本发明涉及一种载重汽车连体中桥减速器壳,包括桥内差速器壳和圆柱齿轮壳,其创新点在于:所述桥内差速器壳与圆柱齿轮壳整体浇铸成型为一体。桥内差速器壳与圆柱齿轮壳整体浇铸成型为一体,只需进行一次性单体造型浇铸与机械切削,齿轮配合间隙稳定,延长轴承的使用寿命,桥内差速器壳与圆柱齿轮壳无需通过螺栓连接,彻底解决了减速器壳漏油问题。另外,整体浇铸成型的减速器壳相较于原有的分体式减速器壳节约材料约18kg,节省螺栓20多粒,大大降低了使用成本。

本发明涉及一种减速器壳,特别涉及一种载重汽车连体中桥减速器壳。
背景技术
载重汽车连体中桥减速器壳在制作过程中,需要分别单独加工桥内差速器壳和圆柱齿轮壳,部件的毛坯必须分两次造型浇铸,需要两套模具进行,然后分别进行切削加工后装配,耗工费时,且耗材多,造成各种资源的浪费;同时,在机械切削过程中,需要单个确定加工基准,势必形成多种累积误差。影响齿轮配合的间隙稳定,降低了轴承使用寿命,且存在漏油问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种制造成本低、使用寿命长的载重汽车连体中桥减速器壳。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种载重汽车连体中桥减速器壳,包括桥内差速器壳和圆柱齿轮壳,其创新点在于:所述桥内差速器壳与圆柱齿轮壳整体浇铸成型为一体。
本发明的优点在于:桥内差速器壳与圆柱齿轮壳整体浇铸成型为一体,只需进行一次性单体造型浇铸与机械切削,齿轮配合间隙稳定,延长轴承的使用寿命,桥内差速器壳与圆柱齿轮壳无需通过螺栓连接,彻底解决了减速器壳漏油问题。另外,整体浇铸成型的减速器壳相较于原有的分体式减速器壳节约材料约18kg,节省M14*50的螺栓21粒,大大降低了使用成本。
