技术领域
本发明涉及一种生产用模具,尤其涉及一种锻件冲孔用模具。
背景技术
目前,在锻造行业中,对圆形类锻件进行冲孔时,一般是把制好的圆坯平放在平行架上,然后进行冲孔。但冲孔时,由于圆坯摆放的位置发生偏差,很容易造成偏心,并且放置在平行架上时,由于冲孔时受力不均匀,也容易造成圆坯的滑落,发生危险。所以需要一种新型模具用于锻件冲孔。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种锻件冲孔用模具,可保证冲孔的准确度,提高质量,冲孔时稳定性好,安全性高。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种锻件冲孔用模具,包括漏盘和垫板,所述漏盘中间开有通孔,所述漏盘下端通孔两侧焊接有垫板。
所述漏盘采用45钢。
本发明的有益效果为,所述锻件冲孔用模具,其采用漏盘结构,保证了冲孔时受力均匀;漏盘中间开有通孔,保证了冲孔的准确性,避免偏心;下端焊接有垫板,避免了冲孔时对工作台造成损伤。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,于本实施例中,一种锻件冲孔用模具,包括漏盘1和垫板2,所述漏盘1中间开有通孔3,所述漏盘1下端通孔3两侧焊接有垫板2。所述漏盘1采用45钢。
生产时,将圆坯5放置在漏盘1上,并将边沿对齐,然后对准通孔3开始冲孔。
所述锻件冲孔用模具,其保证冲孔的准确度,提高质量,冲孔时稳定性好,安全性高。

1.一种锻件冲孔用模具,其特征在于:包括漏盘和垫板,所述漏盘中间开有通孔,所述漏盘下端通孔两侧焊接有垫板。
