Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种产生剪刀水的组件,包括本座,本座内设水路;其中水路包括一进水口、一出水口和一贯通接在进水口和出水口间的圆形腔体;出水口口径大于进水口口径,出水口的上端小下端大呈锥形面,且进水口和圆形腔体连接处设经圆弧处理的倒角。当水从本座进水口进入腔体后,由于水流的自身特性,在出水口形成类似于剪刀周期性开合的水花。该水花颗粒饱满、吸气效果明显、视觉效果明显,能产生明显的按摩效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种产生剪刀水的组件。 
背景技术
在现有技术中,尤其是在花洒、喷头中安装的以切换水的喷出状态的组件,能产生类似剪刀形状的周期性开合的水花(简称“剪切水”,以下皆同)的组件相对较少,且存在水花周期性开合不稳定、水花状态单调,水花颗粒不饱满、吸气效果不明显且吸气时间歇性漏水的问题。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型是要解决现有技术中存在的剪切水水花周期性不稳定、水花状态单调、水花颗粒不饱满以及吸气效果不明显且吸气时间歇性漏水等问题。 
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案: 
本实用新型是一种产生剪刀水的组件,包括本座,本座内设水路;其中水路包括一进水口、一出水口和一贯通接在进水口和出水口间的圆形腔体;出水口口径大于进水口口径,且出水口的上端小下端大呈锥形面;而且,本座上设贯通圆形腔体内外的吸气孔。 
所述进水口和圆形腔体连接处设经圆弧过渡处理的倒角。 
所述的本座还包括空腔本体,空腔本体包括主水体和面盖;主水体上设一进水槽、一出水槽和一接通在进水槽和出水槽之间的圆形凹槽,在主水体和面盖面对固接,而且该进水槽成进水口,出水槽成出水口,圆形凹槽成圆形腔体。 
所述的本座还包括一进水嘴,进水嘴中间位中空的进水通道,且一端设有外螺纹,另一端为法兰底座,在法兰底座上设有螺孔;空腔本体上端设有在位置和大小均与进水嘴法兰底座上的螺孔相对应的螺孔。 
所述吸气孔设在圆形凹槽底部靠近进水口的一端。 
所述主水体的圆形凹槽底部设有两个吸气孔。 
所述两吸气孔对称设置在进水口与出水口中心连线的两侧。 
所述在主水体、面盖这两个部件靠近进水口的一端,设有数量和位置与吸气孔相应的空气通道,该通道与吸气孔相通。 
所述在进水嘴的法兰底座上与空气通道相对应的位置设有相应的通孔。 
采用上述方案后,所产生的剪刀水周期性比较稳定,水花颗粒饱满,吸气效果明显,其视觉效果有较强的冲击力。如果将其安装在按摩用的喷头上,其形成的剪刀水对人身体有良好的按摩效果。同时,该组件结构简单,制造成本低廉,由于采用螺钉固定安装,便于清洗。

具体实施方式
一种产生剪刀水的组件,包括进水嘴100和空腔本体;进水嘴中间为中空的进水通道150,且一端设有外螺纹120,另一端为法兰底座110,法兰底座上设有螺孔130和通孔140;空腔本体200由主水体210和面盖220组成,空腔本 体200上端设有在位置和大小上均与进水嘴法兰底座110上的螺孔130相对应的螺孔;进水嘴100和空腔本体200由螺钉通过螺孔130连接固定。 
其中,主水体210中央设有圆形凹槽211,且圆形凹槽211底部处在同一平面上。 
主水体210上下两端的中央设有与圆形凹槽211贯通的进水口212和出水口213;出水口213上端比进水口212略大,且出水口213的上端小下端大,呈燕尾形状,且进水口212和出水口213处均设有经圆弧过渡处理的倒角。 
在主水体210圆形凹槽211底部设有两个吸气孔214,该两吸气孔214对称设置在进水口212与出水口213中心连线的两侧且位于圆形凹槽211底部靠近进水口212的一端。 
在主水体210靠近进水口212的一端,设有数量和位置与吸气孔214相应的空气通道215,该空气通道215下端与吸气孔214相通。 
在进水嘴100的法兰底座110上与空气通道215相对应的位置设有相应的通孔140。 
在主水体210和面盖220的四角分别设有相应的螺孔216和221,主水体210和面盖220由螺钉通过螺孔216和221固定连接起来。 
结合图4说明本实用新型在使用过程中水的运行情况,即本实用新型中的水路走向。 
如图4所示,本实用新型在使用时,主水流从进水口212流入圆形凹槽211中,由于进水口212直径较小,水流在此动能得到提高,速度相对比较大。 
进水口212末端设有经圆弧过渡处理的倒角,水流在此处有粘滞作用,必然会在冲入圆形凹槽211时散开。由于出水口213直径略大于进水口212的直径,所以一部分水流冲出出水口213,另一部分水会撞击在圆形凹槽的两个类圆 形内壁面上而形成反馈水流219。反馈水流219与从进水口212流下的主水流218形成密闭水腔217,根据伯努利原理可知,该密闭水腔217逐渐缩小使得所设置在圆形凹槽211底部的两个吸气孔214会产生强烈的吸气效果,进而空气从空气通道215和吸气孔214进入圆形凹槽211。此时,空气与主水流混合,使水气混合物的比容成倍地增加,水气混合物从出水口213高速冲出时,有一部分水气混合物便粘附在燕尾形出水口213的两个侧边上,使水流喷洒面积扩大。 
由于出水口213处的水流速度得以提高,在下一时刻入水口212的水量相对出水口213处的水量较少,粘附在出水口213两侧边上的水流便会从该两侧边上脱落,一部分水直接冲出出水口213,但水流喷洒面积减小;另一部分水流再一次碰撞在圆形凹槽211的类圆形壁面上形成反馈水流,反馈水流与从进水口212流下的主水流再次形成密闭水腔217,该密闭水腔217再次逐渐缩小,从而使吸气孔214再次重新吸气,进而再一次从锥形的出水口213处喷洒面积扩大的水流。这种水流喷洒面积周期性减小与扩大,类似于剪刀在工作时的状态,故由此所产生的水流为“剪刀水”。 
采用上述方案后,所产生的剪刀水周期性比较稳定,水花颗粒饱满,吸气效果明显,其视觉效果有较强的冲击力。如果将其安装在按摩用的喷头上,其形成的剪刀水对人身体有良好的按摩效果。同时,该组件结构简单,制造成本低廉,由于采用螺钉固定安装,便于清洗。 

Claims (9)

1.一种产生剪刀水的组件,包括本座,本座内设水路;其特征在于:水路包括一进水口、一出水口和一贯通接在进水口和出水口间的圆形腔体;出水口口径大于进水口口径,且出水口的上端小下端大呈锥形面;而且,本座上设贯通圆形腔体内外的吸气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种产生剪刀水的组件,其特征在于:所述进水口和圆形腔体连接处设经圆弧过渡处理的倒角。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种产生剪刀水的组件,其特征在于:所述本座包括空腔本体,空腔本体包括主水体和面盖,主水体上设一进水槽、一出水槽和一接通在进水槽和出水槽之间的圆形凹槽,主水体和面盖面对固接,而且,进水槽成进水口,出水槽成出水口,圆形凹槽成圆形腔体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种产生剪刀水的组件,其特征在于:所述本座还包括进水嘴,进水嘴中间为中空的进水通道,且一端设有外螺纹,另一端为法兰底座,法兰底座上设有螺孔,空腔本体上端设有在位置和大小上均与进水嘴法兰底座上的螺孔相对应的螺孔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种产生剪刀水的组件,其特征在于:所述吸气孔设在圆形凹槽底部靠近进水口的一端。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种产生剪刀水的组件,其特征在于:所述主水体的圆形凹槽底部设有两个吸气孔。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种产生剪刀水的组件,其特征在于:所述两吸气孔对称设置在进水口与出水口中心连线的两侧。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种产生剪刀水的组件,其特征在于:在主水体、面盖这两个部件靠近进水口的一端,设有数量和位置与吸气孔相应的空气通道,该通道与吸气孔相通。 
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种产生剪刀水的组件,其特征在于:在进水嘴的法兰底座上与空气通道相对应的位置设有相应的通孔。
