Abstract

本发明公开了一种全套管全回转钻机用套管夹紧装置,涉及土方工程机械。它包括:升降平台、夹紧油缸、连杆、楔块和变径隔套。楔块通过连杆与回转支承内圈连接,回转支承外圈与升降平台连接。变径隔套为扇形弧板,其内弧半径与套管的外圆半径相等,大齿圈的内圈制作喇叭型锥孔,所述的喇叭型锥孔的锥度与楔块的斜弧面一致。夹紧油缸为四只等圆周均布,将升降平台和动力支承平台连接在一起。当夹紧油缸有杆腔进油时,油缸活塞杆缩回,拉动升降平台体带动楔块向传动箱移动,楔块移动过程中开始夹紧套管,直至达到设定的夹紧力。当需要换用较小直径的套管时,只需将相应的变径隔套安装在各楔块上即可。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种土方工程机械,具体涉及全套管全回转钻机上使用的套管夹紧装置。
背景技术
  随着我国基础建设的不断加快,在高原、山区、丘陵、海滩、江河湖海滩涂等各种复杂地质环境下的施工越来越多,现场施工时经常遇到地下有流沙,溶洞、岩层等各种复杂地质状况,传统的挖掘机具和施工方法很难施工。近几年国内外出现了全套管全回转钻机,套管夹紧装置的夹紧方式夹不尽合理,紧力小,对中性差,变径机构复杂,拆装不便等原因,影响施工进度,本申请人经过多年研制,开发出一种全套管全回转钻机,与本发明同时申请了专利。本全套管全回转钻机用套管夹紧装置是全套管全回转钻机的重要组成部件。
发明内容
    为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种全套管全回转钻机用套管夹紧装置,利用四只夹紧油缸驱动楔块和变径隔套将套管夹紧。
    本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种全套管全回转钻机用套管夹紧装置,其特征在于:它包括:升降平台、夹紧油缸、连杆、楔块、变径隔套和大齿圈。所述的楔块通过连杆与上回转支承的回转支承内圈连接,上回转支承的回转支承外圈与升降平台连接。所述的变径隔套为扇形弧板,扇形弧板内圆的半径与套管的外圆半径相等,变径隔套的外弧面通过螺栓安装在楔块内侧。所述的大齿圈通过传动箱和变速箱与液压马达连接获得动力,大齿圈的内圈制作喇叭型锥孔,所述的喇叭型锥孔的锥度与楔块的斜弧面的锥度一致,大齿圈的锥孔与楔块的斜弧面相邻;所述的夹紧油缸为多只,多只夹紧油缸将升降平台和动力支承平台连接。
    所述的夹紧油缸为四只,四只夹紧油缸等圆周均布在套管的周边。
    所述的楔块、连杆、和变径隔套三者组成一组独立的夹紧机构,所述的夹紧机构为六组,六组夹紧机构等圆周均布在套管的周边。
    所述的连杆上端通过铰接轴Ⅰ与支架Ⅰ铰接,所述的支架Ⅰ上端通过螺栓固定在回转支承内圈上;连杆下端通过铰接轴Ⅱ与楔块铰接。
    所述的夹紧油缸的活塞杆通过支架Ⅱ与动力支承平台连接,夹紧油缸的缸体与升降平台连接。
    本发明的积极效果是:
    1、夹紧力大,对中性好,适用流沙,溶洞、岩层等各种复杂地质工况的施工,可用在各种大功率、大扭矩全套管全回转钻机上。
    2、变径隔套与套管接触面积大,夹紧力均匀,不会损坏套管,彻底避免因套管损坏甚至出现废桩。
    3、结构合理,变径隔套结构简单,使用可靠,更换方便,工作效率高。
    4、根据不同口径的套管,选用相应的变径隔套,适用面广。

具体实施方式
    如附图所示:一种全套管全回转钻机用套管夹紧装置,其特征在于:它包括:升降平台1、夹紧油缸4、连杆3、楔块7、变径隔套8和大齿圈10。所述的楔块7通过连杆3与上回转支承2的回转支承内圈2-2连接,上回转支承2的回转支承外圈2-1与升降平台1连接。所述的变径隔套8为扇形弧板,扇形弧板内圆的半径与套管12的外圆半径相等,变径隔套8的外弧面通过螺栓安装在楔块7内侧;所述的大齿圈10通过传动箱9和变速箱6与液压马达5连接获得动力,大齿圈10的内圈制作喇叭型锥孔,所述的喇叭型锥孔的锥度与楔块7的斜弧面的锥度一致,大齿圈10的锥孔与楔块6的斜弧面相邻。所述的夹紧油缸4为多只,多只夹紧油缸4将升降平台1和动力支承平台13连接。
    所述的夹紧油缸4为四只,四只夹紧油缸4等圆周均布在套管12的周边。
    所述的楔块7、连杆3、和变径隔套8三者组成一组独立的夹紧机构,所述的夹紧机构为六组,六组夹紧机构等圆周均布在套管12的周边。
    需要说明的是,本实施例夹紧油缸4为四只,夹紧机构为六组。根据整机功率的大小、套管12的管径以及施工场所工况的不同,夹紧油缸4和夹紧机构的数量可以增减,在满足施工要求的前提下,降低机械的制造成本,节约原材料,符合低碳要求。
    所述的连杆3上端通过铰接轴Ⅰ3-2与支架Ⅰ3-1铰接,所述的支架Ⅰ3-1上端通过螺栓固定在回转支承内圈2-2上;连杆3下端通过铰接轴Ⅱ3-3与楔块6铰接。
   所述的夹紧油缸4的活塞杆通过支架Ⅱ4-3与动力支承平台13连接,夹紧油缸4的缸体与升降平台1连接。
    如附图所示:使用前,调整支腿油缸15,支腿16将底座14调整到与地面平行,如果要钻斜孔,底座14调整到与斜孔中心垂直的位置。
    根据套管12口外径的不同,选用相应的变径隔套8安装在楔块7上。
    使用时,向夹紧油缸4的无杆腔同步送入高压油,夹紧油缸4的活塞杆伸长,缸体推动升降平台1上移,连杆3和楔块7跟随升降平台1上的上回转支承2同步上移,此时楔块7的斜面脱离大齿圈10斜面的限制,变径隔套8在自重作用下自动向外移动与套管12脱离。将套管12放入六只变径隔套8之间,向夹紧油缸4的有杆腔同步送入高压油,夹紧油缸4的活塞杆回缩,缸体拉动升降平台1、连杆3、楔块7和变径隔套8下移,在下行的过程中,楔块7的斜面在大齿圈10斜面的限制下和变径隔套8同时内移,变径隔套8内弧面逐渐接近套管12外壁,直至达到设定的夹紧状态。由于六个楔块7同时受力,保证套管12变形小,对中性好。,随着夹紧油缸4供油压力的增大,压紧套管12的夹紧力增大。
    套管12夹紧后,启动液压马达5,变速箱6的输出轴通过传动箱9带动大齿圈10转动,大齿圈10通过与之相连接的楔块7和变径隔套8带动套管12旋转切削。

Claims (5)

1.一种全套管全回转钻机用套管夹紧装置,其特征在于:它包括:升降平台(1)、夹紧油缸(4)、连杆(3)、楔块(7)、变径隔套(8)和大齿圈(10);所述的楔块(7)通过连杆(3)与上回转支承(2)的回转支承内圈(2-2)连接,上回转支承(2)的回转支承外圈(2-1)与升降平台(1)连接;所述的变径隔套(8)为扇形弧板,扇形弧板内圆的半径与套管(12)的外圆半径相等,变径隔套(8)的外弧面通过螺栓安装在楔块(7)内侧;所述的大齿圈(10)通过传动箱(9)和变速箱(6)与液压马达(5)连接获得动力,大齿圈(10)的内圈制作喇叭型锥孔,所述的喇叭型锥孔的锥度与楔块(7)的斜弧面的锥度一致,大齿圈(10)的锥孔与楔块(6)的斜弧面相邻;所述的夹紧油缸(4)为多只,多只夹紧油缸(4)将升降平台(1)和动力支承平台(13)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全套管全回转钻机用套管夹紧装置,其特征在于:所述的夹紧油缸(4)为四只,四只夹紧油缸(4)等圆周均布在套管(12)的周边。
3.根据权利要求1所述的全套管全回转钻机用套管夹紧装置,其特征在于:所述的楔块(7)、连杆(3)、和变径隔套(8)三者组成一组独立的夹紧机构,所述的夹紧机构为六组,六组夹紧机构等圆周均布在套管(12)的周边。
4.根据权利要求1所述的全套管全回转钻机用套管夹紧装置,其特征在于:所述的连杆(3)上端通过铰接轴Ⅰ(3-2)与支架Ⅰ(3-1)铰接,所述的支架Ⅰ(3-1)上端通过螺栓固定在回转支承内圈(2-2)上;连杆(3)下端通过铰接轴Ⅱ(3-3)与楔块(6)铰接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的全套管全回转钻机用套管夹紧装置,其特征在于:所述的夹紧油缸(4)的活塞杆通过支架Ⅱ(4-3)与动力支承平台(13)连接,夹紧油缸(4)的缸体与升降平台(1)连接。
