本发明提供了一种电动车用的电池盒安装用缓冲结构,其可以通过各机件的互调作用,分解抵消来自于车身运动产生的各个方向的冲击力,保证电池盒的使用寿命。其包括外壳上盖、外壳底座,所述的外壳上盖和外壳底座之间连接,其特征在于:所述外壳底座设置有卡槽,所述卡槽卡装有“Z”字形缓冲板,所述“Z”字形的顶部支撑所述外壳底座。

技术领域
本发明涉及电动车用的电池盒安装部件技术领域,具体为一种电动车用的电池盒安装用缓冲结构。
背景技术
电动自行车,其电池盒多数比较重,而电动车的重量比较大,这样安装于车的后平叉,在装好电芯后,电池盒总成是个负重件,来自于车身运动产生的各个方向的冲击力,造成电池盒对底部的后平叉产生强大的冲击,而电池盒多数为塑料件,在强大的反作用力下,电池盒容易破损。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种电动车用的电池盒安装用缓冲结构,其可以通过各机件的互调作用,分解抵消来自于车身运动产生的各个方向的冲击力,保证电池盒的使用寿命。
其采用以下技术方案:其包括外壳上盖、外壳底座,所述的外壳上盖和外壳底座之间连接,其特征在于:所述外壳底座设置有卡槽,所述卡槽卡装有“Z”字形缓冲板,所述“Z”字形的顶部支撑所述外壳底座。
将本发明用于电动自行车,“Z”字形缓冲板的设置,可以在装好电芯后,电池盒总成作为负重件,直接压装于所述“Z”字形的顶部,而 “Z”字形的底部压装于电动车的后平叉,这样,来自于车身运动产生的各个方向的冲击力,被“Z”字形缓冲板分解抵消,而电池盒不和后平叉直接接触,确保电池盒的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
见图1、图2,本发明包括外壳上盖2、外壳底座3,外壳上盖2和外壳底座3之间连接,外壳底座3设置有卡槽4,卡槽4卡装有“Z”字形缓冲板1, “Z” 字形缓冲板1的顶部支撑外壳底座3。

1.一种电动车用的电池盒安装用缓冲结构,其包括外壳上盖、外壳底座,所述的外壳上盖和外壳底座之间连接,其特征在于:所述外壳底座设置有卡槽,所述卡槽卡装有“Z”字形缓冲板,所述“Z”字形的顶部支撑所述外壳底座。
