一种蒿乙醚用结晶罐
技术领域
本发明涉及一种结晶罐,特别是一种蒿乙醚用结晶罐。
背景技术
蒿乙醚为二氢青蒿素的乙醚衍生物,是由中央医药和芳香植物学院 ( C IMAP ) ( L ucknow )首次引进印度的药物,其已经进行了广泛的临床前、动物和毒理学研究以及为药物调控目的在印度受试者中进行了临床研究。世界卫生组织也已经推荐将蒿乙醚作为救治生命的抗疟药物。蒿乙醚比青蒿素更有效,是一种理想的抗疟药物,尤其是用于治疗恶性疟原虫的多药耐药和并发菌株,蒿乙醚表现出清除率更快的杀裂殖体作用、没有副作用的短的发热清除时间和低的复发率。
蒿乙醚通常以二氢青蒿素为原料制备得到,得到的蒿乙醚粗品中含有杂质,需要通过提纯手段进一步提纯,常见的提纯方式是重结晶。然而,目前还没有为蒿乙醚专门设计的结晶罐,而采取常规的结晶罐进行结晶操作,存在如下问题:进行蒿乙醚的重结晶时,为了使得蒿乙醚粗品充分溶解,通常需要加入大量的溶剂,这样才能保证蒿乙醚不会在输送的过程中就析出,然而,在将蒿乙醚粗品溶液加入到结晶罐中,进行结晶操作时,大量的溶剂显然又非常不利于蒿乙醚晶体的析出。而现有的结晶罐不具有回收溶剂的装置,因此,结晶只能在大量溶剂存在下进行,结晶耗时长,结晶率低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种蒿乙醚用结晶罐,使用其进行蒿乙醚的结晶,结晶率高,成本降低。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种蒿乙醚用结晶罐,其包括罐架、设置在罐架上的罐体以及搅拌装置,所述罐体包括罐身和与罐身密封连接的罐盖,所述罐身的底部开设有卸料口,并且在卸料口位置设有放料阀,所述罐盖上设有进料口,在罐身外周还设有具有蒸汽入口和冷却水出口的夹套,特别是,所述的结晶罐还包括与罐体连接的溶剂回收装置,该溶剂回收装置包括一端部与罐体密封连接的连接管和与连接管的另一端部连接的冷凝器以及与冷凝器连接的溶剂接收器。
优选地,所述的连接管与罐体的罐盖密封连接。
所述的搅拌装置采用机械搅拌装置,其包括防爆电机、减速器以及锚式搅拌器。结晶罐还包括设置在锚式搅拌器的搅拌锚外周的四氟刮壁,且该四氟刮壁紧贴在罐身内壁上。刮壁的设置,可防止在罐内壁上形成结晶料膜,一方面,防止料膜的存在妨碍传热,另一方面,减少结晶过程中,产品的损失。此外,结晶罐还包括设置在罐盖上的防爆视灯以及通向罐体内的呼吸器。
由于以上技术方案的实施,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
本发明在传统的结晶罐基础上增加有溶剂回收装置,一方面,减少了结晶时的溶剂量,有利于提高结晶效率和提高结晶率;另一方面,回收的溶剂可再利用,利于降低成本。

具体实施方式
  如图1所示,按照本实施例的蒿乙醚用结晶罐,其包括罐架1、设置在罐架1上的罐体2、搅拌装置3以及溶剂回收装置6,其中:罐体2包括罐身20和与罐身20密封连接的罐盖21,所述罐身20的底部开设有卸料口200,并且在卸料口200位置设有放料阀4,罐盖21上设有进料口210、防爆视灯8等、呼吸器9等。在罐身20外周设有具有蒸汽入口50和冷却水出口51的夹套5。溶剂回收装置6包括一端部与罐盖21密封连接的连接管60和与连接管60的另一端部连接的冷凝器61以及与冷凝器61连接的溶剂接收器62。
搅拌装置3采用常规的机械搅拌装置,其主要包括防爆电机30,减速器31,锚式搅拌器32。在锚式搅拌器32上设置有四氟刮壁12,四氟刮壁12与罐身20的内壁紧贴着,可防止罐身20内壁上形成料膜。这些均为已知的,在此不进行赘述。
采用本发明的结晶罐进行蒿乙醚的结晶时,可利用夹套5对罐体2内物料进行加热,使一部分溶剂蒸发后经溶剂回收装置6回收,一方面,减少了结晶时的溶剂量,有利于提高结晶效率和提高结晶率;另一方面,回收的溶剂可再利用,降低成本。

Claims (5)

1.一种蒿乙醚用结晶罐,其包括罐架(1)、设置在所述罐架(1)上的罐体(2)以及搅拌装置(3),所述罐体(2)包括罐身(20)和与罐身(20)密封连接的罐盖(21),所述罐身(20)的底部开设有卸料口(200),并且在所述卸料口(200)位置设有放料阀(4),所述罐盖(21)上设有进料口(210),在所述罐身(20)外周还设有具有蒸汽入口(50)和冷却水出口(51)的夹套(5),其特征在于:所述的结晶罐还包括与所述罐体(2)连接的溶剂回收装置(6),所述溶剂回收装置包括一端部与所述的罐体(2)密封连接的连接管(60)和与连接管(60)的另一端部连接的冷凝器(61)以及与冷凝器(61)连接的溶剂接收器(62)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蒿乙醚用结晶罐,其特征在于:所述的连接管(60)与所述的罐体(2)的罐盖(21)密封连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蒿乙醚用结晶罐,其特征在于:所述的搅拌装置(3)为机械搅拌装置,其包括防爆电机(30)、减速器(31)以及锚式搅拌器(32)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的蒿乙醚用结晶罐,其特征在于:所述的结晶罐还包括设置在所述锚式搅拌器(32)的搅拌锚(320)外周的四氟刮壁(12),且所述的四氟刮壁(12)紧贴在所述罐体(2)内壁上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的蒿乙醚用结晶罐,其特征在于:所述的结晶罐还包括设置在所述罐盖(21)上的防爆视灯(8)以及通向所述罐体(2)内的呼吸器(9)。
