述的致冷装置,其特征在于:分配通道(13)由覆盖着邻接壁(4)的托架(12)来限定。
10.如权利要求5或9所述的致冷装置,其特征在于:引导肋部(22)被设置在托架(12)上。
11.如权利要求9或10所述的致冷装置,其特征在于:邻接壁(4)在前边缘具有突伸至贮藏室(5)内的脊部(15),并且分配通道(13)的细长形出口开口(14)一方面由脊部(15)所限定,另一方面由托架(12)的前边缘所限定。
12.如权利要求11所述的致冷装置,其特征在于:托架(12)具有突伸出其前边缘、且附连至邻接壁(4)的指状部(20)。
13.如权利要求1至12中任意一项所述的致冷装置,其特征在于:风扇(11)上游的进入间隙(8)在一侧由蒸发器(7)限定。
14.如权利要求13所述的致冷装置,其特征在于:进入间隙(8)在与蒸发器(7)相反的一侧上是由抽屉(9、10)的后壁所形成。
15.如权利要求1至14中任意一项所述的致冷装置,其特征在于:所述贮藏室(5)是0摄氏度室。
