因为夹紧环的内径小于插入的管的外径,因此管配件用作推入配合的配件,从而使得夹紧环在它推过时膨胀,因此可以不需要完全拧紧夹紧螺母。不过,当夹紧螺母被拧紧时,具有与由螺母施加在夹紧环上的力相对的力,该力导致管和夹紧环之间的紧密接合。这在管刮擦或受损并需要附加的压缩时特别有利。

具体实施方式
在图1至4中,管配件或接头10包括本体12、夹紧螺母14、夹紧环16以及垫圈18和O形环20。
本体12包括在各端部用于接收管22的容座,该容座包括加宽的凹口24,该凹口用作垫圈18和O形环20的座。容座在外部具有螺纹(图2),以便接收夹紧螺母14。相对的容座通过凸缘26或台阶26而分开。
夹紧螺母14具有内部的渐缩表面28,用于接合和支承在夹紧环16的互补渐缩表面30上。
垫圈18为扁平的并包括金属,而O形环20包括弹性的可变形材料,例如橡胶或硅橡胶。
下面参考图5至7,夹紧环16表示为由塑料来模制,并包括嵌入其中的不锈钢开口环32,如图8至10所示。夹紧环的下侧的直径足够大,以便跨过容座的嘴和抵靠表面34。夹紧环的下侧还具有台阶或脊36,该台阶或脊的外径尺寸设置成装配在凹口或O形座24中。这使得脊或台阶36能够在夹紧螺母14拧紧时与垫圈18接合,并在垫圈18上和(再在)O形环20上施加线性力。

在使用时,本发明的管配件预先装配有夹紧螺母以及夹紧环,该夹紧螺母部分螺纹连接在本体上,该夹紧环与本体的嘴34和夹紧螺母的内部渐缩表面都松弛抵靠。然后,管的端部被推入配件中,使得开口夹紧环膨胀成与本体的嘴34和螺母的渐缩表面牢固抵靠。这又使得O形环线性压缩,该O形环变形成与管紧密地接合(如图2中所示)。如果需要附加压缩,则螺母可以通过在本体的螺纹面上旋转而前进,以便在夹紧环和O形环上施加附加的压力。

Claims (9)

1.一种压缩管配件,包括:本体,所述本体限定用于接收管的端部的一个或多个容座,所述容座由螺纹面环绕,并用于在内部接收可压缩的O形环;夹紧螺母,所述夹紧螺母可以螺纹连接在螺纹面上;以及夹紧环;所述夹紧螺母具有内部渐缩表面,所述夹紧环具有互补的渐缩表面,当所述夹紧螺母在螺纹面上被拧紧时,所述夹紧螺母的内部渐缩表面支承在所述夹紧环上,从而使所述夹紧环压靠所述管,并压紧位于所述容座中的O形环。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压缩管配件,其中,所述容座包括:在所述容座的嘴的周围的周边凹口,所述凹口用作O形环座;以及后部凸肩或凸缘或台阶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的压缩管配件,其中:所述夹紧环包括开口环,所述开口环的内径略小于插入的管的外径。
4.根据权利要求3所述的压缩管配件,其中:所述夹紧环包括围绕所述夹紧环的内部或管接合表面的间隔的多个小齿。
5.根据前述任意一个权利要求所述的压缩管配件,其中:所述夹紧环包括嵌入塑料合成材料中的不锈钢环。
6.根据权利要求5所述的压缩管配件,其中:所述不锈钢环包括在所述不锈钢环的内径周围的一个或多个齿,当所述管配件被装配时,所述一个或多个齿向内和沿着管配件本体的方向成一定角度。
7.根据权利要求6所述的压缩管配件,其中:所述夹紧环的下侧的尺寸设置成与所述容座的嘴接合,并包括脊或类似的凸起结构,所述脊或类似的凸起结构限定用于与密封装置接合的台阶表面,所述脊与夹紧环的外径间隔开,以便安装在所述O形环座内并将所述O形环线性压靠在所述O形环座上,从而使得所述O形环变形,这样就与插入的管端部紧密接合。
8.根据权利要求1至6中任意一个所述的压缩管配件,其中:使用大直径的O形环。
9.根据权利要求7所述的压缩管配件,其中:在所述O形环和所述夹紧环之间设置扁平垫圈。
