M25“车用绿油”添加剂,主要是研制生产E25-E85乙醇汽油和M25-M85甲醇汽油的添加剂。 
技术领域
本发明是一种可再生的节能高效环保的清洁车用燃料,是涉及新能源、新环保的经济技术。 
背景技术
1、推广“车用绿油”有利于我国目前实施能源节约和替代燃料油战略,符合国家新能源产业政策,具有较好的社会效益、环保效益和经济效益。 
2、作为新能源的“车用绿油”,一方面补充了我国石油资源的补缺,另一方面我国汽车保有量不断增加,对国际石油市场的依存度迅速增加,因此,开发研制替代燃料油这种新能源已成为社会经济可持续发展的必然。 
发明内容
1、社会各界正在进行多种生物能源的开发创新,也试制出了很多相关产品,但还不能够充分满足社会的需要。 
2、本发明的“车用绿油”的主要特点是:首先是以甲醇和11#稳定轻烃、裂解汽油为主要成份,成本比汽油低,推广价值大;其次它是一种醇类、脂类、烃类等原料再辅以MLN化学助剂,经特殊工 艺生产而得。其生产所需原料广泛,使用方便(可与车汽油混合使用),无须更换车辆装置,象汽油一样加进油箱便能使用,是汽油的良好替代品。暴发力比汽油大,耗油量比同标号汽油低5-10%,运行平衡。 
3、“车用绿油”作为汽车燃料,经权威机构测试和在各型汽车上使用,主要技术指标均达到或优于汽油标准。与汽油相比,车用绿油具备动力强、有害物质含量少、环保性强、对缸体和油路无腐蚀性等优点,在一定规模条件下其综合成本比汽油低得多。具备较高的社会和市场使用价值。 
4、“车用绿油”对环境的影响 
(1)环保性能好,芳烃含量比汽油低8倍; 
(2)该油不含铅、不含笨; 
(3)该油对缸体、油路无腐蚀(其PH值为7.3,腐蚀小于Ib),无水溶性酸碱。 
(4)该油与燃用93#汽油相比,台速污染物中CO含量均下降。 
CO汽油含量是1.12%,车用绿油的CO含量是0.1%。 
5、车用绿油的技术和配方先进合理:主要是 
(1)裂解油40%。(2)轻烃25%。(3)甲醇25%。(4)添加剂5%:A.过氧化氢1%,B.异丁醇3.5%。C.蓖麻油0.5%。(5)其它5%。 
6、车用绿油的生产工艺先进、安全,主要体现是: 
(1)原材料→经过内浮顶罐内的流体床催化反应→喷射雾化而成成品。(2)工艺先进能防静电反映,产品较长时间不分层。

具体实施方案
1、本发明通过项目立项,形成规划生产能力,计划拟建年产30万吨“车用绿油”的生产规模;估计投资2.5亿元人民币,其中固定资产1.7亿元左右,用于征用土地、建厂房、生产设备等。 
2、施工建设期:一年。最低投资回报:年利9000~12000万元(税后利润),投产一年后回收全部固定资产(指机械设备)。 
3、“车用绿油”原材料供应: 
(1)燃料乙醇:主要以红薯、木薯、高梁杆、姜藕,甘蔗皮(壳)、玉米秸杆、菊叶薯等为主; 
(2)甲醇的原材料:以瓦斯气、低质煤、化工厂、制药厂废气、农作物秸杆为主作为原材料。 
(3)生物柴油材料:蓖麻(树)、小桐子(麻峰树)、棉子等。 
4、市场与社会经济价值开发:由于中国经济的高速发展及对车用油的大量需求,市场各界广大的需求,同时随着低碳节能环保经济的优先发展,车用绿油有着十分重要的社会使用和开发价值,会给中国经济发展以及人民生活质量带来很大益处。 

Claims (1)

1.一种车用绿油,其特征在于,所述车用绿油主要含有:裂解汽油40%、甲醇25%、II#稳定轻烃25%、以及车用绿油添加剂5%,其中所述车用绿油添加剂为过氧化氢1%、异丁醇3.5%、蓖麻油0.5%。
