现在工厂里对嵌件进行注塑，嵌件多采用人工一个一个放入模具进行注塑，这种操作方式生产效率低下，人工成本高，不良率高，且容易出现工伤事故。

为了克服现有技术领域存在的上述缺陷，本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种嵌件放入工装治具，提高生产效率，缩减不良率。
本实用新型提供的嵌件放入工装治具，它包括垫板、顶杆、顶出垫板、顶出板、支撑脚、推杆、固定板、定位柱和磁铁，顶杆垂直固定在垫板上，顶出垫板水平固定在顶杆上且与垫板平行，顶出板固定在顶出垫板上，两个倒T字形支撑脚和固定板固定在一起通过推杆与顶出板连接在一起，推杆固定在顶出板上，顶出板中心设有立柱，立柱装有弹簧，固定板上设有和立柱相配合的孔，两个倒T字形支撑脚和固定板组成的整体下方留有间隙，顶杆位于间隙中间，挤压固定板时，支撑脚和固定板组成的整体可沿顶杆滑动，固定板上设有磁铁和与定位柱相配合的定位孔。

参照图1-图2，本实施例的嵌件放入工装治具，它包括垫板1、顶杆2、顶出垫板3、顶出板4、支撑脚5、推杆6、固定板9、定位柱10和磁铁12，顶杆2垂直固定在垫板1上，顶出垫板3水平固定在顶杆2上且与垫板1平行，顶出板4固定在顶出垫板3上，两个倒T字形支撑脚5和固定板9固定在一起通过推杆6与顶出板4连接在一起，推杆6固定在顶出板4上，顶出板4中心设有立柱7，立柱7装有弹簧8，固定板9上设有和立柱7相配合的孔，两个倒T字形支撑脚5和固定板9组成的整体下方留有间隙，顶杆2位于间隙中间，挤压固定板9时，支撑脚5和固定板9组成的整体可沿顶杆2滑动，固定板9上设有磁铁12和与定位柱10相配合的定位孔11。磁铁12可以根据生产需要设置多个。
工作时，将嵌件依次放入固定板9的磁铁12上，把定位柱10放入定位孔11，推动垫板1即可将嵌件全部放入模具进行注塑。
