Abstract
本发明针对现有技术中取用液体的容器或者使用不方便,或者容易造成浪费的问题,提供一种盛放液体的容器,该容器包括容器主体、出口通道,而且,还包括气体加压装置,所述气体加压装置气体入口在所述容器主体外,气体出口与所述容器主体连通,容器主体底部呈漏斗状,所述漏斗状底部出口与所述出口通道相连通。这种盛放液体的容器结构简单,取用液体时只需挤压气体加压装置,方便快捷。相对于现在盛放牙膏的容器,不会造成尾量浪费;防止方便稳定,不容易滑落。相对于通常装在瓶内的洗发液,这种容器相比也使用方便,因为气体加压装置比瓶壁更容易挤压,操控更容易,取量更准确,使用更方便,用的更完全。该发明有利于提高人们的科学生活水平。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种常用容器,特别是一种盛放牙膏、洗浴液、洗发液等稠度较高液体的容器。
背景技术
由于高稠度液体具备一定的稠度,可以短时间少量存放在牙刷、手掌上,便于人们随意使用,所以广泛应用于人们日常生活中。但是又由于液体的稠度,人们往往使用挤压容器外壁的方法取出液体。这种取出方法,在液体剩余不多时往往会遇到一些问题,比如装在牙膏袋中的牙膏,最后一点牙膏总是挤不干净,最后造成浪费;装在瓶中的洗发液,需要倒立很长时间才能让液体流到出口,人们使用不便。
居民需要一种简单、实用的可以取用液体的容器,使每次取用方便、快捷。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中取用液体的容器或者使用不方便,或者容易造成浪费的问题,提供一种盛放液体的容器,该容器包括容器主体、出口通道,其特征在于,还包括气体加压装置,所述气体加压装置气体入口在所述容器主体外,气体出口与所述容器主体连通,容器主体底部呈漏斗形,所述出口通道在容器内的进口在漏斗形底部的低处。
这种盛放液体的容器结构简单,取用液体时只需挤压气体加压装置,方便快捷。通过漏斗形底部,可以将液体随时聚集于底部,方便流出。出口通道可以与漏斗状底部直接连通,也可以是开口开在漏斗状底部低处。这种结构容器,相对于现在盛放牙膏的容器,不会造成尾量浪费;防止方便稳定,不容易滑落。而且相对于小容积的牙膏产品,该技术易于制成大容积容器,减少污染和浪费,还可以回收再利用。
相对于通常装在瓶内的洗发液,这种容器相比也使用方便,因为气体加压装置比瓶壁更容易挤压,操控更容易,取量更准确。同时当洗发液将要用完时,也不需要倒立容器,使洗发液流至容器口,使用更方便,用的更完全。
这种盛放液体的容器,还可以在出口通道出口上方安装有用于遮挡灰尘的气袋,所述气袋通过管道与气体加压装置气体出口的气体相通。这样做可以避免灰尘等污染出口通道出口,又避免了开启和关闭或者其他的操作步骤。
这种盛放液体的容器,还可以在所述气体加压装置使用一头进气另一头出气的气囊。这种气囊,可以实现连续加压,当所容物较少时效果较好。

这种盛放液体的容器,还可以包括气道及其两端出口和出口通道内随所取用所容物的流出而移动的移动部件,第一端出口随所述移动部件的移动而移动,第二端出口与气体加压装置气体出口的气体相通,在所述气道第一端出口移动轨迹上,设有开口,所述开口与外界气体相连通。采用这种结果,可以实现限量或者定量取出容器内所容物,防止过量取出,造成污染或者浪费。

实施例1
如图1所示,为根据本发明实施例1所述的一种可以限量取用所容物的容器,图2为图1的A部放大图。容器包括容器主体部分1、压力加压装置4。主体部分由玻璃制成,下部装液体2,呈漏斗状。上部有气体腔3,气体腔3上部安装有压力加压装置4,可以从外部对气体腔3加压。另外,还包括相邻设置的液体流出通道5和气体通道6,液体流出通道5与主体部分1内部漏斗状底部开口16相连通,气体通道6在主体部分1内部的开口位于气体腔3的上部。在主体部分1外部液体流出通道5与气体通道6相邻的壁7是由柔软材料制成。液体流出通道5内部设置可以随液体共同向上移动的移动装置8。移动装置8上有与液体流出通道5横截面匹配的单向阀门9,阀门在加压装置加压时关闭,无压力或压力较小时向下打开。移动装置8与壁7相邻的位置有向外突出的凸起10,使液体流出通道5与气体通道6共用的壁7向气体通道一侧凸起,凸起10在气体通道6中的位置位于气体通道6上端封口11的上部,使上端封口11只能随着移动装置8移动,阻止其超过装置8向上移动。气体通道6侧面的开口13比液体流出通道5的出口12低,高度差大约为凸起10的厚度。液体流出通道5外壁上设有可以上下移动的标尺14,上有刻度。
使用时,将标尺14上零刻度与主体部分1内部液面平齐,根据需要的体积,压缩或拉伸部件15使移动装置8上端与标尺14上选定体积的对应刻度平齐。接下来,用加压装置4加压,使所装液体2从开口16经液体通道5向外流出。此时,移动装置8上单向阀门9关闭,移动装置8随着液体移动。当移动装置8移动到液体流出通道5的出口12处,气体通道6上端封口11移动到气体通道侧面开口13的上部,气体通道6与外界接通,主体部分1压力降低,液体流出通道5液体回流,本次量取结束,从而实现量取的体积不超过设定的体积。当每次量取完成后,移动装置8下沉到支撑部件15上。
在液体流出通道5与气体通道6的下部设有可以压缩和拉伸的部件15,该部分液体流出通道的内径小于移动装置8的外径,使移动装置8的外置始终在部件15之上。压缩和拉伸的部件15,可以改变移动装置8的高度位置。

如图3所示,为根据实施例2所述的一种可以限量取用所容物的容器,图4、图5为图3的A部、B部放大图。其为一种盛放粘性液体或者液体的容器,包括容器主体部分1和一个可以向容器内加压的气囊2。挤压气囊2可以通过其位于主体部分内部的开口5向主体部分1加压。主体部分1底部呈漏斗状,上部气体空间有气体通道3通往流出通道8中部,流出通道8尾部有吸管4与主体部分1底部漏斗开口14相连通。吸管4下部设有单向阀门,防止液体或液体回流。流出通道8内部侧壁有一个滑块6,滑块6可以在流出通道8内部侧壁上设置的滑道7上滑动。滑道7延伸到流出通道8外端开口处。滑块6上侧面设有长条形开口9,在滑块6后部,长条形开口9与气体管道3相通。滑块6其他各面均无开口。在滑块6与所述内部侧壁之间有不透明薄片10,该薄片10上与长条形开口9对应的位置,有一个小的开口11。通过插拔薄片10,调节气道开口11和流出通道8外端开口处之间的距离。薄片10与滑块6和内部侧壁之间气密封,并随滑块6共同移动。薄片10上有刻度显示开口11距流出通道8开口的长度或该长度液体的体积。
使用时,用气囊2向主体部分1加压,压力推动液体由开口14经吸管4和流出通道8向外挤出,也推动滑块6向外同步滑动。当滑块6滑动到上面薄片10上开口露出时,气体通道3与外界接通,主体部分1气体压力下降,没有向外推动的压力,液体不再向外挤出。由于流出通道8内径是一定的,通过调节滑块6上薄片10的开口11位置,就可以得到确定的每次挤出的液体体积。至少,每次挤出的体积不会超过设定的量。
滑块6上安装有复位弹簧12,当完成挤出运动后,滑块6在复位弹簧12的作用下返回流出通道8内部。
实施例3
如图6所示,为根据实施例4所述的一种可以限量取用所容物的容器,图7为图6的A部放大图,图8、图9为为活塞6的状态图。该容器包括主体部分1、加压气囊3和流出通道2等。主体部分由硬塑料制成,上部有开口,灌装液体后安装有用以对主体部分1内部气体加压的气囊3。上部为气体空间24,下部为液体空间22,底部呈漏斗形。流出通道2与主体部分1底部漏斗开口26相连通。流出通道2内的移动部件,是由轮圈4和辐条5组成的活塞6。活塞的上游面覆盖环形排列的薄片7,各个薄片朝向中心一端和一根细丝8一端相连,另一端与活塞6上的辐条5通过滑环23活动相连接,滑环23可以在辐条5上径向滑动约1/5辐条的长度。细丝8另一端与一个长条滑片9相连。该长条滑片9位于主体部分1上部的气体空间内壁的滑道10上,并可于其上上下滑动。滑道10由加厚的装置21固定于内壁上。长条滑片9与主体部分的内壁之间气密封。滑片9尾部通过弹性部件11与内壁固定连接。滑片9后部中间位置有一个贯通的开口12。主体部分1沿滑道10方向与开口12对应的位置,依次开若干个开口17,旁边标有刻度。主体部分1外壁沿滑道10方向设加厚部分13,用以使一个长条形卡片14与主体部分1外壁压合在一起,并保持气密性。长条形卡片14中间与主体部分开口17对应的位置,有一条横向细长的开口15。长条形卡片14可以在加厚部分内沿滑道10方向上下移动。流出通道2在主体部分1外部使用柔性管道,通过支撑架16支起管道,当主体部分1内液面下降时,调节支撑架16的高度,使管道的内径下缘与主体部分1内液面始终齐平。
使用时,根据需要取出的体积,移动长条形卡片14,使其开口15与主体部分1壁上对应刻度旁的开口17重合。按动气囊3加压,液体由开口26经流出通道2向外移动。薄片7被挤压在活塞6上,活塞6被推着沿流出通道2向外移动,通过细丝8带动滑片9沿轨道10滑动。当滑片上的开口12移动到选定的主体部分壁上的开口位置时,气体通道与外界接通,主体部分1内气压下降,活塞6不再向前移动。此时,流出的液体体积就是活塞6推动的液体体积,也就是刻度显示的体积。随后,在滑片9尾部的弹性部件18作用下,滑片9复位,并带动活塞6向后移动。薄片7被提起,液体充满活塞6前面的空间,为下一次使用做好准备。
为了防止流出通道2外端开口部分受外部灰尘污染,可以在该开口上方水平安装一个气袋19。气袋19有管道20与主体部分气体空间21相通。加压时,气袋19充气膨胀,水平伸直,使流出通道2开口开放;压力降低后,气帘19在重力作用下下垂,挡住该开口,灰尘被挡在开口外。
加压气囊3在主体部分1气体空间24的开口外可以套有可充气胀大的薄膜袋25。加压时加入的气体都收集在可膨胀的薄膜袋内。目的是防止加压时加入的气体与液体空间22接触。此时如果主体部分1上方气体空间24所充的是惰性气体,则在整个容器的液体取用过程中,液体都不会与外界气体接触仅有惰性气体与液体接触。这有利于更好的保护液体。
薄膜袋25无回缩性的可以使每次加压充入薄膜袋内的气体在压力降低后仍留在薄膜袋内一部分,在第二次取用所容物时就可以迅速使压力上升,避免了下次使用时重复加压。
本实施例的另一个变型是放弃使用长条形卡片14,在主体部分1外壁上的若干个开口17旁,分别设置若干个独立的可以插拔的卡片,分别独立控制开口17的开合。量取时,只需拔开对应体积的开口,插入其他开口上的卡片,加压,开口处就会流出需要的液体体积。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换、变型和组合,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (10)
1.一种盛放液体的容器,包括容器主体、出口通道,其特征在于,还包括气体加压装置,所述气体加压装置气体入口在所述容器主体外,气体出口与所述容器主体连通,容器主体底部呈漏斗形,所述出口通道在容器内的进口在漏斗形底部的低处。
2.如权利要求1所述的盛放液体的容器,其特征在于,在出口通道出口上方安装有用于遮挡灰尘的气袋,所述气袋通过管道与气体加压装置气体出口的气体相通。
3.如权利要求1所述的盛放液体的容器,其特征在于,所述气体加压装置使用一头进气另一头出气的气囊。
4.如权利要求1所述的盛放液体的容器,其特征在于,所述气囊或者容器主体上设有使容器主体内气体与外部连通的阀门。
5.如权利要求1所述的盛放液体的容器,其特征在于,所述出口通道内设有限制所容物向靠近容器主体一侧流动的装置。
6.如权利要求1所述的盛放液体的容器,其特征在于,所述气体加压装置气体出口外套有可充气胀大的装置。
7.如权利要求1所述的盛放液体的容器,其特征在于,还包括气道及其两端出口和出口通道内随所取用所容物的流出而移动的移动部件,第一端出口随所述移动部件的移动而移动,第二端出口与气体加压装置气体出口的气体相通,在所述气道第一端出口移动轨迹上,设有开口,所述开口与外界气体相连通。
8.如权利要求7所述的盛放液体的容器,其特征在于,所述开口有多个,每个开口上都设有使开口关闭或者开启的装置。
9.如权利要求7所述的盛放液体的容器,其特征在于,所述开口呈长条状,上面覆盖可插拔的密封薄片,通过插拔所述密封薄片选择开口的具体位置。
10.如权利要求7所述的盛放液体的容器,其特征在于,所述气体加压装置气体出口外套有可充气胀大的装置,所述第二端出口开在所述可充气胀大的装置内。
