一种薁磺酸钠水溶液，按重量比：薁磺酸钠0.45％-0.55％，无菌纯化水99.45％-99.55％。另一种，按重量比：薁磺酸钠加入量0.55％-4％，添加剂0.005％-1％，纯化水95-99.45％。添加剂包括：阳离子表面活性剂、洗必泰、95％乙醇、磷酸氢二钾、无水磷酸二氢钠、磷酸三钠、EDTA二钠、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油60、聚维酮K30、聚维酮K90、吐温-80、吐温-60、两性表面活性剂、碳酸钠、氢氧化钠、碳酸氢钠、柠檬酸中的一种或一种以上。本发明是一种能够方便日化产品、化妆品、保健品等行业生产使用的液体制剂，解决了在日化产品、化妆品、保健品等行业实际生产过程中，直接使用薁磺酸钠粉状产品需另外增加设备投入的实际问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种液体制剂。特别是涉及一种能够方便日化产品、化妆品、保健品等行业生产使用的薁磺酸钠水溶液
背景技术
薁磺酸钠又名水溶性薁，是天然植物春黄菊的有效成分，其化学名称为1.4－二甲基－7－异丙基－3－薁磺酸钠，化学通式为：C15H17NaO3S·1/2H2O，为深蓝色结晶或结晶性粉末，无嗅无味。
目前，薁磺酸钠的市售产品主要是薁磺酸钠粉状产品，使用时将其直接加入膏状产品、液体产品中，需另加溶解设备，同时还要保证其微生物指标，所以给生产厂家带来一定的困难，不利于推广使用。
但是，薁磺酸钠一般情况下，在水中的溶解度较低，且配成水溶液易于被微生物污染，直接配制的水溶液不能长期保存，不能作为原料使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种具有稳定性和高浓度，并方便使用的薁磺酸钠水溶液。
本发明所采用的技术方案是：一种薁磺酸钠水溶液，其特征在于，按重量比，包括：薁磺酸钠0.45%-0.55%，无菌纯化水99.45%-99.55%。
本发明所采用的另一技术方案是：一种薁磺酸钠水溶液，按重量比，包括：薁磺酸钠加入量0.55%-4%，添加剂0.005%-1%，纯化水95-99.45%。
所述的添加剂包括：阳离子表面活性剂、洗必泰、95%乙醇、磷酸氢二钾、无水磷酸二氢钠、磷酸三钠、EDTA二钠、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油60、聚维酮K30、聚维酮K90、吐温-80、吐温-60、两性表面活性剂、碳酸钠、氢氧化钠、碳酸氢钠、柠檬酸中的一种或一种以上。
本发明的薁磺酸钠水溶液（SGS-100），制备简单，其薁磺酸钠的含量、酸碱度及微生物数量可以保持一年以上的稳定性，是一种能够方便日化产品、化妆品、保健品等行业生产使用的液体制剂，解决了在日化产品、化妆品、保健品等行业实际生产过程中，直接使用薁磺酸钠粉状产品需另外增加设备投入的实际问题。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的薁磺酸钠水溶液做出详细说明。
本发明的薁磺酸钠水溶液（SGS-100），将薁磺酸钠制成液体制剂，浓度和包装可根据厂家用途定做，保证其一次拆包装全部使用，防止反复使用造成微生物污染，以防对这些产品质量带来不利影响。
本发明的薁磺酸钠水溶液配制方案有两种，一种是适用于低浓度的无添加剂的配制方案。另一种是适用于高浓度具有添加剂的配制方案。其中，
无添剂加的薁磺酸钠水溶液的配制方案是：按重量比，包括：薁磺酸钠0.45%-0.55%，无菌纯化水99.45%-99.55%。
具有添加剂的薁磺酸钠水溶液，其特征在于，按重量比，包括：薁磺酸钠加入量0.55%-4%，添加剂0.005%-1%，纯化水95-99.45%。这里，所述的添加剂包括：阳离子表面活性剂、洗必泰、95%乙醇、磷酸氢二钾、无水磷酸二氢钠、磷酸三钠、EDTA二钠、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油60、聚维酮K30、聚维酮K90、吐温-80、吐温-60、两性表面活性剂、碳酸钠、氢氧化钠、碳酸氢钠、柠檬酸中的一种或一种以上。
下面给出具体的实例：
实施例1（以配制100kg为例）
薁磺酸钠0.45kg
无菌纯化水99.5kg
合计：       100kg
在10万级净化车间，称薁磺酸钠0.45kg，加入5kg纯化水，加热至沸腾，再加入经加热灭菌后的室温纯化水94.5kg,搅拌均匀，即得薁磺酸钠水溶液半成品，经检验薁磺酸钠含量、pH值、微生物总数三指标合格后，即可用消毒、控干的包装桶进行包装，得到薁磺酸钠水溶液（SGS-100）成品。
实施例2（以配制100kg为例）
薁磺酸钠0.55kg
无菌纯化水99.45kg
合计：     100kg
在10万级净化车间，称薁磺酸钠0.55kg，加入5kg纯化水，加热至沸腾，再加入经加热灭菌后的室温纯化水94.45kg,搅拌均匀，即得薁磺酸钠水溶液半成品，经检验薁磺酸钠含量、pH值、微生物总数三指标合格后，即可用消毒、控干的包装桶进行包装，得到薁磺酸钠水溶液（SGS-100）成品。
实施例3（以配制100kg为例）
在净化车间内，将用具及设备都用75%乙醇消毒后再使用。先称取聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油60，0.3kg，将其溶入98.185kg经紫外线杀菌的纯化水中,搅拌均匀，再加入吐温800.5kg，搅匀，再加入碳酸氢钠0.005kg，加入阳离子表面活性剂0.1kg，最后加入薁磺酸钠1kg，搅拌30分钟至完全溶解，即得薁磺酸钠水溶液半成品，经检验薁磺酸钠含量、pH值、微生物总数三指标合格后，即可用消毒、控干的包装桶进行包装，即得薁磺酸钠水溶液（SGS-100）成品。
实施例4（以配制100kg为例）

在净化车间内，将用具及设备都用75%乙醇消毒后再使用。先称洗必泰0.02kg，将其溶入0.1kg95%乙醇中，加入CAB-350.8kg搅匀，再加入94.88kg经紫外线杀菌的纯化水中,搅拌均匀，再加入无水磷酸二氢钠0.1kg、磷酸三钠0.01kg，最后加入薁磺酸钠4kg，搅拌30分钟至完全溶解，即得薁磺酸钠水溶液半成品，经检验薁磺酸钠含量、pH值、微生物总数三指标合格后，即可用消毒、控干的包装桶进行包装，即得薁磺酸钠水溶液（SGS-100）成品。
实施例5（以配制100kg为例）

在净化车间内，将用具及设备都用75%乙醇消毒后再使用。先称取聚维酮K30 0.4kg，将其溶入98.724kg经紫外线杀菌的纯化水中,搅拌均匀，再加入吐温60 0.3kg，搅匀，再加入碳酸氢钠0.006kg，加入阳离子表面活性剂0.021kg，最后加入薁磺酸钠0.55kg，搅拌30分钟至完全溶解，即得薁磺酸钠水溶液半成品，经检验薁磺酸钠含量、pH值、微生物总数三指标合格后，即可用消毒、控干的包装桶进行包装，即得薁磺酸钠水溶液（SGS-100）成品。

1.一种薁磺酸钠水溶液，其特征在于，每100kg薁磺酸钠水溶液具有：

薁磺酸钠水溶液的制备工艺：在净化车间内，将用具及设备全部用75%乙醇消毒后再使用，先称取聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油60，0.3kg，并溶入98.185kg经紫外线杀菌的纯化水中,搅拌均匀，再加入吐温80 0.5kg，搅匀，再加入碳酸氢钠0.005kg，加入阳离子表面活性剂0.01kg，最后加入薁磺酸钠1kg，搅拌30分钟至完全溶解，即得薁磺酸钠水溶液半成品，经检验薁磺酸钠含量、pH值、微生物总数三指标合格后，用消毒、控干的包装桶进行包装，即得薁磺酸钠水溶液成品。
2.一种薁磺酸钠水溶液，其特征在于，每100kg薁磺酸钠水溶液具有：
薁磺酸钠水溶液的制备工艺：在净化车间内，将用具及设备全部用75%乙醇消毒后再使用，先称取聚维酮K30 0.4kg，并溶入98.724kg经紫外线杀菌的纯化水中,搅拌均匀，再加入吐温60 0.3kg，搅匀，再加入碳酸氢钠0.006kg，加入阳离子表面活性剂0.02kg，最后加入薁磺酸钠0.55kg，搅拌30分钟至完全溶解，即得薁磺酸钠水溶液半成品，经检验薁磺酸钠含量、pH值、微生物总数三指标合格后，用消毒、控干的包装桶进行包装，即得薁磺酸钠水溶液成品。
