Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种吹塑成形塑料桶的塑料桶盖。该桶盖具有一个围住桶颈的外周缘和一个伸入桶颈内、越过桶盖底在桶口下面突出的内周缘，还具有嵌在桶盖外周缘与桶盖内周缘之间的密封圈，该密封圈通过一个张紧环或张紧钢丝压紧在桶颈的开口周缘上，其中张紧环或张紧钢丝夹住一个形成在桶盖外周缘下面的突缘或突缘段的上面，并且夹住在桶口下面一个距离从桶壁沿径向朝外突出的实心边缘，该边缘设计成环形突缘或者分成突缘段。
在一种通过DE2544491C2成为公知的连盖桶中，堆垛力和由于掉落产生的轴向冲击力通过设置在桶盖下部周缘的外突缘传到桶的边缘上，从而形成很大的弯矩，这样就使桶盖突缘和/或桶边缘以及张紧环有损坏的危险，造成桶不密闭和不能用。
本发明的目的在于提供一种使用可靠性得到提高的塑料桶盖。
实现本发明的目的的技术方案是，设有一个沿轴向突出的环状凸筋，将锁闭着的桶盖的由于堆垛、掉落等原因形成的轴向力直接传递到桶颈上，上述环状凸筋是从桶盖外周缘和内周缘形成的环状空间的底部沿轴向突出的，在环状凸筋的两侧配置密封圈，这些密封圈在桶盖锁闭着时带予应力放置在桶颈的开口周缘上。
本发明的合适的结构发展叙述如下。在用张紧环锁闭的情况下，突缘在桶盖锁闭着时相互间具有一个间隔。处于环状凸筋与桶颈的开口周缘之间的环状凸筋区内的密封圈可通过一个薄的连接片相互连接。环状凸筋可具有一个加宽的承接面，该承接面由凸筋的宽度决定。密封圈可 用诸如聚氨酯的塑料注塑成形，可以是一种予制的、嵌入式的密封圈。
本发明的塑料桶盖的优点突出体现如下：
堆垛负荷和例如从高处落下的突然发生的轴向负荷，在密封垫没有在任何部位承受过负荷、从而是均匀受力的密封的情况下，负荷经过桶盖被直接传到桶壳上，这样就使桶盖下部周缘上的外突缘和桶的边缘都不承受弯曲应力。桶盖的密封装置可以适用于借助张紧环或张紧网丝来锁闭桶盖的桶。由于在密封圈内的予应力总是恒定的，所以就防止了密封圈材料的疲劳，从而达致持久的密封作用。在串接密封装置的一个密封圈发生意外的损坏的情况下，密封仍能由第二个密封圈来保证。
本发明在下面借助于一个采用张紧环锁闭的宽颈桶和一个采用张紧钢丝锁闭的宽颈桶进行说明。在附图中，

一个如图1和图2所示的用于宽颈桶2的、用塑料注塑成形的桶盖具有一个围住桶颈3的外周缘4和一个伸入到桶颈3的内周缘5，该内周缘从桶盖底6伸到桶口下面。桶盖外周缘和内周缘4、5形成一个环状空间7，从其底部沿轴向突起一个环状凸筋8。按图1，该环状凸筋8被注入的双组分密封料9、例如带有固化剂的聚氨酯包围住。
在用一个张紧环10锁闭桶盖1时，该张紧环夹住形成在桶盖外周缘4下面的环形突缘11的上面并且夹住在桶口下面一个距离从桶壁沿径向朝外突出的实心边缘12的下面，环状凸筋8将密封料9分成两个密封圈13，压在桶颈3的开口周缘14上，此时密封圈13带预应力地贴在开口周缘14上（图2）。在张紧环10锁闭着的情况下，突缘11和边缘12不接触， 这样，作用在桶盖1上的轴向力就肯定直接地传到桶颈3上，从而传到桶体上。

此外，图5至12示出支承密封圈13或其连接片17的桶颈开口边缘的各种可能的结构。
通过一种成型的、诸如齿形（图8）或波形（图10）的开口周缘结构，可获得桶盖1或1′的迷宫式密封。

Claims (7)
