Abstract

本发明公开了一种吸气聚焦型喷洒装置,其特征在于它包括有:一汇聚腔,按其轴向具有大小不等的一大端和一小端,该大端与小端间的内壁渐进过渡;至少两条进水通道,连通于所述汇聚腔的大端;所有所述进水通道向所述汇聚腔内的出水方向在所述汇聚腔内交汇;至少一条吸气通道,从外部自由空间连通所述汇聚腔;以及一整流口,连通所述汇聚腔的小端,具有一可使水流形成液封的喉口,该喉口横截面为所述进水通道最大总横截面积的1至3倍;所述整流口自所述喉口始往外横截面渐进变大。此大小端渐进过渡的汇聚腔,配合可以形成液封的喉口以及混入空气的吸气通道,使水流在汇聚腔中聚焦、吸气效果明显,加强了空气与水流碰撞,使输出的喷洒水颗粒效果好,范围大。

吸气聚焦型喷洒装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于分配液体输出的部件,具体是一种吸气聚焦型喷洒装置。
背景技术
在诸多领域比如淋浴、清洗等,通常都需要有对液体进行喷洒处理;这类喷洒处理是将液体自输送管道排出,并且具有一定水花效果比如其喷洒的范围需要足够广。
如何将喷洒的液体扩散喷出,传统的做法有莲蓬头等装置,这类装置结构简单易实施,但也有其弱点,即是仅仅对液体的水路进行整形喷洒而出,而其水花的效果并未有提升。
如此就有一种需求,即是如何设计一种简单的装置,使液体流可以生成范围较大的喷洒的输出,同时其喷洒的水花颗粒效果、节水效果要好。
发明内容
针对以上大范围喷洒的需求,本发明提出一种吸气聚焦型喷洒装置,其技术方案如下:
吸气聚焦型喷洒装置,其特征在于:它包括:
一汇聚腔,按其轴向具有大小不等的一大端和一小端,该大端与小端间的内壁渐进过渡;
进水通道;至少两条,连通于所述汇聚腔的大端;所有所述进水通道向所述汇聚腔内的水流方向在所述汇聚腔内交汇;
吸气通道,至少一条,从外部自由空间连通所述汇聚腔;以及
一整流口,连通所述汇聚腔的小端,具有一可使水流形成液封的喉口,该喉口横截面为所述进水通道最大总横截面积的1至3倍;所述整流口自所述喉口始往外横截面渐进变大。
作为本技术方案的优选者,可以在如下方面有所改进:
一较佳实施例中,所述汇聚腔、整流口和喉口的横截面均为圆形,且三者整体旋转对称。
一较佳实施例中,所述汇聚腔为圆台形。
一较佳实施例中,所述进水通道与所述汇聚腔连通处以所述汇聚腔的中心轴旋转对称。
一较佳实施例中,所述整流口也为圆台形。
一较佳实施例中,所述进水通道、吸气通道均有两条,以所述汇聚腔中心轴对称分布;所述汇聚腔、整流口、吸气通道均各自对半成形于一上镶嵌块和一下镶嵌块上;所述上、下镶嵌块紧密配合。
一较佳实施例中,所述上、下镶嵌块相配合面的外轮廓为矩形;所述进水口的出口位于同一矩形侧边;所述整流口与吸气通道的出口位于与所述进水口所在侧边的对边。
一较佳实施例中,所述进水口全部位于所述上镶嵌块;所述汇聚腔、整流口和吸气通道在所述上、下镶嵌块内的体积相等。
本发明带来的有益效果是:
1.大小端渐进过渡的汇聚腔,配合可以形成液封的喉口以及混入空气的吸气通道,使水流在汇聚腔中聚焦、吸气效果明显,加强了空气与水流碰撞,使输出的喷洒水颗粒效果好,范围大。
2.整流口从内到外横截面逐渐变大,对从汇聚腔而来的水汽混合物进行整形,使混合物付壁粘滞流出,形成形状受整流口横截面约束的规则水花,扩散均匀。
3.成形于镶嵌块的形式易作为配件安装在各种水路中,体积小、配件少,结构牢固。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
如图1所示,本发明实施例一立体示意图;汇聚腔101与整流口102整体连通具有光滑的内表面;汇聚腔101大端在上,小端在下,二者渐进过渡;整流口102连接汇聚腔101处为喉口103,喉口103到喷口104逐渐扩大。
进水通道210有三条,其入口均在汇聚腔101大端之前,并且,该三条进水通道210在汇聚腔内的延长线,或者说其各自水流的路径,在汇聚腔101内具有交集,如此设置很重要,目的是使来自进水通道210的水流互相碰撞。
在汇聚腔101的侧壁具有一条吸气通道220,该吸气通道220外部连通自由空间,以保证空气可以自由进入汇聚腔101;来自进水通道210的水流,在汇聚腔101内碰撞后,下行到喉口103的位置,由于汇聚腔101的形状,喉口103的横截面处水流横截面减小,流速增大,故在喉口103形成了液封,来自吸气通道220的空气与此处水流发生混合,从而使体积极大地膨胀,加强了水、气的碰撞,最终从整流口102末端的喷口104流出;其中喷洒水会在整流口102内壁附着并发生粘滞效应,使喷洒形状最终受到整流口102内壁形状的约束,同时,水流在整形口102内壁其颗粒会因为摩擦而进一步增大,使水汽混合更均匀。
实施例二:
如图2是本发明实施例二上镶嵌块示意图;图3是本发明实施例二下镶嵌块示意图;图4是本发明实施例二水路示意图。结合此三图说明实施例二的细节:
上镶嵌块10和下镶嵌块20具有矩形轮廓的接合面,此二镶嵌块紧密配合后得到一个六面体的配件;在上镶嵌块10中,进水通道210有两条,采用沟槽的形式成形于上镶嵌块10;有一个上腔11成形于该上镶嵌块,分为三段,分别属于汇聚腔101、喉口103和整流口104各自的一半;在汇聚腔101侧壁有两条对称的吸气通道220,也以沟槽的形式成形于上镶嵌块10。对应下镶嵌块21,有一个下腔21,该下腔21与上腔11共同构成完整的汇聚腔101、喉口103和整流口104,并且,下镶嵌块20上也有与上镶嵌块10同样的吸气通道220,都是在两镶嵌块紧密配合后成型完整的吸气通道220;吸气通道220与整流口103的出口,相对于进水通道210的出口,各自位于矩形的对边。
在本实施例二中,进水通道210、汇聚腔101、喉口102、整流口103、吸气通道220均旋转对称,在上镶嵌块10和下镶嵌块20中的体积都相等;并且,汇聚腔101和整流口103都是圆台形。水流自进水通道210进入汇聚腔101,在喉口103处形成液封,吸入来自吸气通道220的空气,最终从整流口103膨胀附壁喷洒而出。这种镶嵌块的形式,其零部件少,结构紧凑,易内嵌于各种水流通道中,并且构成阵列的形式。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。

Claims (8)

1.吸气聚焦型喷洒装置,其特征在于:它包括:
一汇聚腔,按其轴向具有大小不等的一大端和一小端,该大端与小端间的内壁渐进过渡;
进水通道;至少两条,连通于所述汇聚腔的大端;所有所述进水通道向所述汇聚腔内的水流方向在所述汇聚腔内交汇;
吸气通道,至少一条,从外部自由空间连通所述汇聚腔;以及
一整流口,连通所述汇聚腔的小端,具有一可使水流形成液封的喉口,该喉口横截面为所述进水通道最大总横截面积的1至3倍;所述整流口自所述喉口始往外横截面渐进变大。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸气聚焦型喷洒装置,其特征在于:所述汇聚腔、整流口和喉口的横截面均为圆形,且三者整体旋转对称。
3.根据权利要求2所述的吸气聚焦型喷洒装置,其特征在于:所述汇聚腔为圆台形。
4.根据权利要求3所述的吸气聚焦型喷洒装置,其特征在于:所述进水通道与所述汇聚腔连通处以所述汇聚腔的中心轴旋转对称。
5.根据权利要求4所述的吸气聚焦型喷洒装置,其特征在于:所述整流口也为圆台形。
6.根据权利要求5所述的吸气聚焦型喷洒装置,其特征在于:所述进水通道、吸气通道均有两条,以所述汇聚腔中心轴对称分布;所述汇聚腔、整流口、吸气通道均各自对半成形于一上镶嵌块和一下镶嵌块上;所述上、下镶嵌块紧密配合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的吸气聚焦型喷洒装置,其特征在于:所述上、下镶嵌块相配合面的外轮廓为矩形;所述进水口的出口位于同一矩形侧边;所述整流口与吸气通道的出口位于与所述进水口所在侧边的对边。
8.根据权利要求7所述的吸气聚焦型喷洒装置,其特征在于:所述进水口全部位于所述上镶嵌块;所述汇聚腔、整流口和吸气通道在所述上、下镶嵌块内的体积相等。
